Probably the best place we stayed whilst walking the Camino. Wonderful greeting and help from the owner. Stylish interior and decor. Tranquil courtyard with honesty bar. Perhaps ask for first floor room.

This a classic example of a hotel that, with the minimal amount of extra effort, could be soooo much better. There seemed to be one staff member on duty in the morning and another in the evening. The woman who taks the morning shift is pleasant enough but looks like the maid in her severe black and white dress. The...

We stayed one night in Astorga and found Casa de Tepa an excellent venue. Right in the middle of the old town and close to everything. The rooms were spectacular, large enough, very clean, and plenty of old charm. If you are after a modern chemically clean motel then thus isn't for you. If you are after old world charm...

This hotel is in a beautiful building and could have been amazing. You had to knock on the door each time you left the hotel and wait for a staff member let you in. There a was a bad odour coming from the bathroom. You could have a meal in the hotel if you ordered it 12 hours in advance!...

This beautiful and historical hotel, situated in the town of Astorga, was where we spent a night before we departed on the Camino de Santiago. It's a charming little hotel, with a patio, a library, nice rooms, and great views. When we arrived, unfortunately, my traveling companion and I were given a bedroom with a single bed. The staff were...

Great location near to cathedral, palace, bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast great character. Chill in the lounge that Napoleon once stayed in. Good secure parking on site. It must be great in the summer to relax in the private garden.

Arrived in Astorga after a long camino day's walk and wanted a change from hostel sleep. Some how ended up at Casa de Tepa. One could not ask for a warmer- more cordial welcome. Room was so quiet, grounds were gorgeous..and to my delight, a nice long tub to soak in. Would come stay here again in a heart beat.

I loved Astorga and Casa de Tepa! Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly management, walking distance from cathedral - which was another highlight. We only stayed one night , but I could stay there for a week.
