I stayed at the Villa in October. What a breathtaking experience. The beauty of the countryside is some of the most beautiful in Tuscany. From hiking, star gazing in the observatory, swimming, horse riding, wine tasting, and sight seeing, this Villa has it all. The beds are comfortable, the bath rooms are beautiful, and the view out every window is...

The villa and it's grounds are spectacular...meticulously restored to 5 star luxury. I stayed at Villa Ferraia on an Equestrian ride with 5 other friends. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with large bathrooms equipped with whirlpool tubs. Much appreciated after long days of riding through the forest reserve! The horses, although not fancy, were well cared for and game. They...

This is a very nice place. Rooms and common areas are clean and representable. The excellent staff are nice and very service minded. The food and coffee is good. The place is in a remote location which it's good for relaxation and for walks/run in the forest.

So my extended family and I traveled from America to have a reunion at this beautiful Villa! What an experience!! It was beautiful, peaceful and spectacular from the moment we arrived. The Villa is centrally located within a hour or two of areas of interest including Assisi, Volterre, Orvieto, Florence, etc. Everyday we would visit different towns and return to...

Then picture the hilltop Villa Ferraia with its grand appearance, secluded charming bedrooms, welcome, gracious common rooms, and elegant dining hall capable of seating 30. Add to these pleasures, the warm hospitality of...

Located in the middle of a protected forest, this B&B is on a large tract of land with incredible vistas, beautiful pools and no neighbors anywhere. The villa and the grounds consist of numerous and wonderfully designed seating areas and buildings thoughtfully restored or purpose built, including an art studio, observatory, spa and screening room. They are well maintained and...

I have returned from the Equitours October Toscana Cucina Ride and was tempted to stay at Villa Ferraia for the rest of my life. I have traveled the world, sometimes independently and sometimes on a riding vacation. This ride was no doubt the best vacation I have ever had on a horse ride or other kind of journey. I cannot...

I came to Villa Ferraia for a week long equestrian vacation and would have stayed for a month if I could afford it! My room was spacious and beautiful. The grounds are just amazing! The villa is family operated and sits atop a secluded hill and has several pools and even an astronomy observatory. Vittorio's horses were terrific as well....

We spent a week here in May, riding spirited horses across the countryside, eating fabulous food, getting cooking lessons from the chef, and being thoroughly cared for by Vittorio and his family. We expected a good trip of course, and this was even better than we could have imagined. Our needs were attended to with great care: like we had...
