Overseas Adventure Travel uses this villa because of its proximity to so many wonderful day trips. It seems like the middle of nowhere when it pops up and it is amazing that it has so many modern amenities (and great spritz drinks). After a day in the crowds of Florence, to experience the nature, wild flowers, serenity, and Tuscan countryside... More

We stayed here for a family reunion and it was great. Staff was very helpful and kind, rooms were nice. Hotel is advertised as 3 stars but should be 4 stars. Great if you are travelling with kids and you want some space for them to run around in the beautiful garden or swim after visiting a city.

I have recently spent a week at Villa Sabolini and am already looking forward to returning. The Staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible- nothing was too much trouble for them and we really experienced 1st class service. My room (111) was spacious by European standards, was absolutely spotless, had a firm 4 poster... More

I organised a business meeting and it has been great. The meeting room was everything we were looking for: table, projector, paper, water. The staff have been great to accommodate our needs and our requests. The food was also very nice and the pool made a nice addition to our business meeting. Thank you for everything

The hotel is in a beautiful setting in the middle of the Tuscany hills. Our room was a good size and clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. e.g. they don't have a lunch time restaurant but the staff still got a nice lunch together for us. We felt very relaxed. Just a few things drop it... More

We had a very nice, large room overlooking the courtyard and gardens on the 2nd floor. Extremely quiet at night. Dog "Nando" was so sweet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fortunately, no one was riding 4-wheelers while we were there, but they are available to rent. Enjoyed the TV and game rooms on the main floor. Dinners were good as... More

We stayed here 3 nights as part of an OAT tour group. We had a large room, clean, big bathroom, large bath towels. Can tell it's old, but well-converted/remodeled--very tall ceilings. Bed was a bit hard, but okay. Nice gathering room in a separate building. Dinner in the dining room was very good. Breakfasts were very complete and excellent--wonderful breads.... More

What a wonderful Villa about 30 miles South of Florence! It and 2 others are owned by the same family. The private rooms are terrific and so are the public rooms. Off of the dining room is a comfy lounge and bar. There is a private dining room and a billiard room. That's right - billiards, not pool. Walking the... More

With group so we didn't have a choice. Some people had better rooms than others. Ask to get a newer room. Our room overlooked the sunset on 3rd floor. Quiet and very comfortable. Drying rack only half worked .
