I stayed here for two nights. I walked in to the hotel and booked a room. The rooms were very nicely kept, clean and bed sheets and towels were clean. I did not like the exterior of the hotel. The hotel is old. The reception staff(s) were helpful. Service staff can improve. I enjoyed my stay here because although the...

The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean and service is very good and prompt. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to assist guests: a waiter...

No better place to live in Kohima. Secured and safe. Rooms are ok, facilities are old but passable. Staff is indifferent. Good example of why Governement cannot and should not handle hospitality industry.

Same comment for the shower area as well. However, the bathroom gadgets were not working properly and we had to call the maintenance for help. The attached restaurant...
