Me and my wife with their for breakfast buffet so much. they have a great selection of breakfast items. All the staffs were Really nice and well mannered, especially Shimu Gazi. She is fantastic and an asset to the company. I would recommend this to my friends and family for sure.

First off, it's important that people put things into context. Sylhet has no 'big chain' hotels like your Intercontinentals / Raddison Blu's etc that I am aware of. If you are looking for that level of price and option you will struggle - Sylhet is a different place to Dhaka. That leaves a whole host of options that are independent hotels, targeting a smaller base of international travellers / wealthy Bangladeshi's. The prices of these did initially startle me for a country that is overall so very poor, but competition is competition, and there's clearly a market in Sylhet for the wealthy locals, second generation visitors as well as non Bangaldeshi connected foreigners.
I looked through many places online for a trip around Eid and this place kept popping up as a good choice. We booked, we arrived and we were more than happy. We arrived to find not only a clean room, but prompt service, helpful staff and a good experience overall. The showers were powerful, the rooms were cleaned each day to a high standard and my two young children (six and three) had plenty of space to be kids in their own room. The internet worked well and never dropped, and was plenty quick enough for uploading photos on Whatsapp /Facebook etc. We never tried streaming.
The only 'down' sides were something that cannot really be controlled. There is an indoor swimming pool but the overall humidity in Sylhet at the time of our stay made this difficult to be in, and culturally my wife would have found it difficult to go in with her swim suit - cultural and geographical factors that are out of the hotel's hands. At times the food at breakfast was too spicy for my wife and children, but again, this is not something that is a serious issue and I was more than happy eating it!
Overall, a good spot. Functional, clean, helpful and one we would recommend again.

The hotel is good, clean, good water supply and people are nice. However, you got to tell them very clearly speaking slowly if you are speaking in English. You may also like to bargain for room rent. We were there on B&B package. As the hotel is a kind of medium level, you do not expect many varieties of food at breakfast, but if you ask they provide more than what is displayed.

Hair at washroom!! Wet washroom floor while checked in. That is good enough to understand hygienc level of hotel. We went to hotel at 1:30 pm they said room is not ready. Then give room at 2:15 but couldn’t able to give our to rooms. They gabe one room and said another room still not ready. We found the washroom of our room is wet and hair on the floor. Then again they said player is staying at their hotel so we can't use one part of the hotel and the lift. They have another lift but that is out of service. So we need to use the stares. Gym closed! Swimming pool water like never changed in a year!! Behaviour of the staffs!!! OMG!! They will talk to you like u r their servant. Like they are paying you to stay there. I ask them i want to talk to your manager. They were like i did the mistake by asking for that.. They said Why!! Why you want to talk to the manager. Go and talk to the manager... This is a hotel that NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

This indeed a nice hotel to stay in Sylhet. Even the breakfast was delicious and definitely was in buffet as it said. All the staffs were chummy and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy to stay. But the housekeeping service needs to be improved and efficient. Overall their hospitality was very good. And the service was quite satisfactory.

This is my 2nd time in Nirvana inn. I must say they have Improve very fast. Room service on the go. Staff of hotel's are very friendly. I called room service for Wi-Fi password then reception manager and housekeeping supervisor came to help me out that's wonderful. They are very concern about their guest. That's really good to see. I have stayed couple of hotels of sylhet but I found it very comfortable and safe to stay. I must recommend Nirvana Inn for visitor and Business man.

This is the best hotel I have visited in Sylhet division. The hotel is boutique in size but their hospitality is just above the expectation, their clean behavior and friendlier activities really amazing. I would suggest every one to visit this hotel at least once. Their food variety is up to the mark but the buffet breakfast is too good. I was working out of Dhaka and had to get to Sylhet for one night and was put up at the Nirvana Inn. Honestly can't say a whole lot as I was literally in and out. But the room was clean, really comfortable bed, and a cheap price. Some of the staff seemed reticent at times when communicating, but this was because they struggled to communicate in English, so best to be patient with them. But Sylhet is an interesting city. I did make it to Jaflong which was really not a big deal, unless you want to cross over into India. I was told the tea gardens are not to be missed.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The hotel has a well maintained pool. they also have female time schedule with a life guard. Staffs are well behaved and caring. However, food taste was really bad. I was not satified with a single dish. I ordered tom yum soup once. the soup was literally tasteless and they said it was their best dish in thai menu.
