We stayed here for one week last year September. Half board. When we arrived
we had to stay for one night in a nearby hotel. The manager told us that they had problems with the sewage system. I think the hotel was overbooked.

I'd say it was about 20 minutes on the bus and if you're not sure when to get off just ask the driver to shout for you and they do. Hope this helps
