The new (vertical) extension is over the main block where the restaurant is, rooms look out either over the pool and towards the sandy beach and sea or over the front entrance and road. I guess it depends how you define sea view, no room at the Mimosa will offer an uninterrupted 180° sea view. FWIW we stayed in 451, new room, top floor and had a lovely view over the beach and sea towards Famagusta.
