Capo Bay is set on Fig Tree Bay, perhaps the most famous beach in Cyprus. Modern, chic and elegantly understated, Capo Bay’s light filled lobby, welcomes our guests. The designers have managed to bring, throughout the Hotel, the colors of the sandy beaches and the gorgeous shades of the Mediterranean Sea. The use of natural materials is obvious in every part of the property; from the oak handmade furniture to the cotton/linen tapestries which create an ambience that calms and relaxes. The hotel is sure to delight you with its shimmering views, its irresistible restaurants with their fusion of flavors, and the tranquil atmosphere that prevails around the hotel.

Excellent accommodations and service! The breakfast was very rich with a great variety and excellent quality!! The rooms were spacious, and had a sea view. The staff was very polite, helpful, and accommodating. That's the hotel where we always stay whenever we visit Protaras.

Was looking forward to staying in this hotel. But very disappointed bedrooms tiny. Very dirty, pubic hairs in bath and crumbs all over the floor the cleanliness of the hotel is of poor standard. The main swimming pool had a dirty ring around it. Had to call up reception numerous times for towels. Think the cleaners need training. Also be aware the cleaners go through your things my sons sim card had gone missing the deputy manager said he would look in to it never got back to us.found the reception staff very rude and had very poor communication. Plenty of dog poo around the sunloungers to so be careful where you walk. They also let all the cypriots make use of the facilities on a weekend queuing for over half an hour for the footwash, Used to only let paying residents use now looks like anyone can use it and the pool. This hotel is situated in a great spot but its definitely well over priced definitely should be downgraded to at leat a 3* definitely not 4*+ gone really downhill.

Dear Sarah, I am sorry did not live up to expectations and for this, please accept my sincere apologies Feedback from our guests means everything to us and I would have loved the opportunity to have spoken with you since our guests´ happiness and satisfaction is our number one priority. Let me assure you that the hotel facilities are for the hotel guests. During August time, which is the busiest time we also have a person responsible for checking very often on this matter. My team and I would relish the opportunity to show you that we can get it right and if you do decide to give us another chance to visit so we can meet and exceed your expectations. Please do get in touch with me at katerina@capobay.com.cy and I will personally take care of your stay from start to finish. Kind regards Katerina Soulioti Zarballa Public Relations Manager

This visit was our third visit to this lovely hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Our room was spacious and the view was fantastic (sea view). Breakfast is plentiful and varied. A very big benefit at this hotel is that on your arrival your poolside beds are allocated and yours to use for the whole stay. The poolside staff are extremely helpful and make you feel very welcome. We will be returning again next year without doubt.

The Hotel is built at a great location. YET - Breakfast is far from a four-star hotel . Visiting Zorpas next door was a more pleasant and satisfying tisfying experience. - Pool for adults is is just a pool - A gardener is needed

We have stayed in a duplex suite, it was spacious! The room was very cleaned, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, the shower and the bath were absolutely perfect! There were chocolates in every table of the room, and everyday they were providing us with bottles of water! There was also a nespresso machine in the room with capsules. The view from our room was amazing, and the balcony just perfect! I have no words to describe the breakfast, it was delicious and you could find anything you asked for! The staff was very polite, there 24/4 to help you with anything. We also used the spa for a message which was very relaxing and well equipped!

Best hotel in the best location in the best area. Staff are friendly and professional. Have stayed 4 time there now and never disappointed. Rooms are clean and well serviced with all amenities, 2 great pools and right in the beach. Located in fabulous spot in Protaras... on the beach and next to the strip... which has shops, entertainment, restaurants etc etc. Can't go wrong!!!

Great location to stay in Protaras with the wonderful beach and strip with its host of restaurants and bars. However, the hotel itself has great facilities the rooms provided are below standard and tired. We had booked two rooms for our family but had issues with the cleanliness of our rooms especially one in particular. When we arrived there was human hair in all areas including in the mini fridge provided. Other peoples crumbs and food were also in the drawers. Despite apologies from staff we had to ask for the room to be cleaned twice before it was acceptable. Thereafter the general daily cleaning of both rooms were also lacking. Sheets and towels changed but again not cleaned to any standard apart from poor. Obvious marks left for the duration of our stay. The tv remote is also wrapped in cling film which is very odd so not sure what safety or covid measure this provides? There is no real explanation of the sun beds which led to confusion for us and a number of new arrivals. Certain members of the reception staff were also very unwilling to help when asked about booking the busier restaurants in the area. We were also assured of a later check during the week, to coincide with our flight home, only to be told on the morning of leaving that this would no longer be possible as the whole hotel was full which clearly wasn’t the case. They just couldn’t be bothered to help unfortunately. Remainder of grounds and outside areas/poos were very nice and whilst we would return to Protaras we would not return to Capo Bay hotel. 4 star facilities with 2-3 star rooms.

Very nice hotel with great facilities and a perfect location. Fig tree bay is the most beautiful beach in the area and the hotel is directly located next to it. The restaurants are high quality, we espacially liked the Koi with oriental cuisine. We had dine around option wich includes half board: buffet breakfast and one main at one of the restaurants a la carte (3 courses included which is a challange to eat 😊). The staff was very helpful and kind. We travelled with a 2 years old and were completely satisfied with everything. We are planning on returning.
