Overall a very positive experience

We particularly noticed positively:
- very clean and modern rooms
- excellent food, sometimes better than in some 5 star hotels, you can have dinner prepared at Fusion Cuisine in the evening, which was always exceptionally good.
- a lot of cats on the whole site, so you should be animal-loving and not afraid of cats.
- very friendly staff in bars and restaurants
- The sea is great for snorkeling
- very nice large complex
- there were different sandwiches for all inclusive guests at the bar for lunch and afternoon, so you did not necessarily have to go for lunch
- Loungers can be reserved at the beginning, so you don't have to fight for a place every morning (we liked it best)
- The location of the hotel itself: rather remote but with a small mini market next to it, you can walk wonderfully along the cliffs in the evening and watch the sea (without meeting 1000 people :))
- All inclusive was worth it, numerous alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks included, so everyone should find something, especially in the warmth (around 30 degrees every day) very convenient
- Evening program short but varied and everything on the outdoor area
- very nice glass balconies and a clothes rack for swimming clothes and towels to hang

What we didn't like so much:
- Pool had very coppery water which can dye blonde hair green
- the toilet paper must not be thrown into the toilet but must be disposed of in a trash can (bit gross...)
- the beach was very small and constantly crowded, so you could never lie there (however, the hotel has no influence on it)
- we had booked a suite (also paid more for it) and were encouraged on arrival to take a double room, which is closer to the pool and accordingly noisier. (We found something unprofessional...)
- Wifi was sometimes very slow and therefore unusable, even in the room
- Cleaning lady came at irregular times (times 9am by 12pm) so sometimes you were still in the room

Fantastic hotel which catered for all 3 generations perfectly.

Double side sea view room with fab view over the pool. Room kept spotlessly clean by the lovely maid, kettle & few teabags & coffee sticks in the room to get you started. Safe in room at no extra charge. TV limited English channels & good hairdryer. Excellent walk in shower. Shower gel & handwash provided. Didn’t need the 2 pin adapter plugs weren’t needed as all the plugs in our room were UK 3 pin plugs.

Pool towels provided & can be exchanged every other day for clean ones, Yannis arranged us 10 sun beds all together which was fantastic, why don’t other hotels offer this service? no getting up crack of dawn to reserve them, just perfect.

Restaurant was best ever with usual buffet food indoors then a food court with desserts, meat show cooking & pizzas station. The restaurant manager was superb, he happily seated us in a particular area of the restaurant that we preferred,as we were a large party not the easiest task at busy times, which was much appreciated, his staff were brilliant quickly replenished food on buffet & swiftly cleared dirty pots from the table. We were all inclusive which was an absolute boon as it was so hot & with 4 kids constantly wanted cold drinks & ice creams, good selection of local drinks. Jonny & Rohit in the pool bar were great, perfect drinks & service, we loved the iced coffees.

Relaxed hotel, don’t bother taking trousers gentlemen too hot & not necessary!

Only constructive criticism would be not enough toilet facilities around the pool or the restaurant area.

Fabulous holiday, many thanks to all the staff there who were so helpful, accommodating & friendly, we will be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ what can I say...... simply fantastic! We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with our 2 children 18 and 14 years - our room was clean, modern and super comfortable. Location was perfect for us, quiet, with local supermarkets and a superb bakery Zopnae. We were provided with sunbeds for the weeks stay with beach towels for us all. There is a stunning picturesque beach nearby.

🍹We stayed half board which we kind of felt puzzled staff when ordering drinks at the bar or snacks during the day time as most people stay all inclusive however a minor issue.

🏣The hotel and grounds are well maintained, always seen staff tidying areas, gardens being maintained and regular laundry changes.

🍉The food was absolutely beautiful, huge variety at breakfast and evening meal - absolutely delightful.

🧑‍🍳The staff worked so hard to make you feel very welcome and we're so friendly from the moment you arrived at the hotel.

⭐ We absolutely loved every second and hopefully going to rebook for 2025 it was so so good.

✈️ We booked with Jet2 who were also a brilliant service and would definitely use again.

Absolute 10/10 of hotels and holidays, memories we will forever cherish - thank you Malama Beach 💛 'The' best xxx

Just returned from a week at the Malama Beach Hotel.

Food very good, rooms clean, staff very friendly.

The swimming pool is nice but small, so if busy not a lot of room to actually swim, but good to cool down in.

Over looks Malama Beach which again is small, few sunbeds and a bar/restaurant.
There is a supermarket close by, not much else.

We didn't like the view from our room, which was a superior room with a garden view, not much garden, also on 2nd floor no lifts, in the heat 34 steps are hard to climb on your return from the beach. When we complained we were happily moved to another room.

On arrival you are allocated sunbeds, parasol and towels, which are yours for the week, fantastic idea.

There is no mini bar in the room, water, you need to fill up a bottle yourself at the bar or restaurant, they charge for bottles of water even when you are all inclusive.

This is firstly a family hotel, not good for couples.

They charge 60 euros for late check out.

The indoor swimming pool has no towels, even if everyone tells you they do, you have to get them from the pool attendant, or like us you will have to walk through reception dripping wet, as the spa attendant will not give you a towel as they are just for her spa clients!

Overall a nice hotel for families, food very good, I wouldn't return as I don't think it is value for money.

Easy check in, friendly staff and our room was great. We had a studio and everything was withinga short walking distance. Meals were good with high end resturant quality plates being put together from the outside dedicated serveries. Some great choices that differed from the standard buffet style. The buffet inside also had some great options although Sunday/Monday has less choice. Its definatly worth going all inclusive as a few evening drinks will soon add up to the all inclisive rate. The all inclusive cocktails were standard and got booring after a few days and a selection of frozen or wider selection of cocktails would have been great.
The walk to the beach is minutes away and sunbeds are 2.50 Euros per bed & umbrella, there is a great independant bar next to the bech if you want to pay for drinks & meals. If you pay for sunbeds then keep your receipt as the guy will be back later and forgets who hes charged. Buy goggles & snorkle from the shop up the road as the fish in the bay arould the rocks and by the mermade are amazing.
You can reserve your own sunbeds for the week which is great if you see the guy who does the towels by the life guard station, if only all hotels did this.
Bar staff were amazing and really made us feel welcome, we arrived as strangers and left as friends. There is a supermarket nearby for water and everything else you need and a great restaurant for Greel Meze at the end of the enterance to the resort. A short walk will also take you to more bars.
Grab a bus about 10 minutes walk away for 2 euros to Ayia Nama / Protaras or hire a buggy and go exploring.
This stay was one of our best holidays from the location to the staff. We highly recomend this as a travel must stay.

Great service and wide selection food court - with just one price you get lunch or dinner buffet + food court where you can custom choose/order of different pastas, pizzas, local grilled food or oriental dishes. Also breakfast buffet is rich of varieties. Ingredients are fresh.
Besides great service & rich food selection you get privacy in accomodation do to village style wide area (opposite to just one building hotel). Nice garden surroundings.

Currently here, didn’t want to wait till home then feel a disappointment I’m not still on holiday 👙🏖
The food is superb, currently tucking into the best desserts in the land. Main courses are delicious too there is so much to choose from with two live cooking stations. Plenty of lovely smily staff on hand to help and assist . They all work so hard & in this heat. Impressed with the teamwork I’ve seen, staff know what to do and get on with it with efficiency. Our two bed apartment is big, they kindly fulfilled my request for upper floor and it hasn’t disappointed. Allocated beds by the pool I had mixed feelings about but can see the purpose now and reserved for the whole of your holiday so no rush for towels on. Bar staff all great and helpful and friendly, lovely drinks with or without alcohol to choose from. Clear notice what is included in all inclusive and believe till midnight. Pool area big and busy but well organised, don’t buy inflatable lido only the donut rings as they don’t allow them in the pool. Safety reason ( save ours for the beach) Evening entrainment geared for the young ones but tonight it’s acoustic musicians so that must be directed for us adults, looking forward to that. Location is taxi ride to main town 15 euros, going tomorrow. Beach small and busy but lovely atmosphere and very scenic. Clear shallow water perfect for young little ones. Water sports available, have yet to try soooo back to sun bathing ..

This hotel is excellent resort for families, considering all amenities in and around it. The hotel has a nice swimming pool area with an amazing beach a few meters away. The rooms are small apartments with fully equipped kitchen and with a supermarket just outside the hotel you have the full option of either eating at the hotel restaurant or cooking at your apartment. Moreover there are other local restaurants just outside the hotel and also on the rocks at the seaside as well. The hotel is very clean and organised, the staff very friendly and helpful and they are always quick to take away used dishes and clean the tables at the restaurants, once you finish. Moreover there are lots of daily activities especially for kids, as well a nice well equipped kids club. The highlight of our stay was the swimming pool which was always kept really clean and organized in such a way that no guest had to look or fight for sunbeds (as compared to other hotels we stayed at) even during the busiest season of mid to end of August when we were there. Our biggest thanks for making our experience so smooth and enjoyable was Mr Yiannis (responsible at the swimming pool area) who allocated 3 sunbeds to us for the whole of our 2 week stay and made sure no other guests would take them. Moreover he didn't hesitate to quickly intervene and turn away outside people (not staying at the hotel), who were sometimes attempting to use the hotel pool area and be close to the nice seaside, therefore trying to take empty sunbeds that were allocated to other hotel guests. This really made a difference for us as it took away the whole stress of having to find every day 3 empty sunbeds together for our family. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for any family with children!

The complete experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, (3 generations, grandparents, parents and children, 10 in total). Every member of staff, from reception to the housekeeping, went out of their way to ensure our stay was the best experience possible. You were always greeted with a warm smile and the wish to please. The restaurant staff ensured your every need was catered for. Especially the children. The food was excellent with options from cold and hot buffet to a la carte style dishes. The Back-of -the-House personnel shouldn’t be forgotten for the quality of food provided.
The village facilities are well above standard. The first family holiday location I have visited which could boast a squash court. The Spa experience is also well worth a visit. The pools we adequate and rarely felt over crowded. One plus was the prebooking of sunbeds if you wished, no 5am race with beach towels to secure a spot and there were always plenty of sunbed available if you haven’t prebooked.
The beach area, which is not part of the village complex was small, but perfect in all other aspects and only meters from the hotel.
A hotel complex we will be returning too and one I will happily recommend to all ages.

On a bit of a road trip, we were in Pafos, and then the Mill Hotel up the mountains, review those later, booked in here for 1 week all inclusive, still here and doing a quick review, as its that good, If its food and good service you want this is the place, on arriving, they brought us to our room in a golf cart, other hotels should do this instead of letting you struggle after a long journey, anyway, settled in, bit of an issue with the beds which was quickly sorted by the lovely head of house keeping, the place is spotless, drinks are good and made fresh, the pool at the bottle is lovely and you have a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach and cove, the restaurant has in the courtyard live cooking, but its not just live cooking, they complete your meal with salads, rice, sea food, American burger and from the Mango is Asian style, wonderful, you don't feel like you have 10 things on your plate, not a huge fan of All Inclusive but this is new to us and we look forward to lunch and dinner now so much, ( we are still here for another 4 days) , service with the team and Panikos running the show is top class, they look after you for drinks, and anything you may be short of. There are a lot of kids here which is fine but be aware its very child friendly, the entertainment indoors at the minute from what we have seen is not great but still you have the bar and friendly staff, all in all, excellent mid way review and here for anyone looking to book, would recommend, probably need a car as the resort at the minute is not busy, so you can travel into all the lovely beaches etc along the way into Ayia Napa and surrounding areas. We are stating in a double beside the pool. Rooms are lovely and modern also, AC excellent and all you need also. All in all, highly recommend a visit.
