My mum and I have had the best time staying at this hotel. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and make you feel at home. We particularly felt well looked after by Anna and all the gentlemen serving at the indoor bar during entertainment. The hotel is very tidy, clean and modern. Bedrooms are cleaned every day if requested and the food is lovely! (Pink mousse desert at lunchtime is incredible, would love to know the name of it!) We were concerned about the food based of some reviews but we had nothing to worry about. This time of year is quiet in the town but we had plenty to do indoors on colder days and lovely walks on warmer days. We would definitely recommend visiting this hotel any time of year and we will be coming back again! Thank you for being so welcoming.

The hotel is absolutely lovely. Very clean and all the staff are very friendly. The bartender andreas is very friendly and five star service the drinks were great. Overall staff are lovely and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The bar staff were great especially andreas from the sea breeze kiosk bar, highly recommend, kind, friendly and very helpful would definitely recommend if you are thinking of visiting this hotel.

Was such an amazing experience! We went away for my cousins 25th for a few days and this hotel did not disappoint! The staff were really friendly from the beginning to end, always so welcoming and accommodating. Special mentions to Christos, Andreas (reception), Andreas (pool bar) and Alexis for looking after us and making us feel at home. We’ll be back for sure.

Cannot fault the service from the sea breeze bar, Andreas was very attentive, happy and friendly, service with a smile, cocktails were amazing, definitely recommend to try at least one on your stay at this hotel.

This hotel was fabulous, staff were all very helpful, it was large, many areas to sit and relax in, everything thought of. Food very good, plenty of choice, one restaurant for breakfast and lunch and another separate one for the evening. Beautifully located next to a super sandy beach. Plenty of sunbeds and grass gardens too. Board walk beach walks from either side of the hotel. Snack bar by the pool had a limited menu. Rooms large and with great views. Buses cheap and regular, taxis €20 euros to Ayia Napa each way. Konnos Bay an idyllic setting with lovely walks.

Myself and my partner (Cyprus, ayia thekla native) stayed here for two weeks and rued the day we booked. The staff were the only redeeming quality. Every member of staff we spoke to were gracious friendly and helpful, but the establishment and management have clearly abandoned ship. There is absolutely nothing to evidence any sort of maintenance of the building, revival of the shockingly tired and stained linena, fixing of broken and rusty showers, poor lighting in the downstairs areas and toilets and the food quality in the buffet style canteen. By the end of the trip I simply felt sorry for the staff, many of them young Cypriots, trying their best to deliver a service that had already let people down by their first night's sleep. I would stress especially that the night staff were amazing. We arrived for our stay at around 1am and were greeted and checked in perfectly. It was then exponentially downhill. All specifics and photographs had been reported to our booking agent and the hotel, but we were met with premeditated responses to complaints and an airtight denial of all evidence shown. Lovely hotel, absolutely beautiful decor and location on the beach is just faultless! In the summer this would be an amazing trip, we only came for a chill holiday but if you came with the hopes of leaving the hotel you’d be disappointed as nothing is open. The entertainment was very repetitive but again, this was expected out of season! Our only complaint would be regarding the food, the food served was absolutely disgusting, most nights we ended up ordering in as some things were just inedible. I appreciate how every night the cuisine changes but the quality was so so poor. The snack bar is great but the man behind it was the most hostile man I’d ever met, Paul was lovely and super hospitable, it’s a shame about the barman, he made us feel nervous to order as if we were putting him out of his way. The staff inside the hotel could not be faulted, the indoor bar staff were top tier and remembered our orders after day 1! Overall we had a lovely, well rested break and would thoroughly recommend when the hotel is IN SEASON, if you don’t mind the quiet (and FREEZING pool) then this is ideal all year round!…
