We stayed the last week in October 2022 and it was just as good as during our many previous stays. It is charming and good value and the family who run it along with their staff preside over a little gem. There are a number of excellent local restaurants of various standards. If you walk from the hotel down to the front, along the promenade and then back inland past the harbour (on your right), and be brave you will reach To Aimani Grill House. My wife had a swordfish steak and we had an excellent Aphrodite Cypriot white wine. On another day walk past this restaurant and there is another about 200 metres further. Our favourite beach is Nissi Beach which is about 40 minutes away on the 102 bus which cists 1.50 euroes each way.
This is our 4th time at this hotel its like home from home , you feel so welcome, its so clean the food is out standing Highly recommend the spot is perfect 5 mins to the beach it never lets us down Top marks , the staff are always happy to great you, nothing is to much problem .
We are just awaiting for the coach to the airport. We booked this lovely hotel through Tui as we always look for their small and friendly hotels for our greek holidays. This fantastic hotel is quaint and full of Cypriot charm with a modern twist. It's family run with fantastic food and excellent service. Room's have good aircon and safe. Pool area and pool are quiet and peaceful. It seems that visitors come year after year and all know each other. We will certainly be back
Had a lovely week here ..rooms are spotless lovely family run hotel ..was made to feel very welcome..breakfast was very nice and a big lunch menu. Pool was just right size..right near the beach..would definitely recommend for couples will def return
We had an 11 night stay at Anais bay and we stayed in the hotel section. The Aircon and fridge plus a safe were all included in the price which we thought was excellent. The rooms were a little on the small side as was the balcony. The area of Perena is very built up so the view from the room wasn't that great, however it was quiet. We had requested a high floor and were on the first floor, maybe the higher floors have better views? The hotel was spotless, the cleaners came daily and the room always smelt fresh. The breakfast was fantastic, fried eggs, omelette, boiled eggs, (all of the eggs) plus sausage, bacon, tomatoes, cheese, cold meats, fruit, cereal etc..... We had a late flight so the hotel arranged a late check out which was 45 euros but a real godsend. The staff were fantastic and super helpful and friendly. There are a lot of huge hotels in the area, this one is much more personal and friendly but still has great facilities. The pool area was good, always got a sunbed even in August. Great little hotel.…
This was just a fabulous holiday. Staff excellent, breakfast just perfect, always got a sun lounger whatever time of day, perfect location for gorgeous beach, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, not heaving with people, just enough. Didn’t eat a bad meal and very reasonably priced, locals very friendly and chatty, overall I can’t complain about 1 single thing. Raphael behind the bar was brilliant and very welcoming, perfect holiday, didn’t want to leave. Room cleaned every day, small family run hotel so you ended up chatting to lots of people which was lovely, far better than a big hotel where it’s like a rat race. I will be returning next year and can’t wait to book 😍
We’ve just returned from 2 weeks at Anais Bay hotel & apartments. We are a family of four and stayed in one of the apartments. This has been one of my favourite holidays to date. Locality of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach and shops, restaurants etc. Lovely family run hotel. The staff were all lovely and nothing was to much trouble for them. The apartments were clean and plenty spacious enough for us. Our beds were changed several times and the lovely cleaning lady came in every day. I would definitely come back again without a doubt. It has a very quiet and relaxed feel but still close to amenities. A bus ride or lovely walk to Protaras and also Aiya Napa can be reached easily on bus too. Also 2 pools available for both hotel and apartments and you can use either. Getting a sun bed was never a problem. We were bed & breakfast and always enjoyed the variety of food available at breakfast time too.…
We stayed in the apartment part of the hotel for two weeks. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking: no cutting knives, no bowls, only one functional burner, no hood. No dish brush or soap is provided. The waste bin is not for use in kitchens but for toilets, so every day we had to place waste next to it. The fridge couldn’t handle the heat, so everything in the door was warm. The beds are uncomfortably hard, while my 2 year old’s travel cot came without a mattress! I had to use the duvet of my bed as a makeshift mattress, but I didn’t get a replacement for it. Cleaners come every day, but the cleaning is a joke. Towels are changed 2x a week, bed sheets only once. Toilets and floors are cleaned, but not every day and not properly. Nothing else gets cleaned. Once I saw the cleaner use her dirty mop to push one of my kid’s toys to the side of the room. Airco is needed in summer and cost 5 euro a day/ room. The lights in the kitchen and living area are uncomfortably bright. Outside, there is one fire extinguisher for all apartments but it was last serviced in 2010 and doesn’t work anymore. There are metal tiles everywhere outside, including right next to the pools, which become dangerously hot in the sun. My son burnt his feet on them as he is too young to understand. There is a bar next to the pool, but it only accepts cash (whereas the pool bar of the hotel accepts cards too). Sometimes it is closed all day without reason. In general the staff is friendly, although an older woman at the hotel pool was really angry with us that our 2-y old went directly from the pool into the bar area to look at the ice cream, while dripping water over the floor. The door to this area is open and literally 2 meters away from the kids pool, so what do they expect?! All in all, I would not recommend this place for young families or people that like to use a kitchen once in a while.…
4th time back to this hotel we love it , perfect spot, The staff mostly family are all lovely nothing is to much trouble so so clean our rooms were done daily, sun beds never a problem, breakfast so much to choice snack bar food 100% Top marks cant wait to return in october ❤️
Polly and Dennis Johnson say. Like so many not been away in a while. We needed this Holiday to deliver as we have waited so long to get away again. So our expectations where high and we didn't need any grief, stress or disappointments. What we got was FANTASTIC HOTEL, FANTASTIC FOOD, FANTASTIC STAFF, FANTASTIC ACCOMADATION, FANTASTIC LOCATION, SPOTLESS HOTEL . Thank you putting a big fat smile back on our faces. I can see why so many of your guests have stayed here multiple times. Great Family run hotel where nothing is to much trouble. Been on many holidays in many places. I will put this somewhere near the top of the list.
