I rate the hotel as top.
The staff is nice, friendly and helpful, even some speak Slovak.
Rooms cleanly equipped, firm mattresses, cleaned daily, of course safe, or hair dryer is not missing.
A good variety of meals, fruit, vegetable, less seafood for the ratio of a large selection of meat and salads.
Tables and counters are constantly supervised and replenished. Drinks are carried by waiters.
The hotel has a spa, wellness, hairdresser and gym, always clean with climate and water.
Hand disinfection present everywhere.
Sunbeds on the beach, which is 10 steps from the pool are for a fee, but they are not needed if you are by the pool it's a jump. The beach is in the bay, the sea is warm without waves, visible to the bottom. Slow entry with sand. admire the fauna and flora around the cliffs.
Alcohol is not diluted or confused ... a selection of mixed alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as in other countries, and beer is beer.
Pools clean and plenty of sunbeds or around, but also in the garden, it includes in addition to a playground is a whirlpool among the palm trees. Programs in the evening are / were / until 11:00 am.
I recommend the hotel, the transfer is about an hour from the airport. The hotel won the Top Award hotels r. 2018th
One minus -
Out of the hotel is only 1 supermarket and 1 is a part of the hotel thanks for it, to the "center" of shops what to bring, you need to go by bus,but do not expect big markets.

We came for the weekend. The hotel is located at a beautiful little bay. The rooms are modern and very clean. A lovely pool and plenty of sun beds placed in the beautiful gardens overlooking the sea. There are 2 restaurants. The buffet breakfast was excellent and we had dinner in the meze restaurant. The food was of a great standard. There was also a pool bar, which offered great food. We had all inclusive and it was the best all inclusive we have experienced in Cyprus. There was no separate all inclusive menu so you could get any drinks from the menu, which were not watered down and they did not use cheap local brands of spirits for the cocktails. I have never been to a more friendlier hotel ever. Every member of staff made us feel welcome and did anything to help or advise. At arrival we were welcomed with welcome drinks and even a bottle of wine and fruit in the room. The entertainment was of a high standard With opera singer one evening and a band the next evening. We did not use the spa as the weather was lovely and we were only there for 2 days. There is also a tennis court, beach volleyball, table tennis and you can rent bikes. Overall I really can recommend this hotel especially for couples, families with very young children and older teenagers. We hope to go back again.

This hotel never disappoints even in current COVID restrictions.
Cleaning, disinfecting and staff and guest behaviour led to a very safe feel to our stay. The staff are amazing, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. For an all inclusive the food and drink standards are fabulous. The beach and gardens are immaculate.
Worth paying for a deluxe sea view room if you like chilling on your balcony 6th floor rooms are the best.
See you next year Crystal Springs Team !!!!

On arrival it quickly became apparent that Management was taking all measures for guests to feel safe and valued in light of Covid 19.
Crystal Spring's setting is idyllic, the lush gardens combine endemic plants with more tropical species resulting in a colourful space offset by the deep blue of the Med Sea. The complex's layout comprising green terraces, cosy verandahs, open play spaces and bougainvillea-sheltered corners means it is easy to find a spot to suit your mood.
That the hotel is run by a family who is always on hand, is obvious by the attention to detail. They must regularly look at their facilities as guests, anticipating each wish. For, no sooner do you realise that you 'need' something, it has already been provided. Tote bags for the beach, clean towels laid out on sun beds each morning , cool refreshing watermelon brought to you mid morning... service, cleanliness and calm maintained in a discreet manner.
The staff cannot be praised enough; professional, courteous and welcoming. The rooms are clean, bright and airy with comfortable mattresses and effective a/c. The 3 restaurants provide variety to suit all dietary concerns and preferences, with a special call out to the chef at Basilikos who has put together a delicious meze menu. The activities and entertainment provided throughout the day are varied and enjoyable.
We are happy to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers looking for a wonderful stay in Cyprus.

This is a wonderful Hotel blessed with the most amazing staff that made our stay there so enjoyable. We were greeted by Thomaz on arrival who made sure our cases were fumigated and we were checked in and sat in our room with a beer and wine in no time. We arrived in darkness so was a nice surprise to wake up with a pool and sea view room with a balcony and very spacious room which was cleaned everyday to ensure we felt comfortable. We have nothing but praise for the food and drink on offer. Galina in the pool bar along with others is a real gem... So friendly and welcoming you with a smile and a joke. Highly recommended with a beautiful sandy beach yards from the hotel steps leading down. Beautiful scenery and gardens with loads of sunbeds... Staff are very hard working cleaning and washing down all the time. The Hotel are blessed with the most amazing staff and we would love to return sometime. This review is posted despite the fact that we had to curtail our trip by 2 days to avoid having to self isolate we cannot speak highly enough of our stay and just wished we could have stayed for the full duration.

We stayed at Crystal Springs for 4 nights on the week it opened for the season in July 2020. We go to the hotel multiple times a year because we love it but didn’t know what to expect now with covid. Our stay was amazing. Everything was as great as we remembered and we felt very safe. All hotel staff wore masks at all times and all health measures were followed. Luggages were disinfected at arrival and all public areas were being cleaned very thoroughly throughout the day. Our experience at the dinning area was also great. Gloves and sanitizers were available and the staff ensured that people were using them. We spent most of our days relaxing at the pool and we went around Protaras and Ayia Napa as well. We were pleasantly surprised that most of the stores and restaurants in Protaras and Ayia Napa are operating normally. All in all we had a great stay and we will be returning back very soon!

Most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. We came here for 10 days and this was simply not long enough. Upon arrival we were greeted by a member of staff who offered us a drink and carried our bags up to our room for us. The room is spacious, modern and clean with a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we first arrived. The hotel has a quiet private beach which is sandy with clear blue waters perfect for snorkelling. 🏝🐠🐙 The food is delicious with a great selection. What really made the hotel for us is the pool bar, fresh food made to order with a varied menu. Entertainment was good with live music most nights. The staff at the pool bar were amazing, providing a top friendly service. Reception staff were very helpful. Location of the hotel is quiet which we liked, but I would recommend hiring either a bike or car to see the surrounding areas as the hotel is a 20 min walk to the nearest town. Alternatively, there is a bus stop right outside which is 2.50 each into town. Overall, an amazing hotel which I really could not fault. We are already planning to book again for next year. 😀

We stayed for 8 nights and we had the all inclusive package . The room had a great view of the garden and swimming pool. Easy access to the swimming pool and all dining areas. The staff were really friendly and polite and very kind with kids. The location and view was excellent . There was a great variety of food at the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner and we had also the option of eating at Yialos restaurant close to the pool were also the food was very nice! Basilicos restaurant was also available for dinner.
There is a kids club where the kids can play, draw, create origami etc so that parents can relax.
There were hand sanitizer stations everywhere in the hotel and hotel staff were using face masks all the time due to COVID-19 for protection. The hotel was clean at all times!
I would definitely recommend this hotel . It is an excellent choice to spend your holidays and I personally will definitely coming back !!!

What can I say? From the moment we arrived in the early hours to be greeted by George in a very friendly, helpful manner, we had the most amazing holiday.
The hotel made everything relaxing as far as Covid was concerned. It was nice to not even think about it for a week.
The food and premium drinks in the all inclusive package were outstanding, entertainment was well suited to couples and whilst having dinner to hear someone playing the piano or singing, made it even more special. The room was kept immaculately every day with towels and high quality toiletries replenished.
Special mention must be given to Chryso, reception manager, who made us feel valued. Nothing was too much trouble. So attentive to our every need.
Also Galina, perfect waitress/bar tender in the Yialos Pool bar. So friendly and efficient every single time we were served. Such a beautiful person who is a credit to the hotel. She goes above and beyond every day ....she was certainly missed on her day off.
Finally, Anastasia. What an excellent worker as well as being a lovely young woman. The pool bar ran like clockwork down to her efficiency and the evening she was in charge of the Salamina Restaurant was so noticeable. She had the waiting staff on their best service...every table cleared and cleaned immediately. Certainly wasted in the pool bar!
All in all an excellent location for a relaxed holiday which is what we were looking for. The private beach is heaven and even paying €2.50 daily for each sun bed was well worth it.
Can’t wait to return!

My daughter (age 11) and I had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous family run hotel. The hotel is incredibly clean and the service was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was fabulous, a great selection for adults and children. The location of the hotel is perfect for what we normally want from a holiday, nice and peaceful and a short taxi drive away from the airport and other towns. The beach is beautiful, a perfectly sized cove which is very clean and has a clear turquoise sea. The gardens of the hotel are immaculately kept. We stayed for 6 nights in the middle of October, the weather was perfect, 30 degrees. Sadly due to Covid, we noticed a lot of hotels were closed and one we visited to meet a friend was almost empty. Crystal Springs was pretty much at full capacity which I think speaks volumes about how much people enjoy spending their time there. There is a perfect balance of space around the hotel gardens and the restaurant, so it never felt overcrowded. Crystal Springs is a perfectly lovely oasis and one which we will definitely return to.

There are interconnecting rooms. Not all of them though so check when booking

I could not say if they have lactose intolerant food, but they did have a milk selection. If you send an e-mail they maybe able to tell you about the food. The managers and staff go out of their way to help where possible.
There were lots of spare sun beds on the beach last week, not sure about the payment method
