This is hands down thee best holiday I have ever had. I will be back! The hotel is gorgeous, super clean, amazing food, the friendliest staff and in an amazing quiet beautiful location. We arrived late and the restaurant was closed but the had a packed lunch dinner waiting for us and a voucher to have lunch to make up for missing one nights dinner. The room was lovely and had the most amazing view. The pool was really warm and it was lovely to swim in. I particularly liked that there was no deep end that I couldn’t stand in. The gardens are stunning. The whole vibe was out of this world! There were a lot of cats around which we really enjoyed. They are all well fed and looked after. We actually ended up adopting one and are relocating him to Scotland.

We recently had a 10 day holiday , half board at Crystal Springs Hotel. This hotel far exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was lovely with a sea view, there was a bottle of sparkling wine on our arrival and toiletries, coffee and tea etc. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional and the food was great, so much choice and very fresh. Every member of staff couldn’t do enough for you, nothing too much trouble. The managers constantly overseeing everything and making sure the hotel was run ship shape! There is a beautiful cove to swim right outside the hotel and a good sized swimming pool as well as a pool for children and a small play area. Beautiful gardens. There is nothing negative I can say about the hotel. The facilities were more than adequate for us. The location is on the bus route which we used ever day. We wanted a quiet peaceful holiday and at this time of year we got exactly that. I highly recommend it.

We booked this hotel because we wanted a heated outside pool. If you read other reviews about different coloured arm bands, that has now finished. All guests wear the same colour bands now. Top tip! If booking a package from the UK package provider, then go to the settings on the tour operator web site and also get a quote for all inclusive. The all inclusive is superb, branded drinks ( Grey Goose vodka included) . The food is wonderful , if you didn’t want the buffet, then food is cooked fresh to order in the beach bar. I have taken a photo of the drinks choices above. Things to do: The hotel have an activities programme. If you walk to the sea and turn left you can walk along the coast path, our friends did it and said that after two hours walking they reached the UN border, where the soldiers prevent anyone walking any further. If you walk to the sea and turn right and walk for 25 minutes you reach Agios Nickolaos chapel and fishing chapel. (You have to divert inland to get past the building works) You can book a boat trip from here. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. We purchased the five euro go anywhere ticket, and got off and on at, Fig Tree bay, The sculpture park ( good, free, lots to see, and artists working on new ones, for you to watch). We then went to the far side of Ayia Napa and walked back to the town centre along the multi million Euro coast path. The bus stop nearest the hotel takes you to Ayia Napa. Cross the road to go to Paralimni. If you use the 101 bus to get there, then it’s the 102 to get you home, and vice versa. I have posted a bus timetable photo, but reception will give you an up to date one. Also if you download the free QR reader app, from the app shop on your phone, you just hold it over the bar code on every bus stop , and it tells you how many minutes until the next bus arrives. I tried to book the Famagusta tour with Mr John but he had the wrong days. Details in the photo above. If travelling with a low cost airline and packing light then consider : Every room has a white bathrobe and spa slippers for you to use. The hotel provide, a bar of soap, body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower caps, and little packs of cotton buds etc. The hotel gift you a beach bag to carry towels etc in. The hotel provide room towels, spa towels and pool towels. Take your own face flannel. We loved this hotel. In the month of October 2022, 70 per cent of guests were returning, other hotels can only dream of this satisfaction level. Sent from my iPad

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They want you to have a good stay. At checking in we were getting a welcome drink (you can choose what you want). The hotel is clean everywhere (room, garden,..). At hotel you can find an outdoor pool, sauna, tennis court and gym. All for free! The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Every evenig there is another theme night, where there is a special buffet with italian food, asian food or local specials. Location is very calm and relaxing, but by bus (bus stop in front of the hotel) you can reach quickly protaras or another place. There are a lot of cats at the hotel area. They are annoying, because they are everywhere (at the breakfast, pool area...). But the guests feed them, so it's no suprise they beg for food.

Hotel is older, the breakfast buffet is great! But the problem are cats!! They are everywhere! In the breakfst/dinner area there are 10-15 cats! They jump on the table getting food! So if you love cats this is your hotel, if not, dont book!

This hotel experience was top notch from the first encounter with reception staff to checking out! The room was modern and well appointed. We appreciated the pillow menu and the complementary fizz, fruit platter, dressing gowns and slippers. The room was kept beautifully by housekeeping and the turn down service is what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel. The food was well presented and excellent quality. Lots of variety and different themed menus. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. The pool bar has the most outgoing staff who greet you with a smile and enjoy having a chat and a giggle with you. The food here is also excellent. The drinks are all branded - I tried lots of their cocktails! The pool is a good size and the provided towels are good quality. The gardens are exceptional and well looked after. The bay is lovely and an added bonus. Cleanliness is second to none. The staff are the shining glory of this hotel, all lovely, smiley, attentive and appear to enjoy their work. The manager is visible and seemed to be there most of the time ensuring every guest had the best experience. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

I spent 7 nights at this facility, and so did my relatives, five persons in total. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. The Staff and Management were extremely friendly, helpful and going out of their way to assist in every way. This is the way to run such a service facility!!!

We 1st visited the hotel in June this year, we was amazed by the hotel so booked to go back 8 weeks later in September. We have never visited the same hotel twice, so it must be special. Once again greeted by the amazing George on check in, given our white wrist band, that having just read on a previous review, the lady said white bands give you preference. No they don’t, everyone is treated the same, Again the hotel was amazing, the staff are the most loveliest people who can’t do enough for you. Special mention for the pool bar, Anastasia runs a perfect bar serving the loveliest freshly cooked food. Bogden for the amazing cocktails, Galena, the warmth she radiates and the smiles every time she sees you. Boris and Eric for their friendly waiter service. Also the life guard, he goes above and beyond to be helpful, making sure people are happy, will help anyone struggling to put up a parasol, make sure the younger children have the shade when needed, throughly cleaning and repairing sunbeds etc, whilst doing his life guard duties. The singer Ryan who is at the pool bar on a Friday afternoon is fantastic, would have liked to have seen him as one of the evening shows. The pool is a perfect size for the hotel, you have so much choice of where to spend the day, around the pool, in the beautiful gardens or on the beach, there is always sunbeds available any time of the day. I do agree though with others who have said more toilets are needed. (The toilets they do have near the spa are the cleanest, well looked after toilets, hats off to the cleaners) but if that is the only negative I can say about this hotel, it certainly won’t put me off returning a 3rd time.
