This hotel is a good 3 star hotel, the drinks included in the All Inclusive are good. The food is slightly mediocre but there will always be something you can eat. The hotel is very clean and the staff are welcoming.
Travelled with TUI and this is the best holiday hotel we have stayed in (on our budget 😁). The location is as it says on the beach with only the pool and sun beds between you and the Med. You are also 200m from the strip of places to eat & drink with plenty of shops. The beach has a boardwalk and paved walk for nearly 5k at this point. The strip runs parallel to the beach so you can access both at many points. Hotel currently 3 star but must be worth another, very modern, spacious & clean. All staff were friendly and polite. The Food even when served buffet style provided plenty of choice each day and it was all fresh and delicious (you can see the kitchen and the produce being prepared) We would recommend this to anyone.
Absolutely fantastic 3star hotel. Accommodation was very clean, roomy, and more than ample. Staff were all amazing, from George and Simona in the restaurant, George and Anna in the bar, and each and everyone else on the staff - really made our 25th anniversary quite special.
I'm always sceptical of staying in hotels less than 4 Stars, but this one has completely changed that for me. I cant work out why this hotel is not a 4 start hotel. It sparkles in the sun with its clean white paintwork and glass fronted balconies. In my opinion it's one of the nicer looking hotels along the Protoras beachfront. The rooms are modern in design, clean and fair sized. Nearly all rooms have a sea view and other rooms have a side sea view. The food is typical of a hotel, mass produced, good options but nothing special. Same as any other hotel we've stayed at really. Pool area is lovely, plenty of loungers to choose from and the hotel provide an option to get a ring and reserve your sun loungers and parasol for the duration of your stay (never seen this before) and saves having to come down early in the morning to grab the best loungers. Hotel is right on the beach front and is only a few seconds walk from the pool area. Hotel is also located within a 5 minute walk to the main strip of Protoras where there are plenty of Restaurants, Bars and (typically tacky) souvenire shops to choose from. I would say that in general the staff here are lovely, from the Cleaners, poole staff, waiters and waitresses to the reception staff. There are a couple of grumpy ones, but dont all places have a couple of these? My only criticism of the hotel is that it's not very child orientated (not a problem for us as we dont have children), but for families, theres no kids club, games areas or decent paddling area for small children, so keeping kids entertained might be a challenge. To summarise, this hotel was a great find, and I would not in hesitate to come back here again.…
