Just stayed there last two weeks of Oct. Thought we booked at Coralli Spa-resort, but there are at least 3 different other owners. Beware that you are probably not renting from the Coralli, nobody in the reception will have anything to do with the apt, although they are nice enough. The owners of our apt A303 was Villas2Let. They are not on the property, but you might reach them by phone. Three of the lightbulbs were out when we came, we had to complain about that. Our apt had a nearly 180 degrees seaview from the veranda. Bed was hard and squicky. Some of the kitchen utensils broken. Sleeping sofa dirty, hole in the cover and awful to sit in. Cleaning twice first week, then nothing!!!! No taking out garbage, no refilling toilet paper and of course no clean towels. Complained to the city tourist council about a very dangerous rusty staircase leading down to the sea from this and adjoining hotels, so they came and took it down. If it will be replaced? Nice quiet area. Clean seawater, nice to swim and snorkel. A 8-15 minute walk to the bigger supermarkets. Beware nearly everything closes down in Protaras by the beginning of October. Why, when the sea temperature is 24 and air temp 22?

We stayed in the Coralli "Spa & Resort" for two weeks in May 2023 which is shoulder season between off season and peak season. The weather was great 26-30 degrees every day and I am going to write this review in 3 parts as the resort and the actual accommodation are 2 totally separate entities. The apartments all seem to be privately owned and are sublet out, in our case by a company called "Villas 2 let" and not actually anything to do with the Coralli Spa resort. So anything to do with the room you need to contact the letting company and anything to do with the resort you need to speak to Coralli reception, easy enough and Villas 2 let were great, but the set up was all a little confusing if you ask me. part 1 - Location: The location of Coralli is absolute perfect (well it was for us any way 2 x 50 something's). Far enough away from the Hussle and Bussle of the Protaras strip and big hotels not to hear the noise and nestled in a beautiful quiet area 1 min from your own little bay with a small, secluded beach, with only a short 10-15 min walk to Fig tree bay. There is a convenience store, restaurant, quiet bar, car hire and sub aqua schools all in close proximity. overall, pretty ideal. Part 2 - Coralli "Spa Resort": Although it was advertised on the booking site we used (booking.com and all other booking sites / I checked) there is no Spa, no Gym, no coffee shop and no pool bar, as they have not been reopened after CV-19 pandemic so the term resort should be taken loosely. This was not communicated to us until we received an email after we had already booked and paid for the accommodation which we though was a little untoward. We were located in block B (Mountain view), Room 208 on the second floor in an apartment called Lucile (they all have a name) - See separate paragraph below on the apartment. We were literally the only people in Block B for the duration of our stay. The block had a lift and wheelchair / push chair access. The block had its own pool which although we never used it was kept absolutely spotless by the couple responsible for the outside cleaning, which was commendable. I cannot comment on Block A (sea View) where reception is located as we had no requirement to go in there at any time as previously stated the Gym & spa were closed. I also cannot comment on any Coralli staff as we had absolutely no interaction whatso ever with any of them. Part 3 - Apartment Lucile (Block B, room 208): As previously stated is run by Villas 2 Let (V2L). V2L were great communicators and gave us very detailed guidance via email and WhatsApp message on how to find Coralli and the apartment within and how to access the room via a combination key box to get the key. Beautiful apartment with huge retractable glass floor to ceiling windows leading onto a balcony with lovely hill side views and great sunsets (not sea view). This apartment is super clean on arrival had great AC and was packed with all the mod cons you would expect from a self-catering apartment including a washing machine. There were only 2 downsides from our perspective. As a 6ft tall 100kg athletic guy, the shower cubicle was a little on the small side, and for a 14 day stay you only get the apartment cleaned once and you have to book it with V2L. These were the only issues we had with the apartment. Overall, 4/5 for apartment Lucile which was a great apartment to stay in and was in a great location, however the Coralli resort gets 2/5 as it needs to pull its finger out and reopen the Spa, Gym, Coffee shop and pool bar to be anything close to other "resorts" in the area. As a whole a 3/5 is fair review of the whole package

we rented two studio apartments through travel republic these are privately owned and were very well equipped. near to the donkey shop that was open 24 hours and you could get anything there even sold singe washing tablets and dishwasher tablets. Two nice pools one is each block i preferred the quieter one but the other one had the nicer views. Restaurant opposite the apartments that was nice also a fabulaous traditional kebab shop which was amazing food and great value and so friendly. Apartments were only a short walk into protaras itself where there was lovely bars and shops. Fig tree by was only a short walk along the coast line an amazing beach. Overall a great self catering holiday spot with lots near bye

If you get a unit in building A overlooking the pool, there is a partial see view. The size of unit was good. There is a very small pebbled beach close by otherwise it’s a 15 minute walk to fig tree bay beach and to the main restaurant and shopping area (better just to stay near there). The bathroom had numerous small ants crawling on the sink. After I requested spraying for cockroaches the problem was lessened but not completely resolved. There is a small minimart type store close by but the only decent grocery option, Lidl is a km away.

We arrived early hours no Aircon went to the reception the next day was advised an engineer would come never turned up. There was damp around the Aircon unit in the bedroom, leaking water stains on the ceiling and down the wall in the lounge room no spar no gym all shut up. They changed the bedding every 3days which was nice but the kitchen area was very unclean. Only people that worked hard was the gentleman and his wife they were amazing kept the outside lovely. The only good thing was the view and location pool was lovely. Needs money spending on the whole place such a shame.

Thank you for your feedback You should report this to your booking agent as most apartments are individually owned so your review should include apartment number as other owners would not have the same problems

This is my third visit to this complex and we always rent privately and have never had problems with our apartments. This time the pool and communal areas have been kept scrupulously clean by a very hard working couple. Lots of the pool loungers are broken. It is disappointing that the spa and cafe are still not open. The whole complex could probably do with a make over as it is starting to look tired. We probably won’t return again as we will try elsewhere.

Just come back from a 10 day stay at Coralli spa residence as a couple. 2 lovely pools to choose from but we preferred the pool in block B as it was very quiet no children and a couple of days we were the only ones around the pool. 5/10 min walk to the strip of Portaras where all restaurants/bars are. We had a beautiful sea view from our apartment and there are lovely coves all along the beach front for snorkelling/swimming. The apartment on the other hand was a little disappointing mould above the doors and on ceiling from air con and our balcony door would not shut/lock I had gone to reception 6 times in our stay to ask when this was going to be fixed and was told there was a maintenance man that would take a look this didn’t happen and in the end I gave up. It was very frustrating as on the way in our coach driver had said there had been some break ins in the area so I was on edge the whole time thinking someone was going to break in as we’ were on the first floor. Probably wouldn’t return as there are some lovely hotels in the area.

Staff great. Rooms clean. However, two out of four rooms booked had big issues with air con which we needed in August ! Complained, and after two days were moved to another room. Damp visibly coming through on ceiling in our room. Although advertised and part of the reason we booked, Spa and Gym not available. Had been before, and was not as good this time.
