Fabulous hotel ,large comfy rooms the beds are huge and so comfortable which is rare in a hotel I find ,with great extras ,,fridge with wine water beer etc on arrival topped up through out stay with water milk tea and coffee, also 2belgian Choi’s left on your pillow.and a bottle off champagne on my birthday , lovely food ,can eat at different restraunts as part off HB package, Beach and amazing board walk right in front off hotel and bars and restraunts right behind ,Staff amazing ,a big mention to Vera on reception who arranged a change off room for us so we could have a better view, and the porter who helped us move dun and dusted in an hour. Great to have a spa we’re a had a lovely facial ,
We have spent a lovely week here with the family. Pros: staff are very friendly, location is ideal for the beach, food is lovely. Pools kept well. Gym was decent with reasonable machines. You need to book a day in advance but that's ok. Tennis is free and accessible. Cons: deluxe sea view room not 5 star and the bathroom is 4 star at best (200 and 221). Shower leaked and never felt or smelt as clean as it should. (I admit I'm particular about Cleanliness especially bathrooms). Due to the sun bed allocation a family of four as we were couldn't get sun beds next to each other. We overcame this by moving them to the grass area but needs to be thought out again as several families were in the same boat. Table tennis was free but pool table and air hockey to be paid for. Given there isn't much for teenagers to do would expect these things to be free. American restaurant food just ok. Asian and Italian are really lovely with excellent food but you can only use once each week. I'm vegetarian so Brazilian was no use as 99% meat. However buffet was nice at hotel. Overall a nice 4 star but not 5 star in our opinion. We may return due to location but would definitely upgrade on rooms which then adds to the cost.…
We traveled 6th October and this being our 5th time at the hotel we knew what to expect and again we were not disappointed all staff do a FANTASTIC job and go out of their way to make sure your holiday is a success. Hotel is spotless ( thank you Ladies ) the pool guys do a fantastic job allocating beds which you can keep for the duration of your holiday a great idea and if you request a move they go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Hotel right on beach and they operate a dine around where you can enjoy your evening meal at various restaurants another great way to enjoy your holiday. If I have to sum up I would say a five star Hotel with TEN STAR STAFF !!! If I had to pick a negative it would be the food and the plates in main buffet restaurant could be hotter we had several meals where the food was at best Luke warm . We will be back soon to this fantastic hotel in fantastic location if your thinking of booking as the Nike advert says JUST DO IT !…
Visited for 1 week and had a side sea view room. Lovely hotel and room was very spacious and clean. Stocked up free mini bar was a welcome addition. Staff are very professional and friendly. We were half board and found breakfast choice was great. Biggest disappointment was lack of times available for the dine around restaurants. The computer system in reception for booking is complicated if trying to book more than one room for the restaurants. Found ourself’s standing in queue waiting for more than 30 minutes for one person in front to complete their bookings for week. Got fed up waiting and gave up. Ended up asking reception to book us in by which time all decent dinner slots had gone for the coming week! We decided to have the lunch option in the Mistral restaurant and going outside for dinner. Sunbed reservation was great. We sat by Adult pool area but really feel some music would improve the experience. Must add we had the most horrendous experience on return journey at Larnaca airport. Arrived 2 hours before flight. Massive slow queues at EasyJet check in and then the same at security. We reached the gate at the time the flight was supposed to take off! No one around to ask or help us get through queues! Luckily the flight was delayed or we would have missed the flight. I will never go through this airport again.…
Really high class hotel and service, the system with your allocated sun beds for the week is a brilliant idea no saving of sun beds, all hotels should try it. The hotel has system where you can use other local restaurants in the resort, Asian, Italian, mezze, American and have a 3 course meal as your full board couldn’t fault any of them all quality food and service.
