Perfect ! We’ve stayed here before & it doesn’t disappoint on any level. All the staff are friendly & extra helpful. From reception staff to housekeeping. Food is fabulous. Adult pool was quiet & spacious, a little cold, but welcome in the 30 degree midday sun. Lovely Oct break. We will be back. (The resort was about 80 % closed, due to COVID19. Sad to see, but no reflection on the hotel) 5* every time

Truly a wonderful week at the Sunrise Pearl. Good food, great service, gorgeous room and 30 degree sunshine. Will be back! Special mentions to Maria at the Waterfall restaurant and to Vera on reception, who were both wonderful hosts. Only tiny suggestion would be to improve the quality of the coffee at breakfast, but that is clutching at straws. If you’re thinking of going, book now!

Just back from a 5 night stay at the Sunrise Pearl. We had a fantastic trip. The hotel is situated in the centre of Protaras but it is very quiet as it set back from the road. It is very modern building with lots of glass so it is very light throughout. It is spotlessly clean and staff were all wearing masks and respecting the covid 19 rules. The swimming pools are well designed with plenty of space and you are allocated set sunbeds at the start of your stay and you pick up fresh towels each day. I would definitely recommend a full sea view. We stayed in room 822 which had a fantastic view over the Mediterranean Sea. the room was spacious with very comfortable bed, good aircon and well stocked mini fridge with complimentary water replaced every day. A nice touch. The staff at the hotel are all top class and a special shout for our Maitre De who was so attentive and responsive. The food in the Waterfall, Mistral and Lemongrass Restaurants was top quality, with great choice and freshly cooked. From full cooked breakfasts to Soulaki and chips. Whatever you want they will cater for all tastes and dietary needs. There is Great pan Asian cuisine at the lemongrass restuarant next door which is part of the Sunrise Group. The hotel is right on a fantastic sandy beach with beautiful clear waters. Very child friendly but good for couples too. Great for snorkeling and lots of water sports. The Protaras Strip has lots of bars, restaurants and shops but many were closed as it was October and nearing the end of the season. The Sunrise Pearl is a Highly recommended 5 star experience 👌. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

In the times of Covid going on a holiday could be classed as a risky business! Well i felt safer in The Sunrise Pearl than anywhere else currently on the planet. All staff are masked all the time and the hotel was clean throughout. Firstly i will start with just one negative. The layout of the hotel is a little complicated. To get to the beach or the pool area is no simple job with a slope or the option of steps to negotiate! Not good is like my wife you have COPD or you have walking issues of any kind! Along the slope there was a mother cat nursing 5 kittens which we got very attached to but sadly the amount of feral cats in Protaras was alarmingly higher than usual this season. So to the good points, and there are many. The staff are brilliant throughout from reception to the porters bar staff the spa and pool areas. Special mentions to Justine who was our English bartending buddy who was awesome, to Sarlota our Slovakian friend who was so hardworking and a wonderful person. To Angelos in the restaurant whose team worked so well as a unit and to Victoria the TUI rep who helped us out when we asked despite not being a TUI customer. The hotel....the rooms were nice with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with bath and power shower, nice tv with a few english channels to chose from and a room of decent size cleaned everyday to a high standard. Two lifts but again i just wished they went down to the pool area to save all that walking. Reception is great and organised with the happy Vera always there with a smile. Peter the porter was also a great guy. The spa is well worth a visit as well with nice products availably to buy. The bar was a nice area to spend evenings and there was a large TV room so no issues for the footy fans! The restaurant switched from buffet to set menu and back to buffet again and the food was nice but not always to my liking however the breakfast was great with omelettes made to order. In the pool area you are allocated sunbeds for the duration of your holiday which are comfy. A pool bar caters for all your needs during the day with drinks and snacks or meals if you prefer. There is a shop which supplies your paper and various other goodies, a selection of freshwater pools to cool off in as well, or if you prefer just meander down to the beach and lounge out there or switch between the two. With covid there was no entertainment which was accepted. I would recommend this hotel to all unless you have a health issue like breathing or you might be in a wheelchair which makes life difficult. Personally id not comeback here not because there is anything wrong with it, but because i like the Sunrise Beach next door which was not open this season. If you do choose this hotel you will have a great time and will be looked after by the fantastic staff. Enjoy.

Incredible hotel. Clean, lovely rooms , right on the beach, good covid Precautions in place . We were upgraded to a sea view room for our anniversary and we were treated so well. The food is amazing, as is the pool and the facilities . Our massages were amazing and the spa is wonderful. The main attraction is the amazing staff. We had incredible service and they were all so friendly and attentive from the waiting staff to the masseuses , sunbed attendances , coffee shop staff , receptionists and chamber maids. We would highly recommend. A perfect stay.
