Hello there. I went back to Cyprus after 10 years to give a second chance and all in vain. The quality of the dinner was the only good thing about this hotel, but have in your mind that there is not that much to choose from. I need it to eat quickly and run away to not see how the waiters were bullied, treated like ''slaves''. And, not only them, even the guests were bullied if they had a complaint about something. Lots of cutlery, plates fell on the floor, proof that the employees were hard pressed. The cleanliness of the room not one of the best. The quality of the tiles makes it look clean, but with a closer look you will notice that a few hairs will sit in the same place day after day. In my case, being bald, hairless on my body, I even brought some hair home with my clothes I never used. Just had unpacked them, put on the shelf and packed again. Cockroaches silverfish will be part of your everyday life. Be happy if you can avoid bed bugs, have heard from some guests about that problem too. Forget the tea bags, coffee in the room. Have complaint a few times during my 3 week stay and only got refills 4 times. Waitresses English is poor. The maids do not speak English and they are not the ones who refill tea bags, coffee, so it is not good idea to wait for tea bags, coffee from them, it is the mini bar man(the ghost) that refills. Count with missing towels, bath carpet too. Likely the reception works good. I need it at least 4 times complain about it and even the fact that this kind of moments are very very rear so one receptionist was smart enough to explain that: -yea, that's kind of normal to forget. No, it isn't. So unusual, so ones I was a second to start shower when noticed missing towels and bath carpet. Another bad change compared to other hotels. Unfortunately, not the last. Also the change made at this hotel with the sunbeds, which everyone can reserve for entire stay. So, let's say that all your favourite sunbeds are reserved and those who reserved, after the first day don't want use them again, so you will see throughout your stay them empty, never ever used and will never get them even if you inform them about it. (By the way, there are no hotel sunbeds by the sea. All them you see at the pictures are paid ones. Look at the hotel pictures again and you can see the different colours of the sunbeds). After sea comes first paid sunbeds after the walking path, only after that hotel sunbeds. So, no chance have a peace or to be one to one with the beautiful sea view, because that's all you get. No corals, fish or marine life like in Thailand or Egypt, etcetera. Not even close, just a big tub of sea water. Lifeguards are coolest of all, so if they can they will help you but it will cost you your precious time, to move from one sunbed to another. So overall all the basic moments and weird changes were terrible. If not the bar managers, chef, lifeguards, entertainment team staff weren't so good I would never stay a day there. Bought tea bags, coffee and didn't stay many days and nights at the hotel. Never again Cyprus. I talked with many people there daily and understood that they have a specific culture and understanding of how the hotel branch should work. (- It is all about business one said). Is it? Wow, what a progress! All right! In that case this place is not for me! Never ever again! Forget happy stay if you are from countries where the customers are respected or even ''worse'', from country where, the customer is always right. And last but not least. It is very noisy in many rooms due to the location and all are very audible. You will hear everything from your neighbours on all sides.…
