We stayed at the hotel to attend a family wedding which the hotel provided... The whole day was a great success, with a lovely evening meal together with the disco they laid on...

The pool area was amazing and you were allocated a sun bed when you arrived in a spot of your choice which was yours for the duration of your stay... If you don’t have a car there is a bus stop right outside the hotel gates which is very reasonable and frequent to Ayia Napa, Larnaca etc... Loved it so much have just booked to go back at the same time next year...

I hate nothing more than fighting for sunbeds in the morning, this way you don’t have to worry... The pool/towel boys are fab if we wasn’t happy with where we were they done their best to move you... Ava and Justina were fantastic at making sure we had the perfect day and night... Everything ran on time and was just an amazing day... I had some extras that I brought over with us and this was no trouble for Ava getting it all sorted... We stayed at the sister/neighbor hotel called Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa, but guests there can also use the facilities at Sunrise Beach Hotel... The rackets for table tennis can be borrowed in the fitness center and was good quality... They have rackets and balls to borrow free of charge for both tennis and squash... Stunning outside facilities, pools, sun beds, very nice and super service-minded personnel, amazing beach and good and varied restaurants...

In regards to the actual Hotel, well it is all it was in the past, with the most helpful pleasant staff we have ever encountered, with special mentions to Tassos and Justina in the bars, and Franco and the team of pool guys who were great with us in letting us move loungers, only to move them back when the girls preferred the original ones lol... Maria on the reception desk was excellent and solved a small issue we had without any fuss or drama...

...Arrived at 11.45 at night so was a?quick check in with a cheese and ham baguette and glass of fresh orange waiting for us also at check in. Very comfortable room on the third floor with free wi-fi and the safe was also free... Mini bar and contents were in the fridge which you had to pay for ... Breakfast was very good with plenty of options and was between 07.30 and 10.00 a.m The sunbed allocation system is a great idea.We were allocated beds right next to the adult pool with beach towels provided every morning when you exchange your old ones... Superb hotel ideally located for the strip and right on the beach...

We have just had our third stay at Sunrise Beach Hotel in Protaras and it has been an amazing two weeks... Maria the Head Receptionist is always so friendly and welcoming... “Mike” the concierge is very helpful and polite... He will personally cook these meals for you on the night so when you arrive in the restaurant you will need to ask for him... The waiting staff in the restaurant are always ready to assist you, but a few special mentions have to be Abdul, Naveed, Barsha, Noor, Sohla and Angelos...

Totally recommend Sunrise Beach Hotel... Would def go back 👌🏼perfect location right next to the beach ☀️👙🏖️ one of the best parts is you get allocated a sunbed for the duration of your stay... Everyday a guy comes around with a freezing face cloth to cool you and someone else brings fruit... All the little things make the biggest difference 😊...

Just got back from this fabulous hotel what a great hotel this is stayed on the 5th floor overlooking the adult pool also side sea view Everything about this hotel is top class the rooms are beautifully furnished ! The sunbed allocation is a brilliant idea and the guys who organise them make sure you get the right spot !... The food in the buffet restaurant is very good with the chefs serving you to the soup and the main dishes breakfast was also very good with lots of choice the fresh coffee pots is a really good personal touch the dine around option is a brilliant idea being able to eat at a different top quality restaurant every night !...

...This was our 2nd year of staying at Sunrise Beach we loved it that much we rebooked for this year and brought our son and his girlfriend with us -they fell in love with it too. This hotel has got to be the best we have stayed in as soon as you walk in you know you'll just love it,it has that feel... The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming... The breakfast buffet is so fresh and a huge choice of food for all ages.the waiting staff at breakfast do not stop working and smiling... Rooms are spacious and clean if you book sea veiw you will not be disappointed... Our sunbeds where situated in the adult area as you are allocated a bed on arrival and that bed will stay yours for your stay unless you ask to be moved... The adult area looks out onto the beach and sea ( stunning ) it has its own infinity pool with bar too and the pool barman is always smiling... Last year we got to know Tasos the pool barman who is now behind the terrace bar in the evening a really lovely man who remembered us from last year... We booked the Spa day and a facial in the sister hotel next door Sunrise Pearl it is so worth the money the staff are very good there... There is a sauna and steam room which is free of charge lovely feeling after being in the sun all day... The evening is lovely with free wine, procescco and non alcoholic drinks with canapés and entertainment If you are looking at booking then my advice would be book and see for yourself... Thank you Sunrise Beach Hotel for another amazing stay...

The Hotel, staff, rooms, pools cleanliness you cannot fault! Anything you asked for you got without hesitation... Beautiful location with an outstanding view of the beach within a 2-5 min walk... Allocated sun beds is genius and allows you to enjoy your holiday far more and towels changed every day, staff looking after the pools and pool areas are so helpful and always a smile on their faces!... Breakfast had a huge variety and allows even for the fussy eaters!... Lunch menus have enough for everyone and few different places you can eat... Justine was amazing and friendly making you feel at home, always a smile on her face and so helpful!... Cannot wait to return to this beautiful hotel and area!!... You will not regret staying at Sunrise Beach!...

...From start to finish the entire holiday was fantastic ... On arrival we where greeted at the doors with a young gentleman who took all our bags snd cases off us whilst we checked in which where then taken to our room for us ... We had glass of orange juice on arrival which was so refreshing after a flight and car journey... We booked a superior sea view room , room 343 and it had a stunning sea view , robes , slippers , walk in shower with rain shower... We had twin beds and another bed for our son ... Every inch of the hotel is spotless from the reception area, to restaurant to pool its just so clean... Rooms where cleaned daily with fresh towels... The sun lounger allocation is a brilliant idea and u get clean towels daily ... The hotel is located right next to the beach which is a stunning clear beach with plenty of water sports, my son and hubby bought snorkels from a local supermarket and they went snorkeling every day which they loved and even manage to catch a glimpse of a turtle which apparently is very rare so close to the beach... We went on b and b basis as there are plenty of bars and restaurants on the main strip and we tried quite a few which all served some amazing food ... Breakfast in the hotel was amazing everything was so fresh , all fried eggs and omelette made to order and a good selection of cooked and continental foods...

...This hotel is definitely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in... The staff are extremely friendly especially Anca and Michael the concierge man... Also the small things which they offer during the day a man comes round with fruit and cold towels to cool you down... Sunbeds are allocated to you for the whole duration of your stay which you can pick yourself... Highly recommend this hotel as a family hotel or even couples...

Stayed at the Sunrise Beach Hotel for 2 weeks. We had the best holiday and the best wedding... The hotel is in a great location, beautiful, spotlessly clean... Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and friendly, we did not want to come home... We were honestly treated like royalty, throwing in extras like a complimentary massage each for myself and my husband at the sunrise pearl spa, my husband also had a free overnight stay there the night before the wedding which he absolutely loved...

We stayed here for the first eleven nights of June, the room was a partial sea view but it was a great view of fig tree bay island. The room was cleaned every day and the cleaning staff did a great job, the reception staff and all the restaurant staff and pool staff were brilliant too... The food at the hotel (we were half board) was absolutely fantastic on the evening, and was different every night,the choice of the different restaurant related to the hotel was a good choice too we went to the Brazilian which was brilliant and the Greek restaurant which was OK, the breakfast was a decent selection.the keeping your own sunbed was a good concept and if you don’t like where you first pick, you can always change to another.it was our first stay at sunrise beach, but we will definitely return...

...the hotel was beautiful and clean, with our room cleaned to high standard every day. The fridge supplied was very handy and the air conditioning very simple to operate... Very nice walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, towels and flannels... The grounds and swimming pools were very clean and the allocation of sunbeds, for the duration of our stay, a welcome bonus... Beach towels could be exchanged daily and ice cold flannels brought around, around noon, to the sunbeds helped with cooling down... Having the choice of two restaurants on site and four on "the strip" another great innovation... We found the reception staff always cheerful and helpful, as were all the staff... Breakfasts were great with freshly made omelettes and fried eggs available... The morning coffee jugs and hot milk brought to your table was very nice... The staff were also very efficient in clearing away plates etc and we could always find something to eat... My wife had to have an operation during our stay and the reception staff, especially Maria were very supportive, especially being able to arrange for us to stay in our existing room for the extra ten days, we had to stay, prior to our flight home... Following her operation, my wife had to have special meals and we could not believe that she would be provided with her own chef Jackie to prepare her special dietary meals and our grateful thanks go to him... We stayed at the hotel to attend a family wedding which the hotel provided... Having stayed in several five star hotels in other countries we believe the Sunrise Beach Hotel warrants upgrading...

What a lovely place the Sunrise Beach Hotel in Protaras is. We had a room overlooking the pool area, which is great, and the sea... The room was great with two sinks in the bathroom and loads of storage... The only thing i might change is having a fridge in the room rather than a mini bar... Everything in the hotel was so well arrange, with having a sunbed allocated to you for the fortnight and a change of towel whenever you wished... The staff were amazing, nothing was to much trouble, and we loved the Othello bar where we had a pre dinner drink and went back to later, they even poured your beer for you... Overall its probably the best Hotel we've ever stayed at whilst on a beach holiday, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is going to holiday in Protaras...

Fabulous hotel, restaurants, bars, amenities and fantastic location as shown in website photos... They are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble... Many have been working there for over 15 years and some for 30+ years, which means they have the knowledge and experience which contributes to the success of the hotel and to your holiday... They welcome you back like long lost family members!...

1st time in Cyprus and this hotel did not disappoint. We paid extra for a side sea view and very pleased we did... It was a lovely view looking over the adult pool and beach over to fig tree bay, worth the extra money... The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and professional... It was a great location, just a few steps from the beach and the strip in the opposite directuon... I loved having allocated sunbeds around the pool, we changed our location on the second week and people were choosing where they wanted to be... We were B&B and enjoyed breakfast outside, I needed a cardi on as it was a bit cool in the shade...

...It is one of the best hotels we have stayed at... The rooms were clean and well appointed... We had a full sea view superior room which was fantastic... There are plenty of daily activities such as yoga, aqua aerobics etc... The pool area was amazing and you were allocated a sun bed when you arrived in a spot of your choice which was yours for the duration of your stay... So no fighting for a sun bed every morning... The food in the main restaurant was amazing with multiple choices additionally they had a dine around scheme where you could chose to eat at 6 other restaurants... Plenty of choice for everyone and equally amazing food... Breakfast was also brilliant with a extensive choice... We hired a car and the hotel had an underground parking garage which we could use free of charge... If you don’t have a car there is a bus stop right outside the hotel gates which is very reasonable and frequent to Ayia Napa, Larnaca etc...

Lovely Hotel, right on the beach. I only did b & b as they're pubs, restaurants of all different calibre 3 minutes walk away and at all prices... The room was cleaned every day,also had a sofa bed next to the double...

We stayed at the sister/neighbor hotel called Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa, but guests there can also use the facilities at Sunrise Beach Hotel. The two hotels are connected through a walking path in the outside pool areas, so it’s very easy to go between the hotels to e.g... use the fitness center at the Beach hotel... Since our room was at the Pearl, this review is primarily for the facilities I used on the Beach Hotel such as squash court, fitness center, tennis courts, table tennis etc... I enjoy table tennis, tennis and squash, and they have a tournament in table tennis a couple of times a week... The rackets for table tennis can be borrowed in the fitness center and was good quality... They weren’t misused/ruined like many other places they have table tennis... I also used the tennis courts (they have 2) and squash court a lot... They have rackets and balls to borrow free of charge for both tennis and squash... The tennis court can be booked in advance, the squash court is just available for play when you want... The squash court is ok, but the air condition didn’t work though... The fitness center is really well equipped with 3 or 4 thread mills, some other cardio machines and lots of free weights, benches, bench press machine and lots of other machines for different muscle groups... Stunning outside facilities, pools, sun beds, very nice and super service-minded personnel, amazing beach and good and varied restaurants...

...The rooms are spacious and cleaned by wonderful maids who took the time to always make your towel into something new on the bed be it a swan or heart, a lovely little touch. The terraced bar has two of the friendliest and helpful staff you could ever wish for Justin and Raeem ... Sitting in the bar you have a beautiful view of the clear warm sea and sandy beach a stones throw from the hotel... A very good idea at this hotel , the sun loungers are allocated to your room ... There is no worry about you lounger even if you don't go down till 11am and if you don't like the location they will move you to a different one... I would also say that the breakfast was everything you could want and if you went full board the meals were to a high standard, although we opted for bed and breakfast as we wanted to dine out...

We stayed here for a week early summer and we loved it!... The sunbed system was brilliant, such a good idea and Thanos was super helpful when we wanted to move beds throughout the week... Breakfast was delicious and the evening meals in the hotel restaurants around the resort were great every time too... We took part in various poolside activities which was great fun and we visited the gym a couple of times... Dimitris was great, he showed us the ropes and we had a great time playing ping pong, football, etc!... Great hotel, staff and resort :)...

...On this occasion, we decided to treat ourselves to the Junior Suite with Panoramic view, we were not disappointed. The views from the balconies (yes plural.....you get 2 of them) were amazing, giving one view up/down the coast and the other one straight out to sea... The floor to ceiling window gave an amazing sunrise view to wake up to each morning... The room was super spacious (I'd even go so far as saying about twice the available floor space of a STD room, with plenty of storage and hangers... All toiletries and tea and coffee are replenished daily...
