The room was clean and tidy, with beautiful view on the sea and the beaches. Food was delicious. Drinks were very good, especially coctails. Great and kindly stuff! Excellent service! Bravo! All the best!

Arrived at midnight(transfer from airport was 1 hour) , guy brought out water and juice and plastic cups, checked in fast and super easy. Entrance was huge and grand! Supermarket literally opposite hotel! 3 more down the street and water park literally round the corner! Given 1 room key (lost it and they replaced no questions and said don’t worry if lost) and papers how to access safe and WiFi (free for jet 2 customers) Safe didn’t work, guy came up within 20 mins to sort it. Small fridge in room. Bit small but fine, 2 single beds and smaller bed, 5 coat hangers, several draws for storage. We were floor 2 right at the end. Balcony overlooking pool was beautiful view with 2 chairs and table outside. Room was very clean, air con control on wall, tv with sky news and 9 channels. Kettle and cups in room, towels, bath mat, small towels, shower gel and soap available, towels changed daily and room cleaned daily, bed linen changed every other day and beds made daily. You can take towesl from the basement for free to use round the pool. Big indoor seating area infront of the bar and outdoor tables and chairs for evening- spacious and very clean. Indoor pool but was freezing cold. Staff constantly wiping down tables and efficient. Cleared tables constantly! Never a queue for drinks, ice-cream is only a small ice-cream lolly, empty on one evening. Drinks are free apart from cocktails not on the menu (I asked for espresso martini) measures for spirits are huge and strong! They sell ice tea in cans and have a list of free cocktails. Kids mocktails are great but extremely sweet. Ok so let’s talk FOOD FOR A 4 STAR HOTEL I literally read hundred of reviews and my first thought was….. what a load of garbage….. fussy people….. I’m Gonna be honest….. it’s NOT 4 star food. Don’t get me wrong it’s edible but not much choice, let’s start breakfast…… Coffee machines are great, juice machines great, food wise there’s 4 cereals, runny porridge which was hot, freshly cooked omelettes in-front of you and you choose your ingredients - these were yum! Took us 3 days to notice the small coissoints and pastries available but they were hard, dry and sat in a tray for a few hours. Fruit was available but it was apples, limes and bananas every other day, fruit salad and cheeses available. There were pancakes (burnt most days or undercooked) lots of Bread and 2 toast machines and your cooked breakfast. I tried this, not many people seemed to eat it, it’s a desired taste, but choice was mini fried sausages, fried & boiled eggs, beans, scrambled egg, tomatoes and potatoe croquets. So there was plenty of choice but in my opinion it just tasted cheap and flavourless. I wondered why everyone flocked round the snack hut at opening time of 1030….. for yummy toasties, burgers, chicken burger, hotdogs and chips until 12 when lunch opened. The snack bar reopens 3-530 and to say it’s very very quiet here it had a constant flow of families! Angela was lovely with us, chatty and having jokes with families, ok so LUNCH Kids food was same every day, chicken nuggets and chips, that’s it. My son was fed up of this after 2 days, (was same at tea time) no other option. Main area you had salad and condiments, soup with croutons - however this was stale bread, not even fried so not nice. The soup was fine, very watery (minestrone, chicken, tomatoe) 9 main options you had , potatoes, vege, plain pasta, plain rice, and usually plain pork or beef in a sauce. Depending on the themed night previous was the option the following lunch. So again there was choice but not huge or varied for a 4 star so completely understand previous reviews. EVENING FOOD themed night but again not much vanities choice, for example the Italian night I was excited for (being half Italian!) I imagined pizza and garlic bread, prawns, muscles…… The choice was potatoes, plain rice, green beans, cauliflower in red wine, beef but was full of fat and bone (osso buca) pork in sauce but there was no sauce on it, salad, bread, and for kids chicken nuggets chips and “pizza” which was hard bread with a full slice of tomatoe on it, no cheese. The food was warm in the silver serving plates but went pretty cold after 30 seconds, again disappointing for a 4 star but I tried bits and bobs. Puddings were the exact same every night, mouse, pots of jelly, a cream based cake and chocolate cake which tasted of nothing. Fruit was apples and banana every other night. The Mexican night was the best, nachos, cheese sauce, guacamole, salsa etc and small chicken fajitas. We ate out 2 out of 6 nights, which I begrudged doing but my 2 children didn’t eat much at all at every meal but they enjoyed the snack bar food!! The food is served in silver domes and not kept hot which was odd. However food areas always clean and tidy and they replenished food when empty promptly. Chips were room temp but most importantly it was Heinz mayo and ketchup!! So the pool was absolutely FREEZING! Like painful…. And then we realised why no one was in it, not sure if they didn’t bother heating it due to time of year but was quite disappointing, however it was cleaned daily and never any rubbish around. Didn’t see any broken tiles or glass, floor was clean. Maybe again because it was late October and super quiet they managed to keep on top of everything? ENTERTAINMENT horrendous A sign saying “dance night” or “karaoke” and it was awful. You had no idea when anything started or finished, the quiz was just a woman quietly asking questions then going round marking them, really poor so we went out. The station pub over the road had football on and a pool table, bouncy castle, karaoke on all night every night!! WATERPARK Down the street, quite small, a 4 racer slide, green tube slide, rubber ring ride and a blue/yellow basin slide! Lazy river, main pool and little kids splash area, bar area and seating. Lots of rubbish around and very dirty. There was 11 rubber rings available, some days we were the only ones there!! Water was freezing cold. Lifeguard appeared now and again but glued to his phone! Floor was pretty vile…. The green Astro turf was thick with ouzing slime which was super slippy, the whole park needed scrubbing and water full of leaves and plants. Plenty of shops nearby, the beach is 20-30 minute walk away, plenty of bars and restaurants on the walk way down by the beach front. Or you can walk the main road way past the tipsy turtle bar and this leads you to the prototas town. Lots of souvenir shops and bars, boat trips, pubs and restaurants. We walked there everyday aft and eve! We ate at the RedIndian which was lovely. Also the joker square bar was brill, we stumbled upon it and watched Michael Jackson show which was fantastic! We took the bus from here (number 102) to Ayia Napa, cost €3 for 1 adult 2 children and €5 to come back! Overall weather was lovely and it was a nice town/area. The hotel itself was lovely and big, food was disappointing and pool was freezing, but again depends how you look at things, we went to relax and get away in the sun which we did. We ate and drank and made some lovely friends!! Definitely wouldn’t go back, but I’d recommend it for size, location and price but you get what you pay for.

We booked this hotel by mistake but a pleasant mistake to make. The hotel & rooms were clean & comfortable. The staff were very polite & helpful when needed. The food was like other AI hotels, they changed the menu every night, so there's choice. The location is a little out from the main strip but we didn't mind at all. There's still other bars in the area if required. The entertainment was poor but again standard for most AI's we've stayed in. We would return.

Set in a quieter location closer to Penera than Protars (25 mins by a choice of varoius routes) Maybe 4 star when opened, about 3 now .that said food is good ,lots of choice for all meals .All staff work really hard ,plates cleared away as soon as you finish by Demetria and Aristi and all the others . Great for kids, no mid meal buffets but fresh cook chips burgers, hot dogs toasties to order. Great big free form pool, gently sloping from nothing and a deeper 2m end . Rooms good but not modern ,( corridors lets the hotel down carpets worn ) room cleaned daily and fresh towels every day.Sheets change regularly plus more frequent intervals if required.and without asking .. Thank-you Reception staff friendly and helpful . Would I go again . Yes,good for a quieter holiday , good value ,good for families.

Nice hotel great staff who work hard and a lot of hrs very clean rooms fresh towels every day . Plenty of food choices at every meal time . Music very loud every night wouldn’t recommend a pool view room or u maybe awake till 2 am gone as we did experience most nights . Kid’s entertainment is so repetitive same songs same order every night . Protaras 20 mins walk or 5 min bus ride a way beach 10 mins walk . Overall not bad but maybe a few years before return here .

Just got back from an all inclusive stay at this hotel. Can't fault the hotel or staff. Plenty of food choice. Plenty of sunbeds so no need to reserve them...although some did. Nice and clean. The entertainment is another matter...music far too loud if u like an early night. So I would advice not to get a room with a pool view. And the kids entertainment needs to have more variety. The entertainer plays the same songs every night. Agadoo...cha cha slide....etc. got fed up of hearing the same thing every night. Some idiot kept ringing our room every night in the early hours. And reception said they couldn't find out who made these calls. Apart from those few negatives we had a good stay.

What can I say? Everything was perfect. Location, beach, beautiful hotel. As far as room is concerned maby furniture was not brand new but clean. If you looking for quiet destination it is good choice. Great value of the hotel is its staff, kind, professional and helpful. I can recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

Our room was fairly basic but very functional and clean. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and has plenty of sun beds with a fantastic pool. They have a variety of music playing which creates a relaxing, holiday atmosphere as it is not too loud. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is plentiful with a good variety and plenty for my vegetarian daughter!

An extremely nice stay at the hotel. The hotel deserves 5 stars for its complete service. The staff are wonderful, friendly and efficient. The food is excellent. The rooms are clean, tidy, with nice terraces and a wonderful view of the sea. Protaras is a nice place for all those who like a little more peace and quiet. The promenade is long - you can visit a large number of beaches. From Protaras you can go to Ayia Napa and Larnaca and from there to other cities.
