The front office manager-“KK” tenacity to get things right amongst her guests is most impressive and commendable! She exudes a grace of Professionalism, Patience and Genuine Concern for her guests’ creature comforts! In fact, she literally salvaged the otherwise, disastrous situation for me! I am most grateful to her and all the beautiful staffs in this hotel including the lady at the breakfast table this morning for a wonderful stay with their 5 Stars services from the Heart. They are all an Asset to this hotel. Please Thank everyone for me; especially the Front Office Manager “KK”! Eric Room 53.
This is the first resort that I have visited in this pandemic. While some are cautious with what the pandemic may next bring, this is actually a good period to try some resorts before the tourist crowd returns, and Sheraton Pranburi offers a peaceful, safe and clean retreat. We got a 1 bedroom private pool villa that offers a relaxing pool, outdoor jacuzzi and space to do some quiet reading via Luxury Escapes. It comes with breakfast and credits that we can spend on meals. The resort also offers bicycles to sight see the beaches or just simply roaming around the small town. Even though i experienced a flat tyre, the staff was quick to replace me with another one as I stepped back to the resort. The only thing is that the floor at the shower area is very slippery, so be careful of that! Overall, a very pleasant stay.…
An amazing hideaway, away from it all. Having stayed here before it was rebranded as Sheraton, the resort has maintained its secluded atmosphere. Villas are very well appointed with all the bells and whistles you are looking for; we loved the sala next to our private pool. However, on some levels the resort may be able to elevate it service levels. As a Marriott Bonvoy member for years, I was not recognized - which is fine yet some may feel not being appreciated choosing Marriott as their preferred home far away from home. Also the excessive use of single-use plastic could be considered worth looking into; from the water bottles to any of meals used at the restaurants, it may not be in line with the philosophy the hotel wants to bring forward as being sustainable. Good food, although the quality of the in-villa Thai BBQ dining was a bit disappointing in terms of freshness and amount, Pran La Luna serves great meals. When looking for a place where you really want to be away from it all, this may be the place you are looking for.…
A very enjoyable relaxing experience! Private villa with large pool and cabana. Peace reigned! Some recent reviews highlighted issues with breakfast choices, but the array of food - local and western - was just fine, especially the freshly prepared Vietnamese eggs and noodle soup. K Nantana (who introduced the Vietnamese egg dish we discovered) and her staff were the ultimate in customer service, especially K Tong. Special mention also to K. KK in the reception lobby - the ultimate in happy smiling welcomes to all guests. In summary, a wonderful resort for relaxation and personal privacy.
Very welcoming check-in. All staff are very polite and keen to serve you. Room: Huge rooms in two-bed-room villa. It is very clean and has almost everything you need. Very spacious with huge pool. The pool is larger than standard pool villa compared to other resorts I have experienced. It also comes with jacuzzi tub. FB : I love buffet breakfast. Foods are very tasty. Big variety of foods. Staff are helpful and actively servicing you. Overall: It was a great experience with the hotel. I feel relaxed at the villa and I don’t even want to leave my villa. It suits people who love to enjoy spending relaxing time in your own room or villa. At the evening around 4-5pm, there are street vendors at the street selling local foods at the beach front area right in front (outside) of the hotel. There is small rest area/recreation area like a park so you can enjoy sea-view eating/relaxing. It is fun with reasonable prices of foods Con: -The resort is rectangular so it is narrow and deep. My villa is at the other end of the rectangle so I have to walk very far to go to the beach. -You have to cross the street to go to the beach and there is no beach when high tide. -It is too much on cost saving initiatives. In-room slippers are now being reused. If it is actually recycled. It should be cleaned, wrapped, and marked “cleaned and sanitized”. In-room slippers are personal and the usage of them are quite dirty in nature. To save cost, maybe offering the brand new ones upon request only. Nobody will want to used in-room slippers that look used and dirty. The bath ropes are also in quite bad conditions, torn, and turned off-white.…

This secluded paradise is our favorite weekend getaway - gorgeous tree-canopied villas, great beach, perfect for long morning runs. Staff is fantastic! Khun KK from reservation team is an absolute super star, she makes us feel like home every time, anticipates every wish and always takes great care of every customer. Thank you, team, we will be back :)
Great location with sea views & all the convenience to shopping, local experiences, etc. The staff at this resort are helpful, knowlegable and go the extra mile to assist all guests. Perfect for a romantic escape or family holiday and the best alternative to Hua Hin (20 minutes away). Excellent for beach walks & cycling. Resort provides free bikes.
Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas (SPV) always is a delightful, peaceful, understated resort experience—as it was for this 5-night stay over the busy New Year holiday period. My wife & I keep returning to SPV for its more relaxed pace & to get some distance from the bustling crowds in Hua Hin. Just as before SPV’s guest relations is outstanding. >>For us, it starts with K KK & her always courteous, warm & welcoming demeanor. She models a high standard for providing attentive, capable, responsive & friendly guest service. While the details are unimportant to know here, we greatly appreciated that she was considerate to inform us about certain matters (that she really didn’t need to). Thank you for that, K KK. >>It wasn’t so unusual that F&B staff reached out in advance to inform about various dining promotions during our stay period. What was laudable to me was their can-do, positive effort to accommodate certain preferences for NYE dining—very definitive action on their part without the noncommittal qualifications that can happen elsewhere. I noticed that SPV continues to make big & small operational improvements, & property investment, which added to a pleasing holiday. >>I stayed in the same villa 901# as before—it was noticeably more fresh & inviting since that last mid-year visit. The fresh paint & wood stain inside & outside, what appeared to be newer bed/bath linens & outside lounge cushions, as well as the refurbished plunge pool, made a huge difference as to appearances & sense of comfort. The villa was spotless top-to-bottom (apart from typical wear & tear) & was kept that way by daily housekeeping service. My perception was that housekeeping, in particular, is an operational area that continues getting better & more consistent. >>The entire breakfast buffet operation somehow seemed less chaotic & more methodical than my last visit to SPV. All manner of staff, from the dining area personnel to the line cooks, struck me as having a more conscientious, attentive & helpful manner. I believe there’s a different F&B Director, K N****a, since my last visit—whether it’s a consequence of her arrival or not, I just sensed a different, better overall service ‘vibe’ that added to a calmer breakfast dining ambiance. She sets a terrific example for her staff across the morning F&B operation (& NYE dinner, as well) working hands-on as hard or harder than anyone else. Also, our encounters with K I***a (as in our past SPV stays) & recently K T**g of the F&B team were especially noticed with their unfailingly attentive & considerate service. Sheraton’s corporate branding emphasizes ‘taking care of you’ & wanting its guests to ‘relax & recharge’. Well, SPV’s team amply delivers in that way & more. My wife & I shall eagerly await another return to SPV & without hesitation, highly recommend this property to our family & friends. Well done & kudos SPV management & staff for being so hospitable & so predictable (in the best way) in enabling a pleasing, trouble free holiday stay.…
