It wasn’t our first holiday in Pranburi but it felt like it. As we arrived we were welcomed very warmly and got showed to our villa, which was beautifully prepared for us. Everyone in the hotel is kind, caring and we felt really spoiled. Both restaurants have a good selection of food, which is always fresh, tasty and to suit different needs and fancies. The grounds of the hotel are kept nicely and add some more beauty to the place. We will be back. Thank you.
I liked to be here. Place is wonderful itself: lots of green, nice small ponds with fishes, distant from noisy places but night food street market is very close though. Good breakfast, nice service, spacious villa with private pool. The main problem - really hard to get a taxi. At least with Grab or Bolt applications.
We arrived here & were warmly greeted by the reception staff. Having stayed here before we were made to feel at home immediately. Between front office & housekeeping all our special requirements were remembered. Housekeeping had also prepared a welcome message on our bed”welcome back to you home”. It does not get better than this! The F&B team were equally impressive, remembering all of our likes & dislikes. If we required anything else & it was possible for them to provide, nothing was an issue. One could not ask for a better service & the hospitality was yet again amazing. It would be fair to say that like many other hotels in the world ,the period during which Covid destroyed the hospitality industry left its mark here & work to restore some of the damage is still in progress, however the gardens are mature, common parts well maintained & the setting is like a film set. On purpose I have refrained from naming individuals who service was exceptional, that is because there are many people behind the scenes whom I do not know that are part of the team & it would be unfair. If you are looking for paradise on the Gulf of Thailand, look no further, this is it! If you are a visitor to this Amazing Country, then the 3 hour drive from the capital Bangkok to Pranburi is well worth it. Give it a go, be prepared to be spoilt & I am sure you will not regret the experience.…
We decided 2 units of 2 bedroom pool villa as we travel with whole big family (3 generations) The hotel is a bit old but all staff has full of service mind. They fave us everything we requested. We did a little birthday party for our aunt in the villa. Hotel staff offer us a piece of cake, bring us a big table with chairs also spotlight with no charge.
Have been several times before at this resort. Still very well located, spacious compounds and lush gardens. At same time hotel it is not only looking increasingly tired but also standards have started to slip below acceptable levels. Outside chair and table were virtually broken, rooms were filthy and also common areas were not in good shape. We had to ask twice for cleaning room. Unless this gets tackled, we won’t be back
I wish my little voice will go through management team of Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas, if I may. I would say that you are very lucky to have khun Pikky front desk as a valued asset in your property. she not only good but the best one that other hotels looking for to have in their team.
Stayed at the hotel and made special by the staff! The hotel itself is a little tired and in need of some TLC although kept very clean and tidy at all times. We were upgraded to a 2 bed villa which had a huge pool and lovely outside space. The hotel is quite remote with only a small number of other hotels and restaurants nearby which all seemed to close at 9pm ish so rather quiet. There is a shuttle bus to Hua Hin which is definitely worth using. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful time!
My husband and I felt in love with this hotel but couldn’t come back because of Covid. Eventually we made it last week and everything is nearly as wonderful as it was prior to Covid. We were so warmly welcomed back by the wonderful staff. Our room was prepared really lovely. The service in here is truly top. Everyone is so charming, professional and kind. It’s a perfect place just to relax and enjoy ourselves. The breakfast is full of interesting choices so is the main restaurant La Luna Pran. Thank you all and well done to the management.
Returning here for the first time post Covid it was so good to see practically all the old staff & a few new faces. That is a testament to the previous manager, the current GM & the owners. It also says a lot about the way the staff are treated. Whilst there is still work to be done to restore the excellent standards Pre Covid they are minor when compared to all the positive aspects achieved. Turning to what is truly amazing, THE STAFF!! The friendliness, professionalism & thoughtfulness, are without any doubt, as the rating shows, of the highest standard. The selection of food is more than sufficient & the attention to detail is top, top quality. The menus offer both Far Eastern & European dishes, the breakfast choices are extensive. It is not surprising that the SHERATON is the NUMBER ONE hotel in the area & the villas are an excellent way to relax in total privacy. Without any doubt we’ll worth a stay!!…
Overall: incredible stay, unbelievable villa. It is rare we get emotional about leaving a hotel, but neither of us wanted to leave Sheraton Pranburi Villas -- a sign of a fantastic hotel. Just book it if you're considering going. Pros: The reason you go -- the villa -- was sensational. As Titanium elite, we were upgraded to a two-bed villa with an enormous pool, which was fantastic. We toured the other villas, though, which were just as good -- any would have been amazing. The restaurant was really very good, and the breakfast was great. The location is on a wonderful stretch of waterfront with night-time street food vendors. We saw the new GM on the property, interacting with staff -- really great to see. The staff truly were incredible -- for example, during an intense rain storm, they found umbrellas and ferried us all to our villas without getting wet at all. The Sheraton beds were incredibly comfortable. Cons: Outside of the villa, the resort is relatively small. The gym is tiny (but empty!), the resort pool is relatively small (but why would you go there?). There is no beach, and no seafront, as expected. However, these are considerations, not actual problems -- the stay was faultless and far exceeded our expectations. …
