Upon arrival we were upgraded to a villa for the first day... Needless to say it was a welcome surprise and helped slip us into the holiday mode for our wedding anniversary break (and remove the stress of city life in quiet surrounds). The villa grounds are indeed beautifully decorated, the swimming pool is a superb place to lounge in the heat and the living area and bathroom are superbly furnished with all mod cons.

On the second day we moved to the penthouse apartment which was also very tastefully decorated with another bath jacuzzi and very spacious all round with a kitchen and dining area.

The breakfast is very average, it would be better to bring your own coffee making facilities and fruit etc. The local pineapple is sold on roads nearby and is a fresh delicacy not to be missed! Also a trip to Pranburi town to eat at a seafood restaurant is a must. I would recommend this resort for self catering, we went to shop at the local Tesco store for wine and cooked our own meals as well. Clearly visitors require a car to make their stay at this luxury retreat worthwhile.

What a fantastic villa shame its a bit rough around the edges. First impression is great, beautiful topical garden surrounding a great size pool, about five foot deep all over. All external doors open up directly to the swimming pool area with amazing views over the plantation towards the mountains in the distance. What this place offers is peace and quiet great for relaxing by the pool. You will need transport while you stay here as Hua Hin is a good twenty to thirty minutes by car from the villa. There was dust in certain areas plus it would be so much better if there was some effort in cleaning the bath room sinks and shower cubical before guests arrive. Two things to consider are that the bedroom door just off the kitchen has a lock which there is no key for, so take care especially if you have small children who will lock it for you. Good tip while you are at the villa leave the bedroom patio door open, so you can still get in. The other thing is the second bedroom is not accessible via the rest of the house, but only by its own door. That said everything works well especially the washing machine....very handy. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone who wants to get away from it all, fantastic value!!!!

Go here if you have your own car. The villas are amazing, large, nicely decorated, huge private pools, nice location at the plantation. It's about 25k from Hua Hin, so if you plan on going there, you should have your own car. Service isn't much at the moment but it was enough for us.
Got a huge discount, which made it the best value stay I'd ever had.

The staff spoke no English, served no breakfast (we were the only ones there) and the pool looked like a latrine. Never again. There are other, more local options in the area for under 1000 baht a night. This place is for tourists that somehow have no other place to go.

We booked this wonderful place knowing that it is quite and not that many restaurants around us; we thought we could use the bicycles they mention on their internet side and have a look around. We came at 2 pm. We've been the only guest. We asked for some food for lunch - the receptionist told us something in Thai - we understood they have no food. I told her that I'm hungry. I think she cooked something for us by herself. The guys here are friendly but their English is non existent. No drinks, no food, nobody to ask to organize anything! I know it is low season but some hotels close their doors in such a time and do not accept bookings via Agoda having NOTHING to offer! I would definitely not recommend to come here although the location per se is a very good one. But the management is very very incompetent! Unfortunately we paid in advance but if not, I would definitely leave as soon as I can!! It's a pitty because as said, the location is great!

We totally enjoyed Pa Prai Villa and suite. The food was excellent a lot of choices in their menu and reasonable price. The place was lovely and relaxing. Staff was very accommodating and they can communicate English. All I can say is that the stay was worth it. We would like to go back again .

My wife and I stayed at Pa Prai Villa's and Suites for 6 nights in the Family Villa. The villa it's self was stunning, spotlessly clean. The master suite has been designed exceptionally to provide for your needs, the bed was extremely comfortable. The private pool was fantastic and just what we needed to cool off in the heat of the day.

The food in both the restaurant and on the room service was out of this world. The Manger and her staff we're absolutely brilliant, nothing was to much trouble for them, they arrange all our day trips, which took all the hassle out of this for me and allowed me to enjoy my stay even more.

I highly recommended the Pa Prai Villa's and Suites if you want a very relaxing break in beautiful surrounding.

We have been coming here for years. We alway book for "sida" pool villa. The staffs are friendly. They caterred to all our requests such as kitchen wares when we want to cook, grill and charcoal when we do bbq, extra pillo and the list go on. Bottom line, the price is right. The location is great if you have car otherwise gonna be a pain to travel around. I really recommend this for a group of friends that like to hang around and enjoy each other companion without any distraction.
