It's a nice hotel to stay for a night between flights. it's not very close to the airport, so it's worth booking a hotel shuttle. The area around it is a bit sad but there are a couple of bistros and 7-Eleven across the road....More
The hotel is located close to lat krabang bts station. By taxi is like 10 min ( 60 baths - taxi metered).

We were put into hotel as our flight was diverted to Bangkok. Our room wasn’t as nice as those shown on the internet and very noisy. Bed really really hard and bathroom needed a desperate up date. Breakfast selection very poor. Hotel smelt of cigarette...More

We also arrived very early in the morning, we emailed the hotel with our flight details, and they gave instructions for the pick up point in the airport, and then when we arrived very tired at the hotel they had our checkin paperwork ready and keys to the room etc, so we were in bed quite quickly after our arrival at the hotel

if you email the hotel, they will send their own hotel vehicle to collect you. From memory, you go to level 1 between gates 3 and 4 where you will find a lot of drivers waiting for pickups. There will be a sign with your name on it. Tell the supervisor you are there and they will ring the hotel to pick you up. About 10 mins or so wait. yes there is a fee, but it is minimal and cheaper than taxis. The hotel is on the outskirts of the airport but you need to go out to a ring road to get to the hotel, which is close as the crow flies, but longer by road.
