O is our love letter to Mykonos. Inspired by an extraordinary year, as an unfamiliar silence settled across the island and wildflowers covered the little coastal footpaths shaped over decades by lovers of Mykonos. Turning inward, we spent time in our homes and with our families, rediscovering forgotten pleasures. And we began to imagine* a place that could capture the essence of that slow time for our guests on their return.

Detailed Reviews
From start to finish our experience at the Mykonian ‘O was first class. Actually, first class doesn’t adequately describe the beauty and top notch service we experienced.
After 36 hours of travel we were welcomed into the stunning lobby by a team of kind professionals, sparkling water with a touch of fruit juice, and cold towels. The check in process was swift and before we knew it we were shown to our suite where we would spend the next 3 nights.
The room was breathtaking. Every detail was thought out and perfect. From the generously sized private pool to the linen covered bed we could not have been more impressed. The room was generously sized with both outdoor and indoor space. The lighting and decor only added to the luxe feel of every detail. Housekeeping was constant with just a click of a button. Truly first class.
We quickly found ourselves at the hotel’s bar enjoying expertly crafted cocktails. I am remiss that I did not get the bartender’s name but she was delightful. She was a wealth of knowledge offering suggestions and answering questions. We spent each evening, before dinner, enjoying her cocktails and the ambiance of the impossibly beautiful pool area of the Mykonian ‘O.
It’s hard to believe that four paragraphs into this review I have yet to mention the beach of Ornos. This hotel is located directly on the beach with luxurious private sun beds and extremely attentive beach side service. We had lunch on the beach each day and the food was superb. There was never a moment where we were without a member of the team waiting nearby to refill our wine glass or grab another water.
A full Greek breakfast is included in your stay. A huge spread of everything you could imagine was presented each morning in the chic restaurant. Looking back, it’s hard to believe how many options we had and how expertly everything was prepared and presented. Never once did we feel rushed or without something we needed.
I could go on and on but I will stop here. This hotel is one of if not the best I have ever stayed in and I have been all over the world. As someone who relies heavily on reviews choosing to stay at a new property felt like a gamble. This is almost laughable now. The Mykonian ‘O is not a gamble. Rest assured this property is one of the finest in Mykonos with both the physical hotel being spectacular and the staff among the best in the world.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and treating us like family. This is truly a vacation we will never forget.

Exceptional property - The facilities are top notch, trendy and comfortable, with attention to every esthetic detail. Rooms are generously sized and stocked with all the comforts expected in a luxury property. Our suite included a plunge pool with seating and a lounging area. The concierge staff was excellent. They listen to our desired “feel” for evening dining experiences, and “nailed” the recommendations! Transportation was easily arranged by the front desk staff; with a combination of the hotel driver and a semi-private transportation company. The property is located on Ornos beach and it’s absolutely spectacular. The hotel has ample lounge beds, that are oversized and extremely comfortable. The pool attendant was average on the 3 days we were there. She was eager to take food and beverage orders, but not as attentive with assisting with umbrella adjustments. The pool, dining and bar areas were sensational with a very trendy vibe. Every detail, including cutlery & steam wear, was on par with the branding of the property. The only area of improvement would be extend the breakfast buffet hours until 11:30 & add additional staff to deliver coffee. The server for morning breakfast we had was not interested in checking on us & we had to get up from the table to get additional coffee. Minor inconvenience when looking at how fantastic our stay was. We will definitely be back!

We had a short night stay at this beautiful hotel in Aug 2023.
Pros:
* The hotel itself is very beautiful and very clean.
* The rooms are very spacious and high end.
* The staff are among the best we have ever experienced.
* The food and drinks are fantastic.
* The location to the beach. The rear entrance to the hotel is literally the beach. Fantastic
* The quality & Comfort of the sun beds. The best we have ever experienced.
* The check in and Check out staff / Process was faultless.
* The service on the sun beds was very attentive but not intrusive.
* The cost of the stay was very reasonable for the location and time of the year. You could easily spend double what we did and I can’t see how the experience could have been improved.
* Should you be around the pool area, the DJ plays great chilled house tracks all day at the perfect volume. This is something that hotels rarely get right.
Cons:
* My only gripe was myself and my wife rarely go to the beach as we like to lounge around a pool. However the problem here is they have a large canopy hanging over, what is otherwise a lovely pool area. This canopy puts the whole area in shade, so most of our stay the pool area was hardly used by anybody. This is a real shame. The other problem is that even though the beds on the beach are amazing, there is only 30, so you have to be very lucky or early to get some as they are on a first come first served basis.
Conclusion:
To summarise, we would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back next year.

Next time I am going to Mykonos I am not booking this hotel, but let's start with the pros first:
-the hotel's design is nice, scandi/greek mix , looks unusual compared to other Greek hotels we've stayed at which we liked
-the spa is also good, they use Elemis and Augustinus Bader; the pool inside is pretty interesting (though not heated)
-we slept well, it wasn't noisy and the room is spacious and designed well (lots of marble and wood, good toiletries)
-the hotel was not busy, not too many occupied rooms, meaning it was pretty quiet around the pool area
Now the cons:
-they advertise the fact that they have a private beach. This is not the case. You get access to complimentary sunbeds and towels but it is not private, every couple minutes there were people selling towels/ fake designer bags walking in between the sunbeds asking if you want anything, even if you sit on 3rd row sunbed they will still come to you! Therefore false advertisement. Moreover, right next to the hotel's sunbeds, not even 1 meter apart, there is a CROWDED beach, lots of people sunbathing on towels and during the evening they will also sit on the hotel's sunbeds, since there is no one from the hotel there during the evening time.
-they advertise champagne breakfast. Well, the champagne wasn't there the 1st day we had breakfast so we asked about it and then the restaurant manager tried to sell us the idea that greek sparkling wine is just as good. We just told him why not have both that and the champagne out given what the hotel claims? Eventually, he brought out the champagne bottle as well and to no surprise, lots of people were trying it out. So I guess, if no one seems bothered, they keep the champagne bottles for themselves!
-the breakfast in general is low quality, the food is cold and dry + way too many desserts. This is an adults only hotel, I could not understand why there was so much cake! Also worth mentioning they don't tell you you can also order a la carte, we only found out on the last day when we spoke with the hotel's manager (? not sure if that's who she was, she came to talk to us, but she never told us her job role...) So on the last day she brought us the menu , we ordered an omelette and then 10 minutes later they brought us the bill , trying to charge 20 euros for it.
-housekeeping threw away some food we only ordered couple hours back, when we complained about it, the manager initially said they thought we had finished eating...They eventually offered us a 20 minute facial at the spa for the inconvenience..

Second visit to Myconian O and it doesn't fail to disappointment. Even the aroma is amazing.
The O is a relatively small hotel on Oronos Beach, which is very walkable. You can easily venture out the front of the hotel and you're right by all the beach clubs, restaurants and other locations in the area.
The focal point of the O has to be the amazing pool. The slate marble is stunning and it's deep and cool enough for a swim (although that does encourage men to water bomb and if you're sitting eating by the side the pool, you'll often get splashed). If you want to sit by the beach, the O has it's own private area.
The rooms are stunning and many have private pools. Some of the suites have such big pools you'll never want to leave.
Breakfast is on point, with a huge selection. Evening is where the action gets going, candles are lit and you'll want to dress up accordingly - people at the O really do dress in style.
The crew who will serve you through the day are some of the friendliest I've ever experienced. Loved having them around and a huge credit to the O.
Are there any downsides? The gym has the basics, but no bar, no max rack, meaning you're limited to a few dumbbells if you want to push weight and none of those are particularly heavy. You have valet-only parking, meaning you have to wait for someone to get your car each time. Lastly, and we're picking straws here, the pool is quite shaded as it's mostly covered, so you'd be here to chill rather than sit in the sun.

O by Myconian Collection is offering direct access to one of the island’s most beautiful beaches. The impeccable design, curated pieces of art and elevated amenities make this place so special. Everything from the wine glasses to the beach beds feels unique! Pool area is fantastic with DJ and nice bar and restaurant . Rooms are relaxing and intimate- as i said design is beyond expectations. Hospitality was a top notch! Special mention of Giannis who was the first and the last smiley face we saw at the hotel and Maria from the restaurant-she is the best! The guys at the bar-absolutely professional. So i just can say O is WOW!!! You have to try it.

This hotel is fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the hotel manager (forgetting her name at the moment, apologies) and Ana, her right hand woman, were amazing. Gave us a tour of the property and helped us navigate the hotel layout, upgraded us to a room w/ private pool, and were readily available to help with any requests throughout out stay.
The breakfast each morning is insane. We ate lunch at the hotel one day and the food was very good. All staff with smiles and eager to help, without being overbearing.
The rooms were very nice; great shower, towels, lighting, quality furniture and decor. Truly feels like a swanky resort with laid back vibes.
The beds are very comfortable, although my partner prefers a little bit of a thinner pillow and all the ones on the bed were thick (my preference). So I guess that's the only complaint.
Would highly recommend anyone stay here, was very convenient to get to/from the old city as well as Scorpios on the southern side of the island.

A very stylish hotel with good food, a great spa and very, very nice staff.
The staff are very attentive and available at all times.
What bothered us a little was the person in charge of the restaurants, he was on his cell phone all day and didn't do very much. Even when I asked him to organize a packet of cigarettes for me, he just said “I'll have to pay more” although the other employees were always happy to do this. But then when young, half-dressed ladies with no decency or manners wanted something, he ran like a young rabbit.
This also bothered his coworker, as we could see.
But this was the only negative point, otherwise everything was great and highly recommended.

Response from Myconian Collection, Owner at Myconian O Hotel
Responded 3 days ago
Dear Mr Rudin, We thank you for the time you took to share your experience at the Myconian O! which we however received with mixed feelings. We were delighted to read about the efficiency, attentiveness and promptness of our personnel, as our team is committed to expressing hearty Greek hospitality paired with 5-Star service. Nevertheless, we are very disappointed that such an esteemed guest like you are, would publicly criticize one of our most valued team members who has been with the Myconian Collection family for many years, as well as your comments to other guests fashion preferences. We value, respect and cherish all our guests equally. We would have liked for you to share your thoughts and experience with us during your stay in order to attend any misunderstanding on spot. Lastly kindly be advised that although our property does not provide cigarette purchase service, our team always does their best to satisfy all of our guests needs We would like to have the opportunity to welcome you again at the O’ and experience the Myconian Collection hospitality we are renowned for. Sincerely Yours, Ronit Gabai, Operations Manager

Bravo to the management team and all the staff at this hotel. The service at this hotel is unprecedented. The hotel is stunning. The hotel is right on the beach and provides sun beds and umbrellas. The service at the beach is an experience of its own. The staff cleans your sun glasses, dusts off your sun beds, and very attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Incredible Myconion O Hotel
What a beautiful experience we had at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is located on a private beach. It is so stylish and extremely well designed, everything from the beautiful rooms to the pool area is just perfect.
The staff are unbelievable as well, so friendly and accommodating. From the moment we booked, we were handled by Ronit, who is ultra professional and efficient! Then throughout our stay we met with Katerina and Stella who were always so eager to help and assist us during our stay. Not to forget, Kyrillos, who was also amazing, helping us in every request we had!
