The best hotel in Mykonos in my opinion. Management and staff all very accommodating - very clean and the location is perfect - short walks to supermarket, beach and many restaurants to chose from. I can highly recommend! Helena & John

Hotel's Favorite
I stay at numerous hotels and as such am conscious of the differences between a Corporate hotel and a holiday hotel which this is. To compare one against the other is comparing apples and pears. This hotel is a very well run family hotel where nothing is too much trouble. The Owners and staff were all delightful, both friendly and helpful. It is exceeding well situated with Ornos beach exceedingly close by, so too a supermarket, bakery, pharmacists, ATM and the many, good standard, beach restaurants to choose from. The Town is around 10 minutes away by taxi and has a plenty of bars, restaurants and nite life to satisfy all comers. The hotel itself has a good pool with most but not all rooms overlooking it and a number of sun loungers around its sides. Towels available at reception. Breakfast buffet style.

I don't know where to start... really the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We arrived having booked a triple and a double, the room was incredibly dirty, the curtains hung without blackout and without shutters. The walls were puffy with moisture and under the topper, which was smaller than the bed, the mattress was stained with moisture. The bathroom did not have a key and I asked the reception to send a maintenance person to fix it. After a while a very rude man came to the Pool and told me exactly " do you know that locks are banned in all hotels madam? So anyway you're a family, do you put the lock on it? At the double room we found underwear of previous gestation and the shower was broken . So the owner came and said if you hold it with both hands it works🤪🤪 And after he said miss you have a Mercedes? I said yes and he said you want to pay for a fiat and have a Mercedes service? I was socked . Last today the double room checked out and they claim they provide driver service . But the driver never woke up and they almost lost their flight. Really health services should interfere.

This hotel is very well situated near the beach. We had 2 rooms that were booked by a travel agent. For Two days out of the three nights we spent in this hotel, one of our rooms was not cleaned nor the beds made, when we got back from the beach by 6 PM. Most staff were cheerful. Rooms and bathroom need better cleaning. There was no towel rack, no soap holder, in the bathroom. The breakfast had the same food every day. There was not even a toaster to toast the bred for the breakfast. The hotel is called a "Luxury hotel" but for us it should be rated a 2 or at the very 3 star hotel. The hotel has good potential to be a nice boutique hotel, if not a luxury hotel, but sadly it needs to be cleaned better & run differently.

I would give 4 stars only the lobby, the balcony, and the air conditioner. Talking about the room, it was too small, didn’t even have a coffee machine, and had stairs with no elevator option. Talking about the bathroom, it was also too small, didn’t have towel hooks or bars, and the shower shield was half broken. I would give the room and the bathroom no more than 2 stars. The location is just perfect. It is close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and to the bus stop. Staff were nice and helpful, breakfasts were decent, and the 3-night stay was all in all enjoyable.

Pros: - Nice location in Ornos - Close to the Beach and Bus station - Staff is super friendly and helpful - Breakfast is nice - Loby is nice and the pool is cool - You get the "Feeling at Home" vibes Cons: - I really don't get the luxury part in the name of this hotel. There's nothing luxurious about this place beside the name and maybe the lobby. - Lights are too dim in the room - Bathroom too tiny, with no curtain for the shower - The shower head has no holder... you'll have to hold it all the time. with no curtains. - Found some hair in the drain of the shower - 2 Twin beds instead of one big bed (Talk about luxury). - We stayed for two nights. they didnt provide us with another bottle of water on the second day. (Talk about Super Deluxe Luxury). - Not too clean

The most inconsistent hotel: you could give it 4 stars for hospitality and kindness however all other things were really lacking; definitely not a 4 stars.. Our stay was pleasant however with many points to highlight: Pros: - Location; few walking meters from Ornos Beach and 10 minutes drive to Old Town - Hospitality; very nice and welcoming; they offered us a free room upgrade - Free parking was very handy Cons: - Cleanliness: hair on the floor everyday with no real tangible improvement even after complaining about it; Room Door kept leaking tree dust and flowers due to the windy situation in Mykonos.. we had to put a towel on the floor to help ease off the situation - Room amenities are definitely not the 4-stars experience. We didn't even have clean cups and a new tissue box the next day. No kettle, no coffee machine, no slippers, not enough shampoo... - Breakfast is pretty much average

Every time we go to Greece, I’ve always stayed at the Dionysos. They have a perfect location. They take care of their guests above and beyond what most places do. And they’re always updating their hotel and amenities to the highest level. My favorite thing about them is that they’re right by my favorite beach and they go out of their way to take care of me and my family. That’s why I’ve been going there for almost 20 years and will continue to stay there.

PROS: Greeted with orange juice and cookies upon arrival. The room was really basic, which is fine if that’s what you are looking for. Steps away from the beautiful beach of Sornos and literally next door to a scooter and car rental place. Some CONS: Room wasn’t really so clean. There was hair (not ours) in the shower and pillows. Also, if your neighbor opens their balcony door in the middle of the night, it will definitely wake you up. We honestly awoke scared and confused. The balcony door’s opening and closing is so loud, we thought there was construction happening in the middle of the night. It sounds like hammering. Be prepared for only two USB charging slots and maybe two other European outlets. These charming ports are only available on one side of the bed. If you need complete darkness when sleeping or wanting to sleep in, you will not get it in room 268. Not only are the curtains very see through, but there is a breaker box in the closet that is very BRIGHT! Also, the sun comes in through the bathroom’s translucent doors/window. The second pool is basically worthless because they do not have umbrellas. When I inquired about this, I was told it was too windy to place an umbrella at this pool. Neither of the hot tubs were available either. Don’t expect much from breakfast. Very very very basic offerings. Wi-Fi was good when it worked, but was inconsistent throughout the property. No key cards for your rooms, but instead a PHYSICAL key that you are to return and retrieve when returning home. The STRANGE: (1) They gave us pool towels, both solid blue. When we tried to return them, they said the towels were not theirs because their towels are stripes. So…not sure where the solid blue towels they gave us came from. (2) The water in the room just stopped running one afternoon. We called the front desk and they just said “Okay!” Then the water came back on. (3) Power suddenly shut off in the middle of the night. We don’t know if they just take chances and shut off the water and power when they think nobody will notice? Overall - this is a family run hotel where the guy who helps you with the bags is also the guy who comes to fix your TV. Nobody’s mean, nobody’s overly nice, just average customer service. Communicating in English can be very challenging unless you are talking with Angela. We saw so many other properties that looked more professionally run and would have preferred to have been in their properties. I know I’m in a good hotel when, at the end of the day, I think to myself “I can’t wait to get back in the room.” That’s how we felt in our Athens hotel (Hotel Grande Bretagne). I never thought that about this place. I didn’t dread going back, just wasn’t excited to return.

Me and my husband recently stayed for our honeymoon! Had a very nice experience, pool was clean, location was close to bus stop and beach. Best part was the bartender Panos who was so knowledgeable and informed us which bars to visit and how to catch the bus etc. He was very welcoming and professional at the bar/reception area and provided a map with drawn directions to everywhere he suggested. It was wonderful to have so much information for such a short stay!
