Last Feb 2021, stayed there for 4 days and experienced that how lame and poor service ever given by the so-called 5star hotel. They didn't change the toiletries item daily, had to use the same soap for 3 days almost, didn't change the toothpaste also and the staff behaviour was so so rude.
Don't know what happened to them, when I stayed back in 2019 that time the service was good. But this time it was so irritating.
And most importantly, the furniture in the room was so poorly shaped. The chair made noise when I use them, the bed quality so poor also, the AC didn't work sometimes. In total a horrible experience.
I think I won't visit there anymore.

The Seagull Hotel in Cox's Bazar is ideally located to get the sea breeze flowing through your veins as you take a walk along the beach morning or at sundown just across the road. You will find beach chairs just for you by the Hotel free of charge. The food is excellent especially the continental dishes. The cream of tomato soup is to die for!! The evening also has barbecue in the lawn beside the pool with live music. Most of all, it has a old worldly charm about it which other five star hotels in the area does not. When the liftman greets you with a smile and asks warmly "so how are you today?" somehow you are led to believe that he really means it.

We booked a honeymoon package. To be honest overall experience was average. There are plenty of things that can be improved. First of all, they should have a mobile charging station. I forgot my charger, and they failed to provide me with one. There is no pharmacy around, and you must travel long distances to collect any medication. I wonder why I am not allowed to bring food delivery from outside. The restaurant inside the hotel is very expensive, and the quality is not up to the mark.

We take every guest reviews/ comments very seriously and this gives us an opportunity to improve on our standards and meet up to your expectations. In regards to the mobile charging point I do agree that we do not have a mobile charging point but we do try and provide chargers on Guest request from the reception. Basic medicines are available with us at the Guest Relation desk but keeping in mind the Guest health we always recommend to see a doctor (we have a Doctor on call also) and to take prescribed medicines only. In regards to outside food not being allowed within the Hotel premises this is a standard protocol across Hotels, again keeping in mind the Guest health so that cross contamination or any health issues can be avoided which may result from the consumption of outside food. Your comment on the quality of our food is taken very seriously and assure you that all necessary action is being taken to improve on the same. Worst room service that you can get in your life...room towels and bed sheet are dirty.

Lots and lots of Memories. It's been more than 6 to 7 times I have stayed and enjoyed my vacation at Seagull Hotels Ltd. since 2000 till now. Even last month I have visited and enjoyed their warm hospitality. As usual, their buffet breakfast is the best out of all the other hotels, swimming pool is also one of the biggest pools in cox's Bazar. They have their own private beach space and folding beach chairs for the seagull guests only. This is very important while you are at the beach so that you can relax and enjoy the view. This time it looked like they are renovating and coming up with more modern and new interiors. Looking forward to that for my next trip inshallah.

It was a great experience with my family.. I'm living abroad, I came to Bangladesh with my daughter, I really wanted to impress her about Bangladesh so we pre-planned to go to Cox Bazaar and booked the Seagull hotel for our stay with my family. The service provided was outstanding, I really appreciate their CO and GM, and the whole team who made our stay memorable. The free breakfast selection had much variety and we enjoyed. When the CO'S wife came to check on us, it felt very personal and kind. I will suggest to them to maintain their service for everyone. I really appreciate that at the free breakfast they had a sign about the environment and food wastage. I would like to suggest that have a tour package for the entirety of Cox Bazaar and neighboring tourist areas.

My favorite hotel I have always stayed here since it was inaugurated, awesome quiet atmosphere in this hotel. It’s right on the beach. A few minutes' walk to the beach from my room. The best hotel to stay in Cox’s Bazar. My favorite is the suite room with a balcony. The food is super yummy and fresh food is served always. The swimming pool area is my favorite too. And finally the bar best bar atmosphere in cox’s bazar.
