It's a beautiful Hote with all facilities of a 5 Star hotel. The hotel was clean. I love their virtual tour because before Booking i can see my room. Food was so good. Room service need to be improved. This hotel has a safe and big parking.
Booked this hotel for 2 nights stay in Cox’s Bazar. The hotel is in between Laboni and Kolatoli beach area. The hotel has no beach view. It is located at the 2nd row of the roads from the beach. Behind Seagull hotel. 1. The check in and check out processes were smooth. 2. Rooms are well furnished and clean. 3. Hotel serves 2 bottles of water per day. 4. Bathroom is spacious and clean with sufficient toiletries. 5. Breakfast was good but with little options. 6. Wi-fi was poor. 7. The hotel has parking facility. We kept our car in their parking area.
stayed two nights in the hotel in December last year. Water was continuously falling from the comod everyday we stayed. after complain they repaired every day but they were not happy due to our complain. as a result our belongings were lost from the room including our room key which we left in the room by mistake. some people don't like to get complain even though it was true.
It's Says, They're Five Star Standard But Absolutely Not. My Room No Was 5009 & When I Enter Into The Room 1. Toilet Was Really Dirty. 2. Telephone Was Dead. 3. Locker Is Just For Show. 4. Bed & Pillow Sheet Wasn't Changed. 5. Mosquito In The Room Because There Was A Dirty Pond Which You Can See From The Varenda. 6. There's A Pool But Not Temperature Controlled. 7. There's A Bar But Not Available Choice Of Product. I Booked A Hill View Deluxe Room & Get A Dirty Pond View Room With A Dirty Washroom. There's Some Place To Take Good Picture But Badly Need Renovation. Actually They Offer Corporate & Group Discount. Actually It's Not Good For Family & Kids!
Absolutely horrible service. There is no hand sanitizer in the washroom. Room service is absolutely horrible. Would not recommend to anyone. Asked to make the room up at 11 am when i went out. Came back in 5 and the room was not even touched. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as they claim. The service at the cafe is even worse.
This hotel is really not a good one. Stuffs are unprofessional and their policies worst. Water pressure is so low that we had to take showers at the pool side. They close the pool at the evening for bbq. Very disappointed. Ps one of the floor is haunted. You’ll hear foot steps, door knocks and people crying.
I have been staying in this hotel for a long time and visited again I good faith without checking review. The service has deteriorated terribly- there is actually no customer service and you get a feeling that they are doing a favour to you by allowing you to stay in their hotel. The staff is rude and insolent and the meanness of the owners and managers is evident everywhere. I do not wish to stay there anymore and would not recommend this hotel to my friends
The customer service and the behaviour of the hotel staff is unacceptable. They were rude, unhelpful and downright insolent. The breakfast is very mediocre and restaurant service is awful. The swimming pool is extremely dirty. I will never stay in this hotel again and I highly discourage spending your vacation here.
First time in 2012, we stayed 2 nights and 3 days which was rememberable for new look and hospitality of the hotel. But 2nd time visit after 9 years is regretful. It demolished our first impression in 2012. This hotel need renovation in various sector. Such as they need to upgrade the TV. WiFi facilities is very poor now which Needs upgrading. Breakfast in the basement hall area is really suffocating and disappointing. They need to make arrangements for breakfast in the rooftop with proper decorations. The swimming pool area needs serious maintenance. We went there to swim with kids. But we left the place after noticing the pool water very dirty which is unhealthy. How can a 5 star standard hotel swimming pool like this?!? They did not give any complementary tea coffee in the standard room!!! The lobby area was also better looking before. Two massage chair is kept in a corner which looks inactive or out of order. We wish we did not visit for the 2nd time. …
Extremely poor services offered by them. Poor hospitality, no welcome drinks, not friendly attitude by the staffs, bad complains management...complained several times about bad smell from the bathroom but no one resolved that issue, no proper maintenance....I'm shocked with their services and In my view its a 3 star hotel....nothing of 5 star standard
