We have been a regular visitors of Best western heritage hotel, Cox's Bazar for their top notch services. We experienced an excellent assistance from a staff named Smrity Akter today in Executive Lounge which they have renovated recently. Smrity had been immensely polite and helpful throughout the time we were in the lounge. She even stayed an hour extra just to serve us. Her humble gesture caught our attention and we really want to thank her.

This is one of the best hotels in Cox's Bazar. Environment is very good and the breakfast is the best I ever found in Cox's Bazar. Housekeeping also very good. I stayed in 1016. The housekeeping boy name Shawkat Osman was gentle and very good in service. Wishing to come again here.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay for our honeymoon. The Hotel is incredible.The wonderful staff at this hotel truly are an asset, these are the people who have really made our holiday. In particular Housekeeping staff and poll bar staff. Special Thanks to Manager Hk-Razu for welcoming us and showing us around and helping us with all our concerns during our stay.! I enjoyed having coffee in your lobby. I will ask you for coffee again. The Housekeeping staff is always ready to help us 24/7.

Everything was absolutely Amazing, we stayed in 6023 which was absolutely awesome. the room was large and always clean. The staff here are truly lovely. A few to mention, the poll staff Nazrul at the infinity pool were just the best. Alamgir ,Mazed were always on point with the best service , they were always attentive and friendly. We had the same waiter Name i forget who always had a smile, he knew as soon as we entered the restaurant. The Hotel is absolutely the best. our room bed decorations was fantastic.

For the first time we have checked in to Best Western Heritage without any planning and after checked in we just realised that our decision was wise. We are very pleased with their warm welcome, behaviour, hotel room, ambience. And specially, their dine was awesome in one word. And special thanks to Mr. Salim the Manager of “Food & Beverage” who arranged to made our days more special and also his surprise fruit bucket, we really pleased with his warm hospitality. Looking forward to the next tour in Best Western Heritage.

I've come here in thursday morning. When we came it was before the check in time 12 pm. But the receptionist helped us a lot to get an early check in.
