Excellent hotel convenient to visit Coatepec. Near Downtown and with great facilities. Room is comfortable and clean. My room was brand new in front of a Jacuzzi and quiet. Walk distance from downtown and easy access. Parking is safety and in front of hotel. We will return for Sure.

We stayed 3 nights March 2016. Employees are very nice and helpful. Hotel is well located and very nice rooms. On 2nd floor there is a view from the spa terrace to Pico de Orizaba vulcano when weather is clear.

Hotel is located in downtown Coatepec, easy walking distance to the Plaza. It is a classic hacienda that has been completely renovated. Our Junior Suite had two queen beds, one on the ground floor and the other in a loft, to the delight of our 13 year old. Place is clean. Parking is across the street in a lot.

Very nice hotel, centrally located, short walk to charming main center of town and restaurants. We used a guide for our trips around Coatepec so we did not ask much of the staff but they seemed very helpful. The courtyard is beautiful and the rooms quite comfortable. We ordered full breakfasts as soon as we realized how good the kitchen... More

Beautiful boutique hotel. The hotel offers free breakfast with the room and is continental, but it is possible to add extra food at a very decent price. The eggs and enmoladas are very tasty. We were travelling with family and stayed two nights. The first night we stayed in the king suites, which have a nice decor and a very... More

Great Hospitality! The staff went out of their way to welcome me and were very friendly in setting up tours to visit coffee growing plantations. I arrived late at night (1am) and the staff was incredibly hospitable. Very relaxing place to spend a couple days in sumptuous cosy beds.

We stayed there for one night only, and we wished we stayed longer. It is a beautiful old house, located only a few blocks from the center of Coatepec. We only have two complaints, the room on the first floor where we stayed was a little bit dark, and the second complaint was the lack of power plugs next to... More

Comfortable, well maintained, spotless. Service was cordial, prompt and faultless. I ordered a pizza at the front desk asking for a recommendation. The pizza arrived promptly, was better than expected and the hotel staff brought it to my room with plate and silverware just in case. The room could have used brighter lighting and more drawer or shelf space. The... More

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel staff arranging a guided tour with a transplanted lady from Mexico City who appeared to know everyone we encountered. What we almost missed was breakfast, and it would have been a huge mistake, a terrible loss. The food was exquisite regional Mexican cuisine, and it simply gets no better. We usually consume... I had high hopes from this place. It is billed as Coatepec's luxury hotel. It also gets very good reviews on the site. Don't get me wrong - it is very good. But there are some things they need to tweak to make it perfect. First, our room was damp. There was that slightly disappointing musty smell that you often... More
