I had the pleasure to stay here for 1 night with my sister and I can honestly say it was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have seen. The bathroom was spotless with a gorgeous walk in shower. The TV even had Netflix option, which was a nice addition since it gets dark early this time of year and we spent a lot of time in the room during the evening. The food at the restaurants was amazing with some unique options and a generous dessert menu.

Nice and clean hotel, we stayed in an apartment. The apartment was big with nice view . Unfortunately no terrace for the apartment. Close to Lake Ursu - 10 min walk. we had an accommodation with half board. Breakfast was very good, dinner not so good, as you had only 4-5 choices - for us some of them were not so great. The pool was not accessible due to the COVID-19 restrictions The parking area is under construction. During the day, sometimes the noise from construction around the hotel can be heard.

2020 is an year with problems. The pandemic is all over the world and travelling abroad is delicate. We said let's take an area less crowded than the coast on Black Sea or Valea Prahovei in Romania. Surprise, probably others thought exactly like us and crowded the place. First negative: the hotel says there are plenty of parking places in front and no need for a reservation. This is false, if you leave with the car to visit some other place you lose your parking place. Super crowded. We took a suite for 3 adults - nice, large. Drawbacks: one TV set has no remote control, they provided something which should have been an universal remote control which did not operate properly. In the third day one of the lights(probably neon) in the front of hotel, very powerful started to flickering and it was so powerful that even with curtain completely closed one who stayed in that room could not sleep. I announced in the reception and the responsible that time did not know what to do saying to wait until the next day. At dusk when the lights were switched on again the same problem. I went again to reception where other people were on duty, reclaimed and they managed to switch that light off so the person who was in that room to be able to sleep. Breakfast is scarce - below 4 stars. The other meals are also limited. The waiters when one asks them what is a certain dish, cannot explain. No one could explain what was meant by "Aripioare de porc - pork wings"or "cow cheeks - obrajori de vita". Finally we had to also try these dishes because the offer is limited and we got used with chicken or pasta. They were surprisingly good. All in all, personnel kind and helpful. Normally I should have offered 4 stars but was angry enough with the solving of the light which made the person in that room to lose a night and there is also something else - for a 4 star hotel taking into account that there are also old people who visit it, they should offer a shuttle to the lakes (Ursu and Black) as the hotel is located on a higher area and by walking on steep roads the old people very hard manage and by carI explained that someone loses his parking place when leave.

I had a nice stay here with my wife and baby. The room was big, clean and stylish. I have to mention that this was the standard suite. The bathroom is big. The view from the room wasn't to nice, as was of the parking lot and q nearby hotel. Also the restaurant of the hotel has good food. I would return.
