The hotel is new and very modern. The design is truly spectacular and we had a family room which was so big and comfy - huge bed! in fact we united two double beds in order to sleep three persons, us and our small daughter - that is was almost breathtaking. Huge terrace and great view towards the lake area! Of course, one must like this modern design with all-window walls, but if you do - and why shouldn't you? :) - it is one of the most modern hotels in Romania to date, as far as I know. So the room and the bathroom were great, the most comfy we were in until now and very big - big bathroom, big bedroom! Don't expect to see this anywhere else very soon... Another big plus was the reception personell who was very, very helpful - many thanks to Mr. Kelemen Csongor Istvan who was very friendly and managed a few special wishes and changes! Now let's talk about the SPA...well, the SPA is not big, the bigger pool is medium, let's say, you can swim and it is a nice environment, but the other two pools are very small. The children's pool especially is very small and it should be made funnier with paintings on the wall and maybe a small slide...the salty pool is also small and nothing special about it. Well, the hotel is built in a slope and it is probably not realistic to expect a bigger spa...Very confortable to use when guest in the hotel, especially when the hotel is not full. But bear in mind that this is NOT a big SPA and not to many amenities eather. Let's talk about the food...Well, breakfast was good or very good, fresh and tasty, a good variety even for our kid. Restaurant for breakfast is great and pleasant - and now the downside: why don't they use it for lunch and dinner also?! We couldn't possibly understand...lunch and dinner is served in a basement-style restaurant which is rather dark and not very nice...in the 1st evening food was brought to us immediately but the 2nd night we waited over 1 hour for our food, with no explanation other that there were many guests (they were not so many...) the 3rd night it was buffet and probably alright, we went out to have dinner. So some improvement indeed is possible in the restaurant. Otherwise great hotel!

all services were unsatisfying ( room, spa and restaurant) they pretend a high price for mediocre services!!!!( precarious cleaning, lack of hygiene both in the room and spa) and the staff from the restaurant were unable to understand the term “medium” for the steak (they had to repeat the recipes twice and still didn’t make it right...while I had to wait, of course.

It’s a beautiful brand new hotel with buffet type restaurants. The spa it’s great despite the uneducated parents that allow children everywhere I still had a great time...I loved the salt water pool FOR ADULTS and the upstairs area with relax, sauna, steam- etc rooms and the bar with lovely bartenders. The massage wasn’t too impressive but I will sure give it another shot.

Overall the hotel was overpriced for the conditions it offered. We stayed 2 nights, although we could have stayed only 1. We chose it for the posibility of spa. In reality, the opening hours of the spa area were quite restrictive. Not opened in the morning. In the evening, the saunas were switched-off much in advance to the closing time, I had to ask to be re-opened, and of course it took time to re-heat. One elevator available, shared with the hotel staff. Parking area was unclear. Positives: the room was clean, and the food in one of the two nights was excellent.
