Staring at the orchard in the hotel's backyard or the landscape you can see from your window, it is all superbe! Even the pool was magical to just look at. We stayed 5 nights at this wonderful place. We knew service in Italy is usually exceptionally friendly, but this was beyond our previous experience and expectations. Including breakfast with fresh orange/lemon juice (Italians traditionally eat a big meal at night and almost nothing in the morning, so sometimes they apply the same principle also to their guests. But not here!)....

One of the few hotels in a lifetime of travel that I'd go back to cheerfully, willingly, eagerly. An old vineyard, transformed into the traveler's dream, upscale service, upscale grounds (including a fabulous pool), and farmhouse prices. We had taken the Circumetna Ferroviare (the train around Etna), which gives out in Giarre, and they sent a taxi to pick us...

The hotel itself is good. Lovely rooms friendly staff and the pools and meals were good. The only problem is the location. If you want to eat anywhere else you have to drive. So even though it is it a town it is at the far end up a busy road.

My sister and I stayed here in July 2016 and it was amazing. The rooms are nice, authentic and clean. They all have air conditioning and some with a view of mount Etna. We were fortunate enough to get a room with an Etna view. The pool is very nice and much needed in the scorching summer heat. It is...

The hotel has a rustic feel about it and is very relaxing. The staff are very helpful in making your stay enjoyable. We paid extra for a view of Etna and had a great area to sit out on. The pool area is very clean including the showers and changing rooms. We used their tour guide, Alex, to see the...
