We attended the Coach house hotel for family lunch one Sunday, staff were very polite and welcoming, the food was very good, we all enjoyed our starters and mains, the place was very clean, nice atmosphere too. We will definitely visit over Christmas, well done for a hotel in a small town - They are doing their best,

Made famous by its former chef who clearly saw the light and left. Terrible service by rude and uninterested staff, was rushed to order as apparantly kitchen was closing, waited 45 mins and still no food arrived from the limited menu, when we complained the girl was the rudest person I have ever come across in the service industry, this...

I visited for a family event but was very disappointed with the service in the restaurant. We waited for a very long time to place an order, then waited while three other tables came in and were served. When we asked about the food we felt we were being a nuisance. The food when it arrived was only mediocre. There...

We had the pleasure of attending a family meal at Ballymote Coach House Hotel last weekend. This was our first visit to the hotel. We found the staff very welcoming. The meal was delicious, served promptly and efficiently. Our family hope to return, if we are in the area again.

Stayed in this hotel for one night, truthfully awful, bedroom badly laid out, tiny hand basin, shower over bath difficult to navigate, one has to fiddle around with taps to work out how it works. Power points behind furniture!!! No hairdryer!! Fitting for toothbrush fixed to wall but no holder!! Staff unfriendly and rather sulky. Food in bar ok, but...

Its never the busiest place in the world but always a steady flow of people coming and going. The staff have always been pleasant and...

Ate here a few weeks ago, soup and steak, was alright for the price, service wasn't up to standard the young waitress seemed disinterested and the older one was rude and our desserts took over 20 min to come after we were cleared, not pushed to return.

I recently visited the coach house hotel. I stayed here last year, so when I came to visit Sligo this year, I made the trip to Ballymoat especially, as last year I was so impressed. Well this time my visit was quite the opposite, there was nobody on reception to greet me, I received a very welcome greeting last year....
