Love this place! If you want to get rest and enjoy nature this is the place to be! The rooms are very clean and the view from the hotel is the best if you take a room with mountain view. The breakfast is a highlight for me with a lot of options. Not at all limited to the typical Italian breakfast which you see normally in Italian hotels. Also healthy choices. I stayed here for 3 weeks and I think I almost every evening had a different menu to choose from with 3/4 primi options, 3/4 secondi options and 3 dolce options. Especially the primi's are super good... Was hard to choose which one I would liked to have! The wellness is for me another highlight. Really beautiful pool and the sauna is always very good on temperature! I always took a cool off in the lake in front of the hotel! No better way for me to relax! 😎 And if you want some 'entertainment' Livigno is only 20 min by car or 50 min by bike away. I stayed here mainly for some cool bike trips. The location is for me the best between Livigno and Bormio. You can do some cool loops and famous mountains. All not far! Stelvio/Gavia/Mortirolo/Laghi di Cancano: you go there by bike in 30-60min! …
Very nice location in the snow above 2000m height. Very clean rooms with view to the full of snow mountain's. Just a few minutes from Livigno by car. Service and owner were great. The breakfast was awesome with local bio products. Dinner was nice local cuisine it could be a bit better considering the existence of a chef in the kitchen, if he change the menu to Mediterranean (some dishes were repeated). Wellness area was a small oasis after allday skiing. There were no organized place for children and even the dining room was big enough there were no space like saloon with big couches and TV, table games etc to spend time in the evening. Overall: a very nice stay. We will visit surely in the next winter seasons.
We stayed in Interalpen Hotel for 6 nights. The hotel is very clean, offers a great breakfast buffet, has a very nice spa with sauna, small pool, jacuzzi and more. The staff was very responsive and helpful, and the maintenance man helped us when we had snow chain issues.
I booked this hotel expecting to be staying in a luxury hotel. However i found that i had booked the wrong hotel for many reasons. Firstly lets talk about the restaurant , the staff were rude, out of date food, hairs in food and could not serve tap water. The waiters even stole my friends water bottle. Secondly the location was in the middle of nowhere with not a lift in sight and hardly any buses. The spa was only open for a couple of hours a day which when your an athlete the spa is a massive part of your recovery. The bus shuttle will only come if you a minimum of 6 people which is very inconvenient when you are freezing cold and desperate to get back to your hairy and dirty bed. Would not recommend this to anyone unless you like a dirty hotel in the middle of nowhere with rude staff.…
There are so many reasons to come to this hotel; the fantastic location, the food, the staff and the relaxation. You are taken care of from the moment you walk in. On arrival I was offered a free drink in the bar so I could relax and enjoy the view while the receptionist took care of my check-in paperwork. Then she gave me a tour of the spa, took me to my room and explained all the hotel facilities. So I felt very 'looked after' from the start. Room - a bit cramped (single room) and sadly at the back of the hotel so no view, but very clean and supplied with free water and fruit. And it was tidied twice a day, and towels replaced without me even having to ask. Very comfortable bed and very little extraneous noise so you can get a good night's sleep. Staff - really friendly, polite and helpful and it seems like nothing is too much trouble, from the receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. Food - Amazing! Huge choice at breakfast (7.30 -9.30) from fruit (fresh or dried), cereals, bread, brioche, yoghurt, ham, cheese, biscuits, and even salad vegetables and if it's not there they'll offer to bring you something else. I eat very little in the mornings and I think the waiter thought I couldn't find what I wanted so immediately offered to cook me some eggs or if there was anything else I preferred. In the afternoon between 4 and 6pm there's an afternoon snack of cake, brioche or biscuits included in the price of your room, and then dinner starts at 7.30. The menu has a choice of 4 first courses, 4 seconds and 3 desserts and there's always a fish and vegetarian option. And in addition there's a table of 'antipasto' with a huge range of vegetables, cheese, pulses etc. You could fill up on that alone. And of course it's great to dine with a panoramic view of the mountains! And talking about mountains, what a fantastic location! The view is stunning and you can have some good walks in the immediate area, either a relaxing gentle stroll around the lakes opposite, or a much more strenuous trek up or down the mountain. Or you can just sit on the external terrace bar with a drink and soak in the view. But bring something warm because even in July it's a bit fresh given that you're more than 2000m above sea level. My one quibble would be that the spa isn't up to much. The 'pool' is very small so you can't swim and the water is pretty chilly but it looks very atmospheric as it's surrounded by a natural rock face. The jacuzzi is ok and there are a couple of saunas and a relaxation room with free drinks and fruit. It's all very clean. However the main problem is that it's simply not open for long enough. I don't see the point of offering a spa which is only open from 4 to 7pm. Why not all day or at least all afternoon? But that aside, my stay was super relaxing and I can't wait to have a return visit, but this time with a room at the front. NB: there's plenty of free parking out front but if you want the underground parking there's a small charge.…
