I went there in business trip for a week, the room was super nice, it was spacious, well decorated and super clean. the hotel it self is average, employees need to be trained more. specially on that little details that satisfy a guest. On my last day, I went to eat my breakfast where it should be and I discovered...

I was in Ramallah for a week on business. The Grand Park doubled up as the training venue. The rooms are fine but steer clear of rooms that are near the lift or have an door into an adjacent room. The hotel can get quite noisy so I'd plum for a room on the 4th floor away from the lift....

In general, the hotel is good. However,it's not recommended for families with children. The breakfast is simple but good. Besides, its far from the center of town. So you need to walk long distances or take a taxi.

Rooms are comfortable but wifi can be poor (I stayed in 3 different rooms and Wi-Fi was not good in every room). Breakfast is fine but simple. Restaurant is good but overpriced in my opinion. Staff are nice enough. Location is not that great, a bit outcentered. To me the main drawback was weddings being held at the pool area...

The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was good but the staff were not very friendly. The wifi is weak but in general, the location of the Grand Park hotel is very good and is close to the city center. I would like to suggest Grand Park to open a ladies only gym so everyone can enjoy the facilities...

Nicely designed hotel, modern and easy on the eye. Location is very good. Very clean and spacious rooms. Has good restaurants such as Fakhr Al-Din. Good value for money. The receptionists weren't the most efficient but I'll chalk it up to them having a bad day.

3/4 star hotel, city center. Nice and good price restaurant. Rooms clean and with any supplies you need. Friendly staff. Sometimes it can be noisy because they celebrated weddings quite frecuently but this can also be a kind of attraction for us ;)

Travellers to this region will be used to Ramadan service(sleepy staff, lack of attention to detail, sloppy service etc)but we experienced this a week early. The bell boy had no trolley for our luggage, the room was extremely small(they changed us the next morning after we requested this 3 times), with a safe that didn't work, broken bedside lamp and only 3...

I stayed one night at the Grand Park Hotel in December 2015. The room was very nice and comfortable, and all public areas were clean and tidy. The Lebanese restaurant adjoining the hotel is not to be missed!
