Very centrally located, clean rooms and friendly staff. There’s a cafe bar on the ground floor which was always lively but with a nice relaxed vibe. The hotel also has a deal with a really well equipped local gym about 5 minutes walk away so you can use it for free if you’re staying.

Recently stayed here for 10 days with a business group and was a lovely 10 days! Nice rooms, clean and great WiFi. What made it even special was the staff. All friendly and
willing to help and assist.

The restaurant/bar/coffee shop also a great place to relax and enjoy food and drink.

I think one small negative point was that a few times breakfast was not ready at the time stated and we had to hang around while staff rushed to get things prepared.

A lovely hotel in a lovely part of Ramallah. I will most certainly be staying again and thoroughly recommend people to do so if they are in Ramallah.

The staff were friendly ,the breakfast is fine.
Lot of noise from the cars & motorcycles.
Value for the money is expensive.
the check out at 11:00 is not very common it's early checkout .
The balcony with good view on the main street & on the municipality of Ramallah , you can see the water show.
The rooms need serious maintenance they aren't clean, all the time have very bad smell from the room.
all the furniture is very old & disgusting need to be replaced.

The room is so small and the breakfast is very terrible there is not even cereal or milk.
Service is not very good and not all of the workers are friendly.
And in the night you can’t rest well because of the noise in the hallways that are very very small and from outside.
Very terrible hotel!
And I don’t recommend it.

The hotel is nice and clean. Love the balcony with a view of the Ramallah city hall. Convenient location with a restaurant/bar on the ground level. The staff members there were very friendly and willing to help me whenever I needed it.

My husband and I stayed one night at the Royal Court Hotel Ramallah.
While the room was suitable, we had an absolutely terrible experience with the employees. We would not recommend staying here at all.
We parked our car in the hotel’s lot, which is so tiny to begin with. After arriving back to the hotel in the evening after dinner, the lot was completely full. My husband spoke to the receptionist, who said he’d move his car so we could park. If we needed to move our car so other cars would exit (again, the lot is a shoebox), he would telephone our room.
In the morning, when we checked out, we found our car hit and dented. The car parked in front of ours was not there, as it had been last night. It had left and evidently hit our car.
We talked to the staff and were told the cameras were password protected and the director was not on site. When the staff came out to the lot, they were disrespectful and gaslit my husband and told him they didn’t not believe him that another car had been there. They took our name and number and told us they would call us.
They have not called us since to resolve the issue. We will not be returning and would not recommend the hotel to others.

Booked a room for two, with balcony towards the back garden. We didn't complain about this, even tho we paid for it. When entering the room there was no balcony. No hot water first night. Morning after my husband spoke to the staff and they fixed it. Later that evening we had no hot water again. Poor lighting in the room and bathroom making it hard to put on makeup. There was a small makeup mirror in the bathroom with blue light, which was horrible. Very hard, uncomfortable beds. On day two the receptionist told my husband the room had been booked for only one and that they were gonna charge us more for this. When we tried to show him that the booking had been made for two he changed his mind and we were okay. Morning after another receptionist said the same thing. My husband spoke with her and explained this had already been resolved. Small breakfast buffe with few options. Bar played loud music consistently. Overall a hotel that performs a lot less than you pay for.

Hotel room was very clean. Hotel's staff are fantastic, very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. They have a cute cafe (hot chocolate is a must try) and restaurant attached to the hotel. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and welcome at Royal Court. Love the location as well, very close to the town square. All in all, 10/10 would recommend Royal Court.

i stayed at this hotel and 2008 and 2009 aswell and i really loved it . It is a very clean hotel , with spacious rooms , and depending on the room you stay in , some have kitchens and spa baths. i have stayed during the summer and during the winter / christmas periods. This hotel is centrally located , and is about a 5 minute walk to to centre of town , and about a 20 - 30 minute bus ride to jerusalem , 45 minute bus ride to Bethlehem and about 1 hour to TEL AVIV! checking intio this hotel was a breeze , and checking out was also a breeze , with no hidden extra charges , or accidental fees being added!! breakfast in this place was so nice , and it was buffet , so you can just keep going back for more. The dinner and room service was also delicious and was as good as any of the top restuarants in Ramallah. Housekeeping , was spot on , and they never left a mess , and on more than 1 occasion i , had left some valuables in my safe , unlocked , and never once did anything go missing!! The guys and girls at reception can arrange anything for you , ranging from laundry service , to car hire , to personal limosouine service , to tours etc , etc.. They are very friendly and are always happy to just have a chat with you . i reall y loved this place , and whenever i go back , to visit the " INLAWS" i will always stay at this hotel!!

Will breakfast/restaurant be open during Ramadan? Or modified hours? What about nearby restaurants?
Oxford171 contributions105 helpful votes
Hi, I'm not sure about Ramadan as I wasn't there during this period. You can call the hotel on Phone:+970 2 296 4040 and ask to speak to Suheil. He is very helpful. For nearby restaurants I can highly recommend a typical Palestinian restaurant called Darna which is almost opposite the hotel. Or a bit further away (10 mins walking, steep hill) there is Café Azure where you can get burgers, great salads and cocktails. I hope you enjoy it. Great place, Ramallah!

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. In our room (you can see photos attached to my review) we had shower only. However, that was not the most expensive room in the hotel. I would assume that more expensive rooms have spa. If that information is not available on their website you may contact them directly. Rana (Mrs) who is the hotel manager was more than helpful and very friendly.
