The staff were friendly ,the breakfast is fine. Lot of noise from the cars & motorcycles. Value for the money is expensive. the check out at 11:00 is not very common it's early checkout . The balcony with good view on the main street & on the municipality of Ramallah , you can see the water show. The rooms need serious maintenance they aren't clean, all the time have very bad smell from the room. all the furniture is very old & disgusting need to be replaced.
The room is so small and the breakfast is very terrible there is not even cereal or milk. Service is not very good and not all of the workers are friendly. And in the night you can’t rest well because of the noise in the hallways that are very very small and from outside. Very terrible hotel! And I don’t recommend it.
Three of us stayed here for a business trip from London. We weren't sure what to expect (!). Happy to report that the rooms are really comfortable and well kitted-out. Good, firm mattress, great lighting, good bathroom (power shower) with all necessary facilities plus decent toiletries. Hotel and bedrooms are spotless. Good plug points and so on. Staff throughout hotel were really friendly and helpful; atmosphere is laid back but efficient. Value for money was excellent. Breakfast is good - lots to choose from and all high-quality, served by friendly staff. The only thing to point out - already noted in other reviews - is the noise factor. The hotel is on a busy main street and there is quite a lot of motorbike/car noise - including in the early hours. Rooms at the back of the hotel are much quieter; for front rooms you need to pack earplugs. Also worth noting that colleague's room smelt of cigarette smoke so suggest you avoid that. But overall, I would definitely stay here again.…
The hotel is nice and clean. Love the balcony with a view of the Ramallah city hall. Convenient location with a restaurant/bar on the ground level. The staff members there were very friendly and willing to help me whenever I needed it.
Very centrally located, clean rooms and friendly staff. There’s a cafe bar on the ground floor which was always lively but with a nice relaxed vibe. The hotel also has a deal with a really well equipped local gym about 5 minutes walk away so you can use it for free if you’re staying.
Recently stayed here for 10 days with a business group and was a lovely 10 days! Nice rooms, clean and great WiFi. What made it even special was the staff. All friendly and willing to help and assist. The restaurant/bar/coffee shop also a great place to relax and enjoy food and drink. I think one small negative point was that a few times breakfast was not ready at the time stated and we had to hang around while staff rushed to get things prepared. A lovely hotel in a lovely part of Ramallah. I will most certainly be staying again and thoroughly recommend people to do so if they are in Ramallah.
my secand vist to ramallah also to the hotel . the best team and rooms and prices. hotel with 4 stars like 5 stars , all clean ,close to the center about 5 min walking, free parking also if the parking full there is a free parking next to the hotel, a perfect wifi signal. the best
This hotel and its staffs offer a very good experience, a cozy atmosphere, and a relaxed environment. Very well located, fair prices, very kind friendly and polite staffs, awesome bar cafe' restaurant at the ground floor.
I stayed at this Hotel for one night. Super helpful staff, lovely room with great balcony overlooking Ramallah, amazing location and good Wifi. Nice resturant in Hotel, very good taxi service avalible. Highly recommended.
I stayed here with my wife, dad, and two aunts and we had a great stay a few years ago. The rooms were good size and bathroom had everything we needed. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Our room did face the plaza and we had a balcony. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the city views. We had dinner twice at the onsite restaurant and the food was really good. You can't beat the location as we were a 5-10 minute walk to everything. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and in Ramallah. I'm trying to remember his name, but I'm pretty sure it's Joseph - same as mine - but he was really nice and offered suggestions on nightlife for my wife and I. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Ramallah.
