My wife and I went here for our honeymoon and I can honestly say that this is the best holiday we’ve ever been on and the best hotel that we’ve ever been to! Naias is a 3-star that deserves a 4th for its service, beach location, and overall atmosphere. Transfer took a while since there’s not much between the hotel and the airport besides the views so I would a make sure to get a shuttle or private taxi. There are beachside cafes/bars and a number of restaurants that all offer brilliant food & drinks so try everything Naias has to offer.

We are currently on our last day of our stay. The hotel is lovely. The staff are amazing. The staff ensure that you are well looked after and provide table service for food and drinks whether you are by the pool or at the beach. They really work hard in this hotel and all are super friendly! The breakfast was lovely everyday and the food to order was just as nice here as anywhere else in hanioti. The service is amazing. The evening meals weren’t as popular with our children but that because our children our fussy so we ate out 6 of 7 nights but the meals to order the children loved. Our room was well equipped and the hotel Is in a perfect location to walk into the square on an evening. The beach is lovely and the service is just as good at the beach as it is anywhere else in the hotel. You will Probably need water / beach shoes for the beach as quite stoney but otherwise lovely. Overall a fab time and we were made to feel so welcome. The lads working the bar and bringing out the food worked non stop in the immense heat as did all of the other staff. We would come back here. My only criticism is the seating around the pool could really do with sun loungers rather than the reclining deck chair type seats otherwise you are constantly sunning the front of you to have a sunlounger you need to go to the beach which my children always wanted to be in the pool. We have had a lovely time here at this hotel and would definitely think about coming back…

The Naias hotel is in an ideal location in Hanioti being only a short stroll away from the village centre and with its own stretch of beach. Our room was well appointed and spacious and was a great base for exploring Hanioti and the nearby villages of Polychrono and Peflochori. Breakfasts were delicious and offered plenty of choice and it was a pleasure to eat by the pool in the sunshine.

As 2 older ladies we found these apartments ideal, 1 bed apt meant we has separate rooms " my snoring". Very spacious and spotless ( lovely cleaning lady). The breakfasts were fab, huge selection. Directly on to the beach was a big bonus. The two Billy's at the bar were the best and thanks again Billy 1 for getting the Tia Maria. The friendliness of all the staff, especially Billy 1 and Billy 2 made our holidays very special.😎😎

Some aspects of this hotel were good others slightly odd. Room good if refurbished as ours was. Beach beds €7 per day. No red wine on the menu although sometimes not available depending upon the waiter. No atmosphere during the evening but the square with shops and restaurants very close by. Some very good staff on hand particularly tall Billy and Elvis and the lady that cleaned our room daily.

Do not ever come to this hotel! I love Greece but these people here know how to change your opinion! The staff at the reception is ok but do not "dare" to mess with one waiter at the restaurant because he seems to make the rules. I appologize to all the employees from this hotel because it's not their fault but the management has to take some measures and let all the clients know from the beginning which are rules to be observed at their hotel!

Everything is wonderful. Hotel on the beach with bar between pool and sea. It is on max 5 min from center where you can get many taverna and shops. You can enjoy a drink while the children swim either in the sea or at the pool. The sunbeds are included.The rooms are large, modern, clean, comfortable beds and quality bedding and towels. The stuff is also amasing. You can chose to have also dinner only for 20 eur extra. The mea îs olso great. I wrilly recomand it.

Naias hotel is located on the Hanioti sea side with it's own private beach. It has apartments suitable for families of 4 and more members with separate living and bed rooms and studios for up to 3 visitors. All rooms are really good furnished, everything looks new. Both room types have kitchenettes so you can prepare you own meals but the hotel's restaurant prepares really delicious dishes so we never used our room's kitchen. Everything is clean and every room gets all beddings and towels changed every other day. Staff and owner are extremely professional and kind, always ready to help and make the stay even better experience. The beach is sandy with shallow water perfect for kids. Hotel's beach has sunbeds and umbrellas. If someone prefers pool to the sea, the hotel has two of those with depths of 1,4 and 2,2 meters. There is one really shallow pool for babys too. Lifeguard is present by the polls. We felt really safe during our stay. The staff is present on the beach most of the time so we could really relax in the water and didn't worry about our stuff on the beach. Everything is cleaned and special measures are taken because of the COVID-19. Visitors can choose late or early breakfast group as a measure to minimize risk of infection. Restaurant has open air and indoors part. Visitors can approach common food area only if they wear mask and single use gloves provided by hotel. With all the above said, we will gladly come again.…

We came to this hotel an we were very happy to have got such a beautiful hotel right on the beach which was superb crystal clear water warm an safe for all . The Staff are very helpful an friendly . Go left coming out of hotel five mins in Hanioti plaza shopping restaurant nice square to browse an have meal. Go up hill across road for large super. Market all your shopping needs catered for .also a fabulous bakery on left for takeaway an eat in delicious food . Bus stops at top of hill also to 2 other towns . Would get taxi from hotel as only 5 € each way to both towns . Busses not reliable at all an dont even stop if you want them an never on time very few running . We had a lovely holiday so relaxing .would definitely recommend the resort an hotel Naisi Beach .
