I booked an apartment here to be close to my family who stayed near by. Sofia the owner had been really helpful emailing me before i arrived and Viya the receptionist and Sofia were so lovely on arrival and during my stay always happy to chat away and ensuring i was comfortable and happy. My apartment met all my needs and was quite and clean with a huge bed (shame my partner had not come with me but a trip to Peru was the better offer lol). The pool and bar is small but really pretty and a lovely place to chill beside the waterfall feature. Pegasus is not in the middle of Hanioti but an easy stroll with Restaurants, shops and at night roadside vendors which was great. Hanioti beach in the center is rammed and blocked off at the ends by big hotels so its best to go down the Pegasus side of them to beach bars who offer sun beds cheap or free with the purchase of a drink and they are a few hundred yards away so not far. I liked Whites Bar best but there's loads to choose from. There is lovely places really close by like Fresh and Zorbas and even Nicks English Greek bar for a nice fried breakfast if that's your choice. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it to others. PS the bulk of the rooms are occupied by Eastern Europeans and Russians but i experienced none of the issues that i have experienced with them at all inclusive places in the past and generally it seemed a place for nice small families but be aware the pool is unsupervised and not suitable for really young children best go to the beach.

An acquaintance recommended us the hotel. We saw the rooms on the web site and they looked ok. But at the hotel I got a room with balcony of 5 m, beaside stairs. The room was dark and smelled of stale air. Our friends' room was more ok but not as photographed on site. We presented all the shortcomings to the head of the hotel, Mrs. Sofia, who proposed us to give us another room in another part of the hotel, in part different from our friends.. Women on duty had their table near our room under the stairs , came at 6 and smoked . smoke reached the room , which was not nice for 6 am. Room furniture was old,the cabinet doors are metal sink and creaked, there were rusty, under the sink was a hole in masonry, the bathroom was old . Just as staff were cleaning rooms every day. The pool was sunny but till 17 and only a portion 4 sunbeds. We spent the afternoon at the pool, but we could not enjoy the sun. We payed for a room 65 Euro for 1 day, 650 Euro for 10 nights. Very expensive for the meal quality. I will not return in Hanioti, an old station wich was in vogue in 1985 (acknowledged residents).
