After reading so many bad reviews I was a little hesitant about going but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were pleasant and helpful, room basic but cleaned daily only negative is lack of storage space, most was taken up with blankets. Food is not 5*but we are in a 3*hotel and I thought that there was plenty of choice, each day brought different variations of chicken, pork, beef, pasta and rice (at least two types of meat), plenty of salad and dressings, steamed vegetables and roast, boiled or fried potatoes. Plenty of fresh bread and fruit and if someone can't find anything they like then they are very fussy eaters. I have done all inclusive before and it did not surprise me that only local drinks were included and that international drinks were charged for. The only downside is that the water is served by the glass and not the bottle but even that as if you bought a drink in one of the many cafes and bars whilst out sightseeing then a bottle of water was also added to the order free of charge. I was very happy with the elinotel polis and would recommend it

We came from Sweden and booked 4 rooms. There was no water for 7 days, no shower and no toilet. The food is really bad. The rooms are clean but the managment did not want to refund us for the worst visit ever. Warning to everybody not to book this hotel.

Room was better than expected, ok bit dated but clean and neat had a balcony overlooking he pool was lovely. Food was not 5 star but only paid for 3 star, was always something to eat fresh and well presented. Staff were brilliant from the cleaner to the manager. Had the most relaxing holiday I could have hoped for. Will be returning next year

Claimed to be all inclusive more like full board, beer wine brandy or ouzo allowed not even local brands included but you could buy for them for €5. Serious lack of lighting outside of rooms couldn’t find keyhole without the use of torch on mobile, lights not working in room. Shower head was useless kept falling down, shower mat left unchanged, beds were as hard as rock, woke up every morning with stiff joints. Was left with huge bruise on arm from lift door when it failed to return. Cleaning & restaurant staff were really nice & very helpful, but actually caught a dark haired girl on reception pulling a face behind a customers back. Swimming pool very small with only 9 sun loungers. Food was generally good, freshly cooked. Hotel was quite clean, rooms a little out dated & dingey. Checked out of room for 12pm wrist strap removed, wouldn’t allow you to have lunch or a drink even though transfer wasn’t till 7pm. We’re able to book another room for 4 hours for €38 or book another room the day before for €76, nowhere suitable to get washed & changed before leaving

Booked all inclusive but it certainly isn't, any drinks other than brandy, cheap wine or beer had to be paid for at 5 euros a glass, the bed was like sleeping on concrete, no lights at night to find your way into your room, dark old furniture In the room and a tv set from the 80s, also check out of room at 12 noon then told that's it you get no more food and drink even though we weren't picked up for transfer until 6.50, would never go back or recommend it to anyone. The only good thing about the hotel were the staff in the restaurant, the staff on reception were very ignorant pulling faces behind your back. All the other guests were mainly Russian and treated much better, if you can find somewhere else then go there, you have been warned.

If your looking for 5 star treatment this hotel is not for you. But if you are looking for an hotel that ticks all the boxes for friendly service, clean, good home cooked food and a good location take this one. We visit lots of different places and would guarantee if you don’t go looking for fault you will have a great time. The pool is small and dominated by kids but the beach is 5 mins away with loads of choice on beach bars.

Clean and quiet hotel, pretty good food (also fresh, they cook 3 times/day) and extremely friendly staff ( you'll love them). The pool is small, but useful for kids. The sea is around 200 m away. Enjoy!
