Poor food of bad quality, long lines on the open sun to enter the restaurant ( children are waiting about 40 minutes on the road to enter the mail restaurant)!!!! I think whatever happened in the world-people shouldn`t be animals and treated like slaves!!!!! If you hotel is reopened in pandemic time, you must care about tourist!!! What you do is impossible! Shame on you! If you care about covid spread -tell better your staff to clean the rooms properly!!!! During 11 day of our stay she never cleaned the toiled and the floor, the sheets on the bad were never changed!

One of the worst hotels I have been, and I have been in a few. The rooms are 2* max., the furniture is pretty old, the bathroom is small and it looks cheap (look at the photos from last week), the staff in restaurant is rude (when I said to a waiter named Nicholas that I am not pleased with the service he said "why did you came here"), the staff in hotel is not prepared to serve clients, the food is terrible. Not to many choices and the fish is rotten. But the most important thing for kids: NO ICECREAM AND NO ANY COOKIES!!!! Cheap management! At the bar at All inclusive you get just greek beer (3 vol. alcl.), poor greek brandy, uzo, juice for kids, tea and caffe... For other drinks you must pay 8€/50 ml. Only the sea is great! But you can find it also at another hotel...

It was the most horrible vacation in Greece in the last 12 years. I haven't seen so much carelessness at any hotel I've stayed . The hotel rooms have very little, with what they present, old furniture and untidy spaces, not to mention dirty. The menu presented in the offer had nothing to do with what they offered us, as "all inclusive"! One kind of soup, one kind of meat dish and some pasta, such as carbonara or bolognese. All tasteless and from the weakest foods in terms of quality. The steaks were all boiled first and then baked to look something special ....! Bad taste and lack of quality characterized the entire menu served. At the penitentiary I think he eats better than at the Dolphin. The few cakes, cheap and bad.The old, unripe fruits were not eaten much and no one ate them much. In fact, this was probably the purpose of saving money. And what was most unpleasant was the attitude of the hotel staff. I did not see for 7 days, not even a smile, on the staff's face, as if we had not paid from the first day, the entire amount you asked for. Only sour and rude figures, fleeing from responsibility to tourists. The day we were robbed of our room, 2 tablets, a smart phone and money from our wallet, about 350 euros, the entire hotel staff had a hostile attitude. Everyone was arguing with us, that we did not close the balcony door, but the door cannot be closed as the locks are broken. That I did not close the entrance door well, but the lock at the entrance to the room can be opened with an ordinary plastic card. That I did not use the safe at the reception, that they are not responsible for the objects in rooms. Nobody is responsible for anything. Only the tourist is guilty, because he is stupid. When we asked to see, the images on the surveillance cameras they told us that could only be seen by the police. To call the police, the receptionists gave us the wrong phone number. After we called the police, they told us that these surveillance cameras were not working. So anyone can enter your hotel, it is not controlled and supervised. The safety of tourists does not matter, they just have to pay and not claim anything. Maybe it would be more convenient not to consume anything, or maybe not even to come, because you collect the advance paid. We made a complaint to you during your stay and you didn't even answer us. On the contrary, I noticed a hostile reaction from the staff. Not to be upset but I think that the theft from the room can be related to the hotel staff, as revenge for the complaints made. Too bad that most tourists are from Romania and the services they offer do not rise to European standards.

I stayed at this hotel with my partner for a week in October. I was apprehensive from the reviews I had read but was pleasantly surprised on arrival. Considering we had only paid £200 each for the holiday it was lovely. The rooms were basic but clean. Maids cleaned daily. The food although there? a couple of tavernas & shops so would recommend car hire as there's so much more to see. I would definitely go back & would recommend to others.

This place should be shut down, absolutely disgraceful, filthy dirty, certainly not an all-inclusive as was advertised. Staff need to learn customer skills, housekeeping appalling. Health and safety would put a large padlock on this place, food was repetitive each and every day, dried up and very inedible. Stay well clear.
