This year it was our second time to visit this hotel and experiences are the same even better. We made reservation for a sea view room, but since we ask to stay at main hotel building they upgrade it our reservation to bigger two bedroom rooms with two terraces and amazing view of the sea and a beach. This also happened when we were here first time two years before. The Hotel has perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, a few steps away from the longSandy beach with crystal clear sea. Part of that beach is a private Hotel beach with umbrellas and beach beds with lots of space between so you can keep your privacy. All the people and staff are very friendly and polite, trying to make your stay comfortable as much as possible, especially receptionist, waiters in the restaurant and staff on the beach.
The restaurant is my favorite place there, with a perfect location just behind the beach and beautifull mornings and sunsets. We really like to travel and explore new places, but Possidi Holidays Resort become places where we come back again at least once a year because everything we look from the summer sea holiday we found there.

This is a decent hotel by the beach in an excellent but isolated location (car is the only way of transportation). Hotel building is very old and needs renovation but to be fair, room prices are cheaper comparing with other 5* hotels in the area (although this is more like a 4* hotel).
We asked for a room in the main building almost two months before arrival when we booked it, but they didn’t give us, although that we informed them that my wife had a surgery two weeks ago and she had a difficulty to walk up the hill where our room was (in a building called “villa”). The “Villa” that was our room was very old, but the room was very spacious and well maintained except of the mattresses that were very old and of bad quality.
Half-board was compulsory. Breakfast and dinner food quality and variety was satisfactory. Some traditional dishes especially with vegetables and soups were excellent. Quality of all kind of meet used in dishes was medium or low.
Staff was very polite, nice and very helpful and as a result we had a pleasant stay. We had also, sun beds and umbrella included in the room price.

First of all, stuff was very kind to assign us certain room we asked for (in accordance with our age and health condition).
Being on seaside, this hotel is excellent place for people who want to enjoy in peacefully surroundings, beautifully sea and beach and nice garden.
Food was really various and tasty, with all kinds of seafood, barbeque, vegetables, sweets, fruits...
Stuff kind and helpful. cleanliness very good.
The only remarks are not appropriate hotel parking and funicular for upper bungalows.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. I'll start with the fact that the room we got was much worse than the one in the advertisement. there was no plug in the bathtub so a bath was not possible also the shower holder was broken so it was uncomfortable to take a shower as you had to hold it all the time corner of the bath was fixed with some kind of plaster, the dryer was old so I had to dry my hair three times before it was dry because it was getting very hot and burning my hand unacceptable, mirror was in poor condition also poor light in the bathroom I had to do my makeup outside. Also we should get a room with a mountain view as we payed extra for it, but we got a room with a view of the garden and when we went to the reception desk to explain the misunderstanding the receptionist told us there is no difference between garden and mountains this is unacceptable as we had to pay extra for it. The room was dark smelly and depressing no sun light at all also the lights have been poor, the water smelled, the air conditioning filter was dusty and filthy there was a lot of dust everywhere. the side of the desk was broken and wood was sticking out, there was only Greek television on TV no internet connection with tv in 5star hotel , although the advertisement said there will be satellite TV.
The staff who worked there were very rude, unprofessional, it was clear that they didn’t want us there. They have been making faces on us making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome . Most of them are students on internships and work experience.
There were no water sports at the beach, complete boredom, so the offer is different from reality again about 90% was missing. Sauna and jacuzzi were not in use apparently due to covid . The gym was also not in use due to covid but they allowed people to use so I don’t know what is the difference, there is no covid restriction in Greece although in fact it was more like maintenance room smelled like mold and the equipment was not safe, all electronic devices were not plugged in.
The outside swimming pool was very small, it was not heated so the water was colder than in the sea in fact everyone went to swim to the sea.
As cats walking around the hotel no one was taking care of it.
We have found the lizard in our room in 5 star hotel crazy. I feel confused because the photos and description of the offer did not resemble what we found there. Worst hotel experience in our life’s basically holiday was ruined because of it.

Oh, where to start? This hotel is very tired and desperately needs to be closed down and totally refurbished. Being allowed to call itself a 5-star hotel is truly disrespectful to true 5 star hotels. (Sani Beach just up the coast must be smirking) The rooms are old, the fittings are old and the lobby looks like something out of an 80s sitcom. Even worse, things are noticeably damaged like railings and cracked glass (see photos). Perhaps good old customer service would have been a bright spot here but staff seemed as tired as the decor. Grouchy, unapproachable and slow, they certainly didn't raise the bar. But wait, there's more! We found cleanliness was also lacking. We arrived at our "Family Room with Mountain View" (grunt) to find the shower door hadn't been cleaned and there was still some sand laying around. The "Mountain view" was less mountain and more "back of building view." In summary then think twice before spending your hard saved money at this "5-Star" hotel, for three stars seem to have gone missing.

Not recommended.
Overpriced.

Old Hotel. Cabin Shower is very small and the water smells bad. The toilet is not working properly. The only good thing is food. Bad parking. Hotel smells bad, is old. At the entrance vary old and smelly carpets. Waterpool very small. Seats on the beach only for a minimum €5/person consumption at the hotel tavern (daily). €10 deposit is taken for each towel.

Not a 5 stars hotel. More 2.5 stars hotel.

The hotel is generally good. They have a problem with the water which, because it is from a borehole, smells bad (we brush our teeth with bottled water). You can buy water at the buffet (2 euros per liter). The staff, the majority of them foreigners, need training..... The last night I made the mistake of bringing to the table a bottle of water from a different company than the one they sell themselves. I took two glasses to give my children water and in the minute they noticed me and took my glasses.......tragic rudeness for a 5-star hotel. They also probably have a shortage of glasses and plates, because every five minutes they asked us if we had finished eating so they could take the tableware. The food was good. Finally another negative is that those who are lucky enough to get rooms from 601-608 should have strong calves, because they will be going uphill. Positive elements are the distance from the sea and the beautiful sunset. The rooms are quite spacious and decent.

We are currently at the hotel enjoying our family holiday. On arrival we were welcomed with free water and accommodated in our room. It is on the hill but we didn't mind as it has stunning views of the sea. Our room was initially booked for MV, but we got a partial sea and garden view. Thanks for this! The room itself is very clean and tidy. It does need some improvements in terms of updating the furniture, but we didn't mind this as the beds were comfortable to sleep in, and it had a new aircon and nice tiles placed in it. Our refrigerator didn't work, and it was replaced with a new one immediately. WiFi is fantastic, and towels are changed daily. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. Always ready to ask if you need any refreshments or anything you need. For lunch we visited the restaurant with great food and the prices are very reasonable. The beach was our favourite feature as we could always find a free umbrella with beach beds available, and the water when calm is a pleasure to swim in. Thank you for the hospitality Possidi Holidays! Hope to see some upgrades in the future and to visit with my family again.

Poor service, lack of functional facilities (bar and gym closed), small rooms need cleaning and attention. There is no place to park and the swimming pool is small and not maintained. I don't recommend this place, especially to families.

A great place to rest, enjoy the sea, food and hospitality. The hotel puts efforts to make guests feel relaxed, served on time, and also left alone when required. Keep an eye on the beach guardians (e.g. Servi) who guarantee the sea peace flow :)
