We loved staying in Mateleon village. Mat is a great guide that explains you many things and know many things, you also really feel safe with him! We enjoyed the cascade excursion as we have never seen such a beautiful place. The food is also wonderful thank's to the great women cooker 😊 So thank you again for the wonderful... More

I went to visit Taman Negara just for one night and we stayed in the room with no air conditioning for RM 90.00 love it! It's clean small and just nice for a night stay. The food was ok but I didn't had my dinner there because it's cheaper at town but the owner are very attentive especially for the... More

Stayed here with a friend in July. We had two nights here in one of the chalets without AC. The setting is quite beautiful because it's secluded. The accomodation is fairly basic but clean, and breakfast is included. Mat Leon is really helpful re:booking tours. It's a 15 minute walk into town, and if walking back after dinner you'll need... The view is great but location far away and shuttle service by boat not available all time (even if it says it is) Room was not clean at all. Breakfast rather small for that price. Only toast, butter, yam, coffe and tea available. Butter looked not very appealing and stored outside all the time. Nice owners but they dont speak... More

The place is outside the main town but you can be picked up over a boat or delivered to your buses or activities by the family running the resort so it wasn't a problem at ll. Walking is bout 15 minutes so not too far (but a bit boring). The place is run by lovely family always smiling and helpful... More

We decided to get the new chalet (180 RM/night) for aircon. The room is very basic, but has a hot shower. Even if they clean the room, you will have creatures running around, just don't forget your mosquito repellent, it's needed! Like said in previous comments, it's a bit of a walk from the town, but if you didn't book... More

The owner gave us many usefull infos on the park ( guide, itinary,...) and Nurjanah was so nice with... More

At first I really didn't like the room (a 'chalet' that had a strong smell of humidity and a bathroom that looks like prison), but when you know that some months before there was a flood, you try to be more tolerant... Also, it is compensated by the adorable family who runs the place. If you go there, try and... More

Accommodation is basic, we stayed in a double chalet with fan (wooden hut with just bed and fan, attached bathroom with cold water shower, concrete floor, but flushing toilet). We were initially a little worried as no mozzie net, but the hut is pretty well sealed with mesh guards and we didn't really have any issues. The room was also... More
