I don't think we experienced anything more horrible and disgusting in the entire world, than what we experienced over here. Shame. They require full payment of your booking in advance, straight way when u step into reception. They probably know why they doing this, because lots of people will just run away. We wanted as well, as soon as we saw our room, later pools downstairs and the disgusting school cantine, which they are calling ,,restaurant". Not even one thing was all right in here. Huge language barriers from staff in the reception, same in the restaurant. Rooms small, dirty, disorganised, no such a things like one use mini shampoo or shower gel. Poor choice and poor amount of food in the ,,restaurant", same as their serving times. Like they are expecting every guest being in bed by 8pm like elderly people. Awful. When we saw the pools, we didn't wanted to get in. Such a dirty water, every pool was cold, not even one pool had decent temperature and the amount of people was just incredibly ridiculous. They allow public people using the pools as one day pass. Thats just not ok. At the reception we been asked to put masks on, but any time afterwards was OK to walk around without it and I don't understand why they are maintaining social distancing still, if downstairs in the pools was people head on head, literally 200 people all together in the pools. We wouldn't come back to this rubbish even if it was for free.…

Average rooms comfortable and clean simple bathroom fast wifi lovely big balcony. Easy access to the pools from your room we enjoyed swimming and then heading back to our room to relax. Pub was cheap The pools were excellent super hot and high in mineral content the out door pools where wonderful. If you are looking for somewhere with hot water and outdoor pools this place has both. Breakfast was average Check in was slow receptionist was not in the best mood. Very few places to sit inside the spa and if you want a lounger you have to pay an extra euro. Kettle in room would have been good
