The hotel is modern and fresh. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is continental style, and a little expensive at 10 euro per person I feel. However, children under the age of 6 eat free, which dilutes the cost. The hotel also offers an evening restaurant, although we did not use it, it looked busy at times. Free parking... More

We decided to have dinner here on a Saturday evening, the owner/patron begrudgingly gave us a table and it wasn't until his staff came on duty things looked up. He ought to think himself lucky that he had staff to cover his shabby conduct, however the meal was very nice.

We had two nights here whilst visiting the battlefields and memorials of the Somme. It really is ideally placed with easy access to many fascinating sites. The hotel is modern, bright and clean - yes the rooms are a little small, but it was perfectly fine for us. The owners are very helpful and welcoming, and breakfast was lovely. We... More

My wife and I and two friends have recently returned from a short break in Albert where we stayed at this hotel. We found it clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is good with only a five minute stroll into the centre of town and we didn't have any trouble parking outside the hotel.... More

A small family run hotel that is a real gem with an old fashioned charm. The owner is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are quite modest but clean, comfortable and spacious. The continental breakfast is excellent with a good choice including poached eggs on request. The dinner menu is a little limited in choice but the food is plentiful and of... More

A typical, conservative french small hotel. Warm welcome, excellent food. Rooms are on the small side but good value and comfortable. The hotel is excellently placed for exoploring the Somme WW1 battlefields and Albert.

As others have said, It is not that friendly but it is an old fashioned Gallic hotel close to the centre of town and so is certainly useful. It is not a pristine modern hotel, which is enjoyable in itself. You can store your bike safely and the breakfasts are good

The hotel is a great location for the Somme battlefields. With parking right outside the front door and a 5 minute walk to the town centre including museum we could not have picked a better hotel. If you consider this is a 3 star hotel you are definitely getting your moneys worth with a very clean room and comfortable beds... More

Really friendly warm welcome. Owner can just about understand English but was not a problem. The rooms were small but adequate. Breakfast a little repetitive as it was continental style. The evening meal was lovely. That being said was a really nice stay and would certainly go back

A good base for visiting the Somme . If you want 'luxury' go to a 'luxury' hotel, if you want a place to sleep whilst touring this is it. We didn't need the view from the window or a gushing owner- it was booked because of the location to the Museums etc. The restaurant was open on Sunday , although... More
