The duty receptionist dealt with an unreasonable customer with patience, helpfulness, while taking verbal abuse. The hotel is a little off the beaten track, but attached to a Beefeater, making it good vaue for money.

My wife and I stayed for two nights and the accommodation and breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful, and polite. The next time we are in the area we will definitely be staying at this Premier Inn. We could not have asked for better.

Love this chain of hotels. Friendly and efficient staff, excellent value for money, Fantastic internet only rates. Free Wi-Fi. Copious breakfast. Never lunched or dined there so cannot comment on the food. Their provincial hotels are sometimes a little off the beaten track (industrial parks and the like) but they have some excellent central locations in the bigger towns and... More

Very clean and comfortable room - bed was great as always! The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful, advised us about local taxi firms and the best times to order a return and then organised the taxi both ways for us.

I staid at premier inn for five days. Overall it was good. The room was clean but cold. The bed was extremely comfortable to sleep inn. The wifi is very slow, high speed wifi comes with an additional charge. The hotel is nearby a tesco, and it's about 20 minutes to walk to city center where there is a train... More

Visiting family in Brighton - 10 miles away - this hotel seemed the best bet. Hotels in Brighton itself are more expensive and don't cater well for the motorist. Anyway, it's fairly easy to find - near the big Tesco - and fairly modern. Claimed to be the most energy-efficient hotel in the chain. Good sized rooms, well equipped. Pleasant... More

My wife and I stayed for six nights at the Premier Inn, as part of a small family reunion. We found the hotel ideal for our purpose. Our room was very comfortable, especially the beds, spotlessly clean, and very quiet. The designers have, in our view, made a highly intelligent use of the available space; while we did not unpack... Rooms were lovely and clean and the staff really helpful, the food looked nice but did'nt get to eat in the restaraunt, we would definately stay there again as it was really close to where we needed to go and was really easy to find.
