We stayed at the Plum Point Motel on our trip from Newfoundland to Labrador. The motel is older and has dated decor but it was clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant attached to the motel that serves everything from seafood to pizza and right across the street is a service station where you can get gas before crossing to...

Stayed here for two nights as it was the only place with a room after the Sea Echo motel in Port aux Choix "lost" our booking with them which we did through booking.com. I think this was a much better place. Basic and a little dated the cabin was however very clean and quiet at night.

Stayed here on business as there wasn't much else to choose from. The room I was allocated was very very dated. A wooden old chair and table, the living room and sofa smelt like it had seen better days, the shower hot water supply was intermittent and the beds were lumpy! Food in the restaurant was just ok, when it...

Great place to stay as you make your way up the Viking Trail. Good overnight location to hop on to St. Anthony and L'ansr Aux Meadows. Great restaurant and we stayed in a self contained cabin. There are laundry facilities, so it is a great place to get the laundry done. We stayed 2 nights.

We were on a coach tour. The food here was more like canteen food. The breakfast buffet was cold. No one of my best experiences. Pillows were musty. Not good for allergies. Otherwise, lovely location and hotel.

Was sufficient for our needs. Our cabin could do with a small table for counter space. They were clean but were missing some items between cottages. Once brought to their attention they were more than happy to supply what we needed.

Everything else was nice about the hotel except the pillows. They were so hard I simply did not get a good nights sleep. Woke up with a very sore neck the next morning. Restaurant was good. We had halibut which was not on the menu, but came highly recommended by our tour guide. She was right about how delicious it...

Friendly staff. pretty setting. The food was average considering we ordered seafood, you would think it would be fresh and very well done !! Not the case with my husbands fishcakes tasted like they were 90% instant potatoe mix and hardly any fish ? Very dissapointing :(

First of all, the Rooms look like you went back in time. The plush carpet and dated furniture was in good shape and clean. Its a motel you stay waiting for the ferry. It is clean and the service is good. They have a Greco that is open until 11. The pizza was great. For the dated room and lack...

I stayed at the Plum Point Motel while traveling up the northern peninsula, and spent one night stranded by weather here. The room was clean, if a little spartan. The food at the restaurant was good, and the staff were all very friendly, which is what really made the stay.
