First of all we applaud the staff as they work long hours and very hard to keep a smile on their face while dealing with all the disgruntled guests, well done Food was cold everyday with no access to a microwave, food was very bland, food was repetitive with not much choice, pork was extremely fatty or chicken ( there was fish but we don’t eat that). No entertainment available, not recommended for children, 1 pool table, 1fuzz ball table and 3 toy machines in the main bar area but no access to euro coins to use the facilities, our grandson was bored out of his mind. Pool side bar provided the same food almost every day with a slight variation of chicken nuggets n fish fingers, cold everyday, the most shocking thing for me was that the children’s slush drinks were not part of the all inclusive , you had to pay for a slush (seriously) . Our sea view was amazing unfortunately we chose to go when Corfu had floods so could not sit on the balcony to enjoy them, (we can’t control the weather). Free shuttle to the beach, not a beach just rocks n seaweed, the little village is all tavernas, a chemist, a little supermarket, we did manage to get a full English breakfast though. Air con remote had cardboard taped to the back, hairdryer had a hole in it and the shower was hooked up with strings No lock on balcony door ( not child friendly), no extra bedding in case needed. No emergency exit information provided in the room No do not disturb sign provided. No toilets on the main floor of reception, bar area, you had to go downstairs which did not smell to healthy. Management need to seriously invest some capital into the hotel to make it more pleasurable for families. Not a 4-5 star hotel, I would be pushed to give it a 2 star

Hotel is outdated however you get what you pay for, food is terrible and repeated. Absolutely no entertainment or things to do in the hotel, couple of pool tables which the hotel does not provide change for you to use, so you can't. There is only one small shop close to the hotel, nothing in walking distance at all, the hotel provides a great shuttle service to a little village close by for free however there is only a few restaurants and shops and the 'beach' is pathetic, you can't even call it a beach. If you have kids do not come here. The only thing that made me put two stars is the staff because they work so hard to accommodate you and even they look like they are about to pass out from exhaustion working such long hours. The sea view is also second to none but unfortunately the amenities close by are non existent leaving you nothing to do. Be warned. Electric cut multiple times throughout our stay, limited drinks on all inclusive and stops at 11, could go on and on.

Definite NONO!! Avoid at all costs.  Do not waste your hard earned money.  Not a 3/4 star hotel.  Tour operators are giving false advertisement.  No bars or restaurants close by.  Beech is full of rocks and seaweed.  Pool area has bins overflowing and not cleaned.  Half the beds are broken.  All inclusive bar finishes at 11pm and then you have to pay.  Food is only luke warm and unless you like chicken or pork your snookered.  Drinks are watered down and if they run out of mixers they bring bottles of lemonade or coke which eventually goes flat.  The electric at night has cut out 3 times had to sit in the dark and eat dinner. Dining area had to have buckets in placed to catch drips due to heavy rain.  The childrens play area consists of 1 table and 5 or 6 plastic chairs with no activities.  No entertainment on in the evening and had to rely on a resident to put a quiz night together for everyone which was well put together and thank you so much... Cleanliness of the hotel is none existent they don’t keep on top of it nobody wipes tables down nor have I seen them cleaning the bar / reception area floors yes covid is still around so they should be on it more Rooms are very basic not very clean dirty shower head that don’t even stay on the wall water drains up though the floor beds not changed whilst our stay There’s a fire escape which is full of rubbish there’s no notices on you rooms door incase of an emergency!! I could go on and on !!! Only good thing that’s come out of this holiday is meeting new friends who was all in the same boat This hotel needs shutting down no way has it been refurbished

We stayed for 7 days at Alexandros. The first night we were out into a filthy room, Mould all over the bathroom, bugs squashed onto bedding, flies completely covering roof and walls. There was a massive leak right outside the door that was not being looked at and was causing the carpet to be rancid and covered that you had to walk through. We payed for an extra promo room which was more money and got dumped in the bottom floor at the end of the hall in a room that should be condemned. From the off my girlfriend was in floods of tears with how bad it was. After getting the night manager to come check it he told me the mould was due humidity, the flies and bedding was our own fault. The broken floorboards could be fixed tomorrow. We said there wasn’t a chance we could stay in it and he told us tough, we would have to deal with it, they left us sat in reception from half 10 at night until 3 in the morning all the while staring at us and blatantly talking about us. They finally managed to find us a room at just after two in the morning but said we had to be up at 8 with all our stuff to talk to the other manager about a new room. The new room was ok but very basic when we have payed extra for a promo room. Water from the bath when emptying or having a shower comes back up the drain in the floor and covers the room. Multiple leaks not even being looked at or covered and it’s causing mouldy and rancid carpets threat are soaked none stop. No one seems to care. Never saw anyone cleaning the actual hotel ever. Never saw a hover out or a mop. The room clean is literally them remaking the bed with the same sheets that were on and giving new towels. No actual cleaning, our bin wasn’t emptied all week and bathroom was a mess. Food was bland and Luke warm at best. We and multiple people who we met while there lives on nothing but chips. There is no entertainment on at all in the hotel. Even when the weather was awful and everyone was inside. Everyone stuck in and no effort to do anything. All inclusive stops at 11pm and you have to pay for drinks after this so you need to stock up on drinks a bit before this time as they don’t give you any warning about this. We had a night where around 8 of us stayed to play cards at night, we got told at 12 that we had to go to bed! We were literally just playing cards and laughing a bit. The nights manager then decided to turn the lights off just above us and leave all others on. It felt like we were 5 years old and being told to go to bed. It was disgusting. Pool bar told us we can’t have ice cream because we arnt a child, it’s not a lot to get a small tub of ice cream when it’s hot outside. When sunbathing make sure to get the new sun beds as the old ones fall down on you if you put too much weight on them. Outside snack bar wasn’t open one day but we checked if there was food in for anyone. There wasn’t but what we found was the water in the bottom that is used to keep the food warm was rancid and not cleaned in a long long time. It stunk it was so bad. The manager saw us looking at this and seemed to take offence. Dining room has buckets and towels everywhere because of water leaking though onto and next to many tables. There is nothing anywhere near this hotel. The beach advertised in not a beach. Nothing open within walking distance. And nothing at all for kids. At the end of the holiday staff were following people round telling them they can’t take pictures. The was a fair amount of people with bad stories in there and taking pictures to send complaints to there tour operators. But staff telling people they can’t surely means they know it’s not clean. If it wasn’t for the people we met this holiday would have been a complete disaster. So at least one good thing came out of a hotel that should be condemned and shut down.
