Hotel's Favorite
My husband, daughter, her partner and myself have just returned from a 7 night all-inclusive stay in a bungalow with sea view. It’s been just amazing. The resort is beautiful, with 2 pools, gardens, different lounges and bars and it’s own beach. It’s large, and hilly, but there’s golf carts to ferry you everywhere you want to go, if you don’t fancy walking. The bungalows are good, quite spacious, though the beds are a little hard. The bathrooms are quite small too - but they have everything you need. Room cleaning is available daily, but it’s done every second day anyway, bedding and towels changed too. The all inclusive is really quite good, and includes local alcoholic drinks, including cocktails. It’s suberbly managed under the current restrictions, and the staff work tirelessly to ensure guests needs are met - all with a smile! The food is ok, to be honest we don’t love all inclusive, but it was a great deal, so we went for it. There’s lots of choice, it’s fresh, hot, and we had a few decent meals. There’s an a la carte restaurant too. It’s about 20 mins from the airport and Corfu old town which is beautiful. There’s plenty of lovely villages close by for delicious food and a wander. The scenery is stunning. We had gorgeous weather, so it made it perfect. We had a car for 5 of our 7 days, well worth it to visit the incredible beaches around the island. The beach at Aeolos is quite small, and down a lot of steps (though you can go via the road), so not ideal for everyone. The outstanding feature of this resort is the staff. You would be lucky to find kinder, nicer people in any hotel. They do everything they can to make your stay a fabulous experience, and nothing is too much trouble. Mary the concierge and the reception team are always smiling. Mr Spiros, our regular golf cart driver is just lovely. I get all-inclusive resort hols are not for everyone. It’s not our norm either. But for a last minute, quick getaway it was too good to miss! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and would like to thank all the staff there for making our stay so happy - under some challenging circumstances 🌴🌴

wasnt expecting much from the holiday and wow I was so wrong over welling hospitality the moment you step throw the door, trying out spa was one of the best things Iv ever done staff so friendly and always making you feel at home would 100% recommend. Couldn’t be happier with the way they have managed the resort during covid everything spotless and well maintained and so much to do so you’ll never get bored. I would come again.

Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff. And that's it. Bad wi-fi, extremly bad food, except for the salad corner (fresh vegetables and sauces, cheese,...), in fact we were so dissapointed, we are now affraid to eat at the restaurants on the rest of our stay, but happily, the food elsewhere is good. Dessert corner wasn't bad, it was terrible. I mean, come on, we are in Europe, we have great desserts, but here... Yelly for a dessert? Chocolate mousse from the package, really? And some biscuits, filled with cream and some syrup, disaster. The main courses... Different every day, but the same flavour... In all sauces, there is ketchup, you can smell it... We were just sooooo very disspointed. And even coffee from the machine (esspreso) and all the coctails were bad. Extremly sweet drinks, and orange juice for breakfast, disaster. You should at least buy a good orange juice, if you don't wanna offer a good, fresh squezed orange juice. The best meal, still breakfast, because what can you do wrong with eggs for breakfast right? ... Definately not coming back, it was not worth the money we paid.

We stayed at Aeolos in the last 2 weeks of August '21 and we were so happy to experience real Greek Filoxenia!! The arrival was great, very quick check-in and with the help of an electric car, we got transferred to our sea view room. The room was absolutely spotless, with great view and very quiet. It was cleaned daily and big thank you to the cleaners who kept it spotless daily. The food was amazing .The main restaurant had too many options to choose from and catered for even the most challenging requests (including my son’s). We tried both the Paralia and Ionion restaurants and decided to dine more in the Paralia one as it was by the beach and served the best pizza ever during lunch. Our son loved specially the fresh amazing Pasta that Giwrgos was making. I surprised my husband for his 40th Birthday and staff was amazing. They made his birthday even special and unforgivable. The hospitality was so great that when we left, we felt as if we were leaving our own family back. 1) Mary: She planned all our stay and the surprises for my husband birthday. Always with a smile helping us make decision for the most challenging activities. 2) Anna Maria: The Queen of Service. Always with a BIG smile, always remembering our preferences, always welcoming us with humour and with an amazing personality all the friends we made talking about what a wonderful person she is and always kind to the people. 3) Grigoris: Always with a smile catering to all our requests. Always top-class service with positive energy 4) Aleksandra: Great service, humour and amazing personality and positive energy 5) Filimonas: Took care of all our needs and made us feel special and wonderful person and great houmour. 6) Sakis: So many great memories, always there for us with warm personality and good humour 7) Apostolos: Helped us many times in the pool to find place to relax, always kept the surroundings clean and the pool in top condition especially after the rain 8) Pavlos: helped us so much with all our needs. Problems with taxi, travel planning and many more. Always with the best intentions, full of energy gave us lots of options. 9) Mina : always with a smile and humor I would like to end by saying BiG Thank You for the surprise that Mina, Grigoris and Alexandra made to my husband midnight of his birthday, special Thank YOU as well goes to wonderful person Anna-Maria and Filimonas on the day of my husband Birthday wishing Happy Birthday on his special and made my husband birthday even more SPECIAL. It was a truly amazing experience and yes, we will be back again next year in the Aeolos beach that we felt like home.
