Well wasn't Storm Ballos a stinker. The Corfiot locals stoicism is astonishing. All hell broke loose for three days and they managed to clear paths through debris all over the island. Messonghi was particularly badly hit with the local river bursting it's banks and causing havoc. But the Corfu people set to and cleaned everything up as best they could. Despite this they were still cheery to us foreigners trying to have a holiday through the mayhem. Our staff at the Aeolos Beach in Perama were brilliant. Twice they swept up the garden out of the car park and took it back to where it came from. Every single employee did their bit with smiling faces. Thank you Nikoli at front reception for re rooming us from summit to base camp , our second room was wonderful . The catering staff produced wonderful food as always despite the usual Greek knack of serving lukewarm food ( not just particular to this hotel ). Goodbye to a good friend Socrates head of the serving staff who has looked after us for the last five years we hope life treats you well. Also to all the other servers, waiters and cleaners. Thanks to Makis and Nikos at the main bar. Large brandies and latte coffees all round boys. There are too many people to mention here but they all contributed to our well being, and, despite hell on Earth, made sure we had a great holiday. We have only been home for 3 days now but we have already booked our 5th stay at the Aeolos Beach for May 2022. Corfu and it's beautiful people deserve all our thanks and custom for everything that they and we tourists suffered in the month of October 2021. Ten stars and A+ to everyone. Thank you Chris and Helen Airey.

Hotel's Favorite
My husband, daughter, her partner and myself have just returned from a 7 night all-inclusive stay in a bungalow with sea view. It’s been just amazing. The resort is beautiful, with 2 pools, gardens, different lounges and bars and it’s own beach. It’s large, and hilly, but there’s golf carts to ferry you everywhere you want to go, if you don’t fancy walking. The bungalows are good, quite spacious, though the beds are a little hard. The bathrooms are quite small too - but they have everything you need. Room cleaning is available daily, but it’s done every second day anyway, bedding and towels changed too. The all inclusive is really quite good, and includes local alcoholic drinks, including cocktails. It’s suberbly managed under the current restrictions, and the staff work tirelessly to ensure guests needs are met - all with a smile! The food is ok, to be honest we don’t love all inclusive, but it was a great deal, so we went for it. There’s lots of choice, it’s fresh, hot, and we had a few decent meals. There’s an a la carte restaurant too. It’s about 20 mins from the airport and Corfu old town which is beautiful. There’s plenty of lovely villages close by for delicious food and a wander. The scenery is stunning. We had gorgeous weather, so it made it perfect. We had a car for 5 of our 7 days, well worth it to visit the incredible beaches around the island. The beach at Aeolos is quite small, and down a lot of steps (though you can go via the road), so not ideal for everyone. The outstanding feature of this resort is the staff. You would be lucky to find kinder, nicer people in any hotel. They do everything they can to make your stay a fabulous experience, and nothing is too much trouble. Mary the concierge and the reception team are always smiling. Mr Spiros, our regular golf cart driver is just lovely. I get all-inclusive resort hols are not for everyone. It’s not our norm either. But for a last minute, quick getaway it was too good to miss! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and would like to thank all the staff there for making our stay so happy - under some challenging circumstances 🌴🌴

This hotel is amazing. The resort is large with lots of amenities available for couples and families alike. The food was lovely in the main restaurant with lots of choices and continually refreshed and replenished and included in the all inclusive board were 2 meals in the a la carte restaurants, one on the resort site and the other at the beach which felt like having a night out for us with our little one. Also included is an extra 15mins massage time if you book for a treatment ,which we did and was well worth the money. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. We travelled with our 19 month old who was spoilt rotten by everyone we met and she had a brilliant time, especially enjoying the mini disco. Admittedly we did not experience much of the entertainment due to baby bedtimes, but what we did see was fantastic. We stayed right at the end of the season with the hotel closing completely on our last day, but despite this, there was high energy and professionalism from start to finish and we were allowed to keep our room until 6pm, which was a godsend with a little one and our flight home not being until 9pm. Travelling into Corfu Town could not be easier also, the shop in the foyer carries bus tickets for 1.60€ which if you get on the bus are 2.30€. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and there are announcements on the bus indicating stops, the journey takes around 20mins. All in all, we had a brilliant time and would definitely come back and recommend.

Good quality mid range all inclusive. Attentive staff, clean rooms, towels changed daily, lovely hot showers. Food had good variety and was plentiful. V best food was provided at the complimentary 2 a la carte nights at the Greek and Italian restaurants (esp Italian) and the Greek restaurant for breakfast, authentic Greek food. V hard working staff. What made the hotel stand out was that our last day was their last day. They kept the hotel open for all residents who had a later flight (we left 6.30pm, hotel closed at 7) and the provided full use of facilities plus complimentary food and drink all day, including hot evening buffet. We consider that to be service above and beyond - thank you Aeolos! Both swimming pools nice to lie by, and infinity (top) pool a great length to swim in. Didn't use the beach so can't comment but Italian restaurant did great lunchtime freshly made pizza and pasta. Resort hilly but if you are standard fitness easily manageanle. Great location with buses outside hotel going north and south of resort. Recommended.

I am in love with this resort! Everything from start to finish has been amazing! The friendliest staff that would not hesitate to help with any query. We stayed for a week and didn’t leave the resort once as we didn’t need too. My top tip would be to do the private dining experience, it seems like a lot of money but what you get for food and experience it was worth every penny! Our server who I cannot remember his name (it began with M) was the loviest man and made sure our experience was second to none! The resort is very hilly but it made it okay for the amount of food we ate during our stay! I couldn’t recommend this resort enough and I hope to be back in the future!!
