1st class hotel and service, very clean and comfortable everywhere kept immaculate. Peaceful rooms, good breakfast, excellent pool area and friendly staff. We will be booking again next year. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the village unless of course they were full.

Well run unpretentious hotel with comfortable beds. Clean rooms Great location for the beach which is very long and sandy. A short walk to town in the evening for the numerous restaurants. Really a pleasure to be there in such a laid back atmosphere. Breakfast is busy and adequate

Initially booked elsewhere; we wanted a better quality hotel and certainly landed on our feet here. The man at reception was very polite and helpfully explained they were almost full; having just two superior rooms left. The charming head housekeeper personally showed us both rooms so we could choose which to have. Both were well worth the cost and by...

We loved our stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable. The room immaculate, and it's literally about 100yards from the beach. They have good restaurant as well, and breakfast is included. You cant beat the price.

Came here for a few days. Only booked for two days but extended - one night in our lovely room and another in a "boutique" room above the family home slightly further out - but with amazing terrace overlooking the sea and sunset. Antonio and his family could not be more accommodating and friendly. Lovely clean hotel, great location by...

Good friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Typical Spanish breakfast plenty of choice for both local and foreign taste. Close to beech...

This was a last minute four day break and to be honest there wasn't much else available. We managed to book the last room at the Hotel Porfirio and upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable , bright and very clean. No outside area as this appeared to have been closed in with windows providing an additional...

Stayed 3 nights in Zahara, which is a former fishing village that is busy for 2 months a year and quiet the rest of the time. Atlantic beaches and few English speaking tourists make this a different experience to the Med. Hotel rooms good size with access to the pool and breakfast included.(coffee needed some work but great otherwise). Staff...

“The hotel it's like a mixed of two different properties and there is a level change between them and the elevator it's really far in the back of one of them, so, if you have mobility issues and you need to use the elevator, I would recommend you to ask for one bedroom in the building with the elevator otherwise you will be using the stairs.”
