The courtesy, hospitality & services provided are impeccable. Erin, Freddie, Aaron and Sylvia are simply first class. Information provided is sufficient. Food is good. Will recommend new visitors to spend at least an extra day at Park HQ and explore the place... We'll be back.

My son and I had met one of the most caring and genuinely happy staff in our one night stay at this lodge. On the journey back from our 9 hours mountain hike, they go all the way to make us comfortable. Highly recommended to all. Sonny and Dennis Choo

A superb lodge for leisure stay and business meetings. For climbers of Mount KK , a stay at this lodge will be highly recommended prior to the trekking up the mountain . Staff of the lodge offered excellent service and go beyond call of duty to help . They have made my stay memorable. Cheers.

Another yearly family visit to the park for our family. We Enjoyed the beautiful greenery, cool temperature and daily walks. It was a great respite from the heat and hustle/ bustle of city life. It was a shame that naturalist Darel was no longer working. He had always ensured that my family enjoyed our yearly visit to the park. Thanks to... More

Ridiculously expensive and everything appears geared to getting everything out of you they can, from water which costs 7 times that in a stall at the bottom (and no... More
