Stayed at the resort for a night. Located at the entrance to Mount Kinabalu for those intending to make the climb. It was a chalet n layout of the unit was good with 2 rooms on the upper level which is also the entrance to the unit. The lower level held the living, dining rooms, kitchen and balcony. Unfortunately our...

We stayed for a couple of nights while visiting the National Park. You have geat views of the mountain. The room was fine. Not the most up to date but the bed was comfortable and the facilities adequate. The hotel shop was a helpful extra and the staff were extremely kind - almost too willing to please. I would have...

This is atypical of Msian hospitality property. Once it ages, maintenance is zero, It's somewhat a cultural practice I realized, whether in Sabah, Kedah, Johor or Pahang. Same as the island properties, when the property is in bad shape, nothing matters more than bookings. The resort is sadly depleted in terms of cleanliness, comfort and the view can be take...

I'll start with the positives. The view of Mt Kinabalu is spectacular! The bed and pillows where comfortable, gardens well maintained. The staff tried their best, slowly. Only 1 lift was working, the room was shabby, carpet stained, furniture unstable and falling apart, power points non functioning, shower (had to hold or water was cold0 over a very high bath,...

It is such pity that a hotel with such beautiful surroundings can be so badly maintained. Everything is so old. The mattresses gave us back and neck aches. Hope the hotel can do something because the view of Mount Kinabalu from here is probably the best I've seen. We stayed in the hotel rooms. I haven't tried the chalets though....

The hotel was old, rooms was equipped with old furniture and no sound proof system especially when your room is facing the carpark area. We stayed at 7th floor and we can clearly hear people talking and kinds shouting at the car park from our room. Btw, if you intend to take a hot bath, their hot water only available...

This hotel is terribly need to be renovated. The biggest problem that i face during my stay recently is due to the No Hot Water in the room. We never been informed what is actually happening, even when you checked-in, any Hot Water Rationing or what so ever, but don't be surprise when you want to shower at 6 p.m...
