Reception staff were fine rooms were fine also.The bar staff and night porter were very unhelpful and ignorant.The bar prices were changing with every order which was strange to say the least as it was the same order.I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.My whole group of 40

DearSir I thank you for your feedback However, I would like to explain some important things you might have forgotten 1. the bar is open till midnight, so it it not possible to continue to serve drinks till 5 o'clock in the morning 2. a great number of your group were so drunk (some started to drink beer at breakfast), that the bartender decided not to serve them anymore 3. almost all other customers of the hotel have complained to the reception that it was not possible to sleep because of the shouting in the bar and corridors. Although our receptionists and nights have asked several times to stop, nothing changed 4. three times, the night porter have been attacked physically because he did not want to serve anymore. And several persons of you group started to steal wine and alcohol bottles. He called me personally once at 3 AM to ask if he had to call the police and I asked him to do it. However, he managed to calm down some of your group and I regret sincerely that he didn't call the Police 5.You came over with a touroperator as a private group. The driver himself came several times to the receptionist to apologise for the behaviour of his customers and has mad up a very bad report, NOT about the hotel, but about your group. 6. The touroperator called myself personally to do the same and to inform me that they will never work with your group again. here you can read also their email : "Hi Didier, Thanks for your e-mail….and many apologies for the behaviour of this group. Our driver has sent us his report and mentioned how much of a nightmare they were. We have even had a museum advise us they had not turned up for one of the bookings we made for them. Our reservations manager has already taken the decision that we will not organise any more trips for them. I cannot say if our directors will agree with regards to reimbursement of what you have paid out but I will of course pass these on so please do send them through and I will try my best. They are already aware of the problems we encountered and I will make sure they are aware of this as well. My apologies again for the inconvenience. I have no interaction with the group leaders of any private groups so I can only presume that we had no indication that it was going to be this kind of group. Kind regards A."
