This has to be the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune of staying in so much so we have now cancelled our holiday we had booked in Feb and lost a lot of money doing so. We had mould on our pillows, mould in our bathroom, bugs in our bathroom, the fridge didn't work, the shelf the safe...

It was my first trip to sol cayo guillermo and it wont be my last! The hotel was everything i wanted .The rooms where realy cute fonctional and spacious.Not luxiourius but me i dont need that to be happy. Just got back from another 2 week stay at this hotel and you can see the changes that have been made since last year. Everywhere was spotless and clean. Came back on Sat 2nd Nov excellent holiday again even though we were on the edge of hurricane Sand many many thanks to all the staff they are wonderfully any problems and the staff will fix it we like to thank the new manger Lewis who was must helpfuly we are going back in June 2013 cant wait.
