We love going to this property. The staff make it!!! Yes, it is a smaller property which we like. With it being smaller you get to know other travellers while there...instead of the larger hotels where there are 1000-2000 guests and you seem to be just a number. We found on this trip that many from the larger hotels came...

My husband and I were at Sol Cayo Guillermo from 1 Feb to 15 Feb . It was our 19th time in Cuba and our first to Sol Cayo Guillermo. From the moment we arrived at the resort we felt welcomed and immediately started relaxing. The ocean is visible from the lobby which is so pleasant to see partway through...

Ok, So my friend wanted a fast and easy trip. Naturally, we ended up in Cayo Guillermo, Cuba. Which is a cool little island off the other island of Cayo Coco. Guillermo was lovely. It was small, and there is NOTHING but resorts around, but you're not far from Cayo Coco and that main land (still, you are at your...

We went to the Sol Cayo Guillermo with Air Canada vacations early February. The hotel didn't have our reservation but after a short wait, they gave us an upgraded room - right on the ocean. Room The room was clean - furniture run down but fine. The sliding glass door was pretty much stuck so we more or less just...

I have travelled to many all inclusive resorts before, after reading many reviews on Trip Advisor about this resort, I travelled to Sol Cayo Guillermo with an open mind. We booked our vacation via Sunwing at a great price, so this resort seemed attractive to us. Upon arrival at CCC, customs and baggage was quick and easy (never asked for...

Vacationed at SCG now for the 6th consecutive year! Huge property, amazing beach, very friendly, accommodating staff, fine service and home cooked style Cuban food. I enjoyed an ocean front room with a quiet relaxing atmosphere for 10 days...water jogging, snorkeling, swimming, sunning, sailing and walking the beach on firm fine sand forever in either direction of the hotel. Will...

We Visited Sol for one day. The property is huge with a long stretched beach for kilometers with plenty of sheds. There were a couple of nudes on the beach. The pool area though small for such a huge hotel, is very cozy and quite nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Buffet was ok with a variety the option...

The resort itself is well staffed with friendly and efficient people. The rooms were large and well maintained. The food was excellent. The beach bar staff in particular are excellent. The restaurant staff even threw a small birthday party for a friend of mine.

The beach here has always been one of the best features. Additional sand has been brought in to restore eroded areas and new shade stands have been built along the length of the hotel. You can walk for kilometers in either direction and our hotel seems to have the best beach crew keeping it free of seaweed. The hotel has...
